Emails were sent this afternoon to BACDL members seeking nominations for 1.) The Harry Gulkin Award:

Every year, the BACDL honors a member of the Florida Bar who embodies integrity, gentility, and is a lawyer of the highest quality. Colleagues look to this lawyer not only as a mentor, but also as a friend. The person who is honored with the award raises the bar, and the bar is made better because that person is a member.

And for 2.) The Brian Reidy Award:

This award is given in recognition of a lawyer who represents Brian’s spirit of hard work in the courtroom and his lifetime of “giving back” in service of the community.

Nominations are due by April 7, and there is a BACDL meeting April 8, 2025. Members are encouraged to show up on the 8th to vote.
