BACDL met with Jack Tuter yesterday, and sent the following email after the meeting:

Earlier today, BACDL had a meeting with Judge Tuter to discuss our letter regarding Judge Scherer. Judge Tuter informed BACDL that he will take our concerns under advisement. Obviously, given the recusal motions, this is a fluid issue. As we all know, division movement typically takes place at the beginning of the new year. We will discuss this issue and any other available options at our disposal at our next meeting.

As far as the AO is concerned, it was expected to end up in judicial mailboxes yesterday. It should most definitely arrive today, unless there’s been a major, last minute re-shuffling.

Regarding Gary Farmer, we’re told he is coming to the criminal division …
