“A CELEBRATORY WOOHOO”

After a long delay, the SAO this morning provided Brenda’s personnel file from her secretarial days, following our public records request.  As you might expect, it doesn’t disappoint.  The whole thing will be scanned and uploaded as time allows, but for now we’ll provide a sample, given the troubling similarities between the highlighted incident and Brenda’s now discredited domestic violence claims in Brenda v. Blog.

The setting: September 11, 2001.  The SAO had just been closed due to the attack on our homeland, and Brenda let out a cheer.  Former ASA Tom Coleman got upset, and confronted Forman.  The following complaint and response was then filed by the parties:

There are witness statements from the following, while Former ASA Brian Workman’s detailed memo is pictured in full below:

David Alvarez (“Please be advised that at no time did I observe either individual raise their hand and/or fist at one another.”); Lisa Carre; Brent Curd; Andrew Deckert (“Tom’s arms were outstretched, palms up as he stated “Are you kidding me, do you know how many people are dead?”); Ginger Downs (“I would like it to be known that at no time did Tom ever raise his hands or indicate in any way he was going to strike Brenda”); Regina Faulk (“She was yelling that Tom had no right to talk to her like that and she thought he was about to strike her”); Alicia Huff; Mark Kirsch; Giuseppina Miranda (“From the sound of Brenda’s voice, she seemed more angry than afraid.”); Linda Nicholas (“I did not see him physically threaten her in any way or verbally threaten her.”); Jenny Palma; Stacy Ross (“I could not hear what was said, other than Brenda Jenkins yelling “don’t put your hands on me.”); Dawn Smith; DeShonda Thomas; Sharon Williams (“Brenda was being attacked … “).

As stated previously, the whole Forman personnel file will be posted shortly, including two reprimands made before the 9/11 incident, some positive performance evaluations, and the documentation showing that the 9/11 event appears to have been resolved by mediation.

In closing, stay tuned for an update on the bar complaint Brenda filed that the Bar is still avidly pursuing on her behalf.  Assigned Grievance Committee C and bar counsel Frances Brown-Lewis have taken some very unusual action, which will hopefully be reported on in-depth by mainstream media soon …

    Ahh the irony

Coleman calls a person a color “an animal who doesn’t deserve to breathe” and the person of color is the bad person? My how Jaab has changed.

WHAT!? Coleman was upset that Brenda was cheering terrorist- and somehow he is the bad guy. Get real. Brenda cheering 9/11 is the most disgusting thing I have heard. She is a bad person. Who could cheer for this?

Coleman should have comported himself better. Brenda made an idiot comment but no one else in the office acted like a hot head.

I think the fact he wasn’t sure if his father was in the building and someone was cheering the fact that these buildings being destroyed and people dying at the hands of terrorists gives him a pass. What did he do that was wrong? Call her out for cheering the terrorists? Give me a break. The crazy thing here is Brenda cheering 9/11. WTF?

He was so concerned he stayed at work? Something doesn’t add up. Sounds like the family member in the building story may have been in response to having to defend his comments about Brenda being an animal.

I don’t think he needed to make anything up. I think her cheering terrorists is enough to make anyone angry. No need to make anything up. Where was he going to go anyway? There were no flights out that day genius.
Missing the point. Brenda cheered terrorists killing Americans. I’m surprised they kept her employed. I’m surprised this story didn’t come out during the election.

Maybe this is why Coleman was rejected by the Governor so many times before he was appointed.

why would he be rejected for this? if he was- it is crap. The voters should reject the woman that cheered 9/11. Unreal. How could she cheer this?

No matter how insensitive her comments were. No one, especially someone in a position of authority like Coleman, should not call a person of color an animal. Same as calling her the n word. Two wrongs don’t make a right

      What’s a person of color???
      We’re all persons of color.
White Men freed the slaves, and allowed females to vote.
A simple thank you would suffice.

I remember that day vividly. I was on my way to court and saw the reports. Everyone soldiered on until Judge Ross closed the courthouse. No one cheered. Everyone was too busy crying.

Her grammar is appalling! And she’s the Clerk?? Come on Broward voters….educate yourself a little better next time.

If she was really cheering the events of that day because she got a half day I can think of a lot worse things to call her than animal. Animal refers to low development. What does that have to do with people’s skin tone anyway. A heartless act or person is like a low developed animal like a German Nazi or White Supremacist with white skin or a callous terrorist bomber with dark skin. Get a grip.

And here I thought she just like to wear animal print moo moos to work with rubber sandals! They are both nut jobs unless the coffee is being spiked in the State Attorney’s Office !
They are both immature buffoons that need anger management classes and should have both been fired. That or throughly medicated.

An extremely overweight cougar/leopard,, and a much slower one at that!
The harsh Africa sun would pose a threat to her survival.

At the very least, very inappropriate outburst by Brenda Forman. Lets hope 2020 brings us a new clerk that behaves more appropriately under the circumstances described.

What’s the dealio with Forman always claiming she’s fearing for her life? Is there a med for that?

What is the Bar rule for not getting provoked by extremely insensitive behavior? Seems like he got himself under control and did not do anything the Bar needs to protect the public from.

Coleman could have handled it much better. What’s he doing as a judge now if he has NO SELF CONTROL.
You’ might expect this sort of behavior from Forman considering her past history. She’s not very bright.
    ONLY IN BROWARD

I don’t care if his father is in that building?

If she said that she should have been fired.
