Or Howard Finkelstein… guess he’s too busy planning his exit to concern himself with Black Lives Matter.

Finkelstein is a big disappointment. Like so many others around here, he’s just skating on his way out. I’m beginning to think he’s never cared at all.

SAO candidate on zoom agreeing to a YO sentence but adjudicating defendant guilty and not offering a withhold. Is this the reform Broward needs?

Zoom fun – Defendant on PTR. Pulled over with one single oxycodone pill. One pill. He has been in custody for 40 days and State is not agreeing to reinstate bond.

    1. 2

      1

He also has a prescription for oxy, just the not one for the pill he was in possession of.

Such a petty detail. He only had one, (different milligrams). Speaking from experience when in pain you wouldn’t care either as long as it’s similar,

It’s not like he had a bunch of them. We get it but where’s the compassion. Is that really what the legislature meant?

      Let Dr.’s do their job.

If the Civil War was fought to end slavery then explain to me why anyone would be allowed to destroy historical statues? These statues represent the history of our country and how we evolved as a nation so nothing can change history. Once again this can’t fall under the pretence of “peaceful protestors” it’s crime just like burning buildings and looting. This is going way to far!!!

Hell yeah!! Statues are history. Who has ever burned history? Destroying history was taboo until a few years ago. Those are national treasures

If George Floyd had Covid why was his family not in a 14 day quarantine? We are in a pandemic which means when a member of our family dies we can only have 10 people at the grave site including the family, yet Floyd got a 3 state funeral with thousands of people grander then Lincoln? No social distancing, many with no masks.

I THINK ITS FAIR TO SAY THAT THE CHIEF JUDGE OF THIS CIRCUIT FITS THIS DESCRIPTION

TUTER HAS DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF OUR JUDICIARY

IN FACT, HE HAS MADE IT WORSE BY ENCOURAGING THE WORST BEHAVIOR OF EVERY JUDGE SITTING ON THE BENCH IN BROWARD

ITS TIME TO CHUCK THIS CLOWN

Spread the word? More like spread the virus🦠
This march was a very bad idea with the numbers of cases on this second wave expected to exceed the first.
Count me out. But i do support the sentiment and BLM. The cops have been out of control with little oversight in Broward almost as bad as some Broward Judges. Both have ruined countless lives.

George Floyd is being honored as a true American hero when infact he was a serial criminal, having been arrested with felony charges more then 5 times. He spent 4 years in prison for breaking in a pregnant woman’s house, holding a gun to her stomach and robbing her all while being poped up on drugs. Let’s ask her how well she could breathe while being terrified for her and her unborn baby’s life. Not to mention he was high on drugs when he was stopped. Let’s tear down all the historical statue’s, rename all the military bases all so we can remember George Floyd.

Maybe if some of the pigs at the top of the heap had exercised even the slightest bit of control on the pigs at the bottom of the heap over the last 100 years things wouldn’t have reached this point. Every goddamn piss ant overprosecution of even the most minor offense blessed top to bottom with good motions never filed because they wouldn’t be granted anyway because all the pigs of every race creed and color with their snout in the government trough have more loyalty to each other than they do to anyone brought into the system even the innocent. Don’t blame anyone but the pigs since they’re the ones that lost control of their own dishonest narrative by refusing to reign it in even an inch and trapping so many in the system and destroying the futures of so many people and their families along with them. The porcine class lacked courage and leadership and wouldn’t exercise any control and now they’ve only got themselves to blame since no one believes anything they have to say even if its logical or true. Oink oink. Where does it go from here?

    1. 7

      6

You better pray that when a Floyd holds a gun on you that a “pig” responds to the call.

      1. 4

        0

Especially when it is the same “pigs” who do not want you to own the guns to take care of it yourself, then, while they wait for the other “pigs” of 911 to get there after the fact to pick up the pieces, because as those “pigs” like to cite the U.S. Supreme Court saying “pigs” are not duty bound to protect you when you do call 911, so there is no actual reasonable expectation those “pigs” you call will respond to the call, anyway.

Certainly there are good and bad actors at every stage. Mostly good. The problem is certainly good leadership. That’s a scarce commodity indeed.

Invalidating all infraction stops excepting excessive speeding and those where other traffic or pedestrians are endangered is the first step toward reform.

These idiots want to defund the police budget? If you have a problem with the police now just defund them and see how that works out for the community. Defunding will reduce the number of officers, there will be no rehires, no seminars or current training of any type, no new equipment and no overtime to help out when ” peaceful protestors” burn down all the stores so they can then loot them. If the police budget gets defunded we will all have to hire private security to protect our families and businesses. Be careful what you ask for because you just might get it.

Perjury is a felony. Prosecute them for it. Imprison them for it. Prosecute anyone who aids and abets and uses it and imprison them too. Screw this “fire them” crap. This comes automatically from the conviction, one would think. This way they could also not get hired by some other department.

