The African American community needs to unify and file against ALL incumbent judges. One thing is clear—-a majority of you WILL WIN as reflected in SAO, PDO, BSO, SOE and CLERK races where white challengers were CRUSHED.

Look at the primary numbers for those races. How many democrats actually wanted them to win? Its not about their skin color its about the division in the party. Someone with a small percentage of votes wins the primary as a result of a multitude of candidates in the race is certainly vulnerable to being opposed and losing. The same principle applies to judicial races. The more in the race the more probable it will be that the majority of voters didn’t vote for the winner.

        Great advice you’ve given!

Has anyone noticed that Kal Evans hasn’t been working for a month?? Have they put him on probation because he’s an idiot and doesn’t know how to do civil? Or is he pretending to be sick so he can lurk in his zoom hearings while more capable judges cover his fucking docket? Because he is absolutely lurking in these hearings he’s “too sick” to handle. Why does he still have a job?

Moved him and McCarthy because of elections? Protection? Boomerang them back after they win? Like Jack did last time for McCarthy?

Important jobs should never go to a less than #25 ranked school but since this is Florida less than #80 should be the cutoff.

Cooley is the worst law school in the country. Notoriously bad. Last tier. I used to respect judges.. 20 years ago.

Run again Garcia woods. Run against McCarthy. And Robinson. And Coleman. Just run against them all.

A study of the Jqc archives should be employed and if it’s true they’re all mostly from the same few schools those schools should be visited by the Supreme Court and have the ethics programs analyzed and improved.

Good to see the new gigantic courtroom is just a venue for the judges to celebrate themselves. When are they not receiving some plaque for existing? Jesus, get back to work.

Is anyone watching Garcia woods’ time? If marni Bryson got fined for not being on the bench enough, why isn’t marina? She’s cancelling her docket without cancelling it. Meaning—she’s leaving things on the docket but having her JA set new dates anyway because she feels like taking off. How is this different from what contini did?? Phantom dockets…

Everyone knows that judges in Broward backed up by what amounts to a protection racket by our CJ only work when they want to, which is as little as possible. Its always been the way it is in Broward.
Face it, the quality of judges here is the bottom of the barrel.

JQC has a lot of UF grads. And UF dynasty families. Weird they’d let NOVA people in but not many down here from UF would run for judge.

Because judges get paid chump change. But the benefits are pretty good. Most contestants lacked a profitable practice and are willing to go after what they perceive to be a big score. Either that, or all they’ve ever been is government grunts and lack any talent. That’s the main reason we’ve got the crap that we do on the bench in Broward.