Sounds like a pretty good solution to us. To bad it’s not being done already.

        Just for the record.
WE ARE NOT ANTI-POLICE, Just anti-corrupt police.
        FROM OUR WEBSITE POSTED 2016:

We would also like to encourage the “honest and good” officers of law enforcement, to stand up and let it be known that you won’t tolerate misconduct or corruption of any kind and you will expose it when you see it.

We know what kind of a position this can put you in. But times have changed. I’m sure you’ve noticed that a lot of people, not just here in South Florida, but around the entire county, and not just a few minorities, are fed up and had it with police misconduct and corruption.

We are sure that you’ll find that when you notice a citizen taking video of you doing your job, and tell them go ahead rather than making Empty threats to arrest them or claim that taking video from across the street is somehow obstructing you from doing your job, you’ll find that we, the citizens will be behind you.

        We find it somewhat interesting that the police have always said to us;

“If you’re not doing anything wrong, than what are you worrying about”,

Well, right back at you, if you’re not doing anything wrong, than what are you worried about?

It seems that a majority of police unions are against the use of body cameras. Why? If you’re doing your job properly the cameras are only a benefit to you.

In Broward County the Sheriffs are wearing them and already at least one deputy has been cleared of a false complaint made about him.
        A wise person once said,

“You can clean the house a lot better if you’re in it!”

So to the law enforcement officers of South Florida, you are in the best position to clean up your own departments, and the citizens of Florida would like your help.

After all, isn’t that why you became a law enforcement officer in the first place?

when you make a house call to unclog a toilet you should be wearing a body camera, how many items have you lifted something while performing your sewer siphoning duties?

            WHO IS THE REAL FOOL!

A lawyer has to work late on an important case and is in his office alone.

He goes into the bathroom, takes a big number two and the toilet won’t flush. He’s thinking, oh,,, this really stinks. I’d better call a plumber so in the morning everyone won’t smell it.
            It’s 9:00 pm.
Two hours later a plumber shows up. He called about five of them.

The plumber is in the bathroom a whole 20 minutes, changing the guts in the toilet.

He’s there a total of about 45 minutes. He gives the lawyer his bill and the lawyer almost faints.

$275.00? he yells. Plumber says yeah, that’s right. Double time after 5 pm, normal rate $125.00 HR. So $250.00 labor $25.00 parts.

The lawyer shaking his head while writing a check says:
I can’t charge my clients $250.00 for about 40 minutes of work!

The plumber takes the check and laughs, Yeah, I couldn’t either when I was a lawyer.

Finally being a cop is just like being a lawyer. They are the first one you call when you need help but but the biggest disrespected profession in the world.

All Howard Finkelstein needed was one last fuck-up before he casts his line in the river. Choosing Gordon Weekes to succeed him just might be the one we’ve been expecting.

Its no secret in the PDs office. Gordon Weekes is a toxic wallflower that stands for nothing but being Howie’s little pimp.

Vote Ruby if you want real change in a toxic environment. She’s the only one with the balls to stand up for what she believes and the know how to see it thru. Not some spineless whimp who runs scared that the Black Community is going to find out he’s married to an Asian chick.

YOU CAN FOOL SOME OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME
BUT NOT ALL THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME

TIME TO HIT THE ROAD HOWARD
NOBODY IS FALLING FOR IT ANY MORE

He ain’t no MLK that’s for sure. He’s been sliding along for years handling no cases preparing to try to make Howard look good for leaving the office to him as a minority after Howard leaves.

The problem is he’s as lazy as they come and twice as stupid. Its doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out why he avoids a courtroom and pretends to do administrative stuff while wearing that supercilious face. He’s neither has what it takes to be Public Defender or to administer others that know a great deal more than he does about trying cases and have the motivation and talent to do it.
Howard is going to be surprised when Gordon gets creamed come Election Day but won’t take any responsibility just as he has with his bad decision with Black Lives Matter. He’ll creep out of office and blame it on Gordon for not working hard enough to get elected when he was so magnanimous as to hand it over to him.
I just hope Lynch cleans out the whole nest of worthless supervisors and reorganizes the office because its a real mess with more good people leaving because of the lack of leadership from either Howard or Gordon.

GORDON WEEKES DID NOT ATTEND THE BLACK LIVES MATTER MARCH
BUT HE WANTS TO BE THE NEXT PUBLIC DEFENDER WHOSE CLIENTS ARE PREDOMINANTLY BLACK

HE WILL NOT RECEIVE MY VOTE OR ANYONE ELSE I CAN CONVINCE HE’S A BIG PHONEY

Gordon Weekes had more to say about the Parkland Shooting than any of the recent shootings of unarmed black men.
