Weinstein has been forgetting a division for as long as he’s been in charge, namely his own.

What does he get paid for?

He claimed to be heavily involved in the new building but that’s a disaster.

Can he be removed by the Judges?

Weinstein’s worthless. Now he wants to hand it over to Tooty so he’s got his foot in the door so he can continue to skate and do nothing.

Satz’ office a mess ? Like it’s any different in the PDs office where the top slackers are way over 80 and half the office has quit because they won’t take any cases while the rest of us are drowning in cases because of all they’re having to be reassigned ? It’s the same here where it’s all about Howie but with less and less buying it.

Weinstein is a politician who lost at the polls. His consolation prize was a judgeship. Broward got the turkey neck again and will be paying his big fat pension. He should be put to Dependency asap and made to work for it.

This duffis has never had a real job in his life. This is the kind of crap that put Trump in the whitehouse. All these losers and dead weights on the wallets of taxpayers should be cut out. Make your voice heard. We’ve seen what can be accomplished. Vote these parasites out at the earliest convince.

      Certainly Trump would help Pete.
Pete was a sacrificial lamb for PC cowards.
Trump said that the PC had to go, because its killing us.

Isn’t that newly elected Judge Mike Lynch hanging with ATurd and Tim Lorder, those slimy campaign consultants? Oh oh! Hope he ubered.

Did Judges Lynch, McCarthy and candidate Streeter who used Michael G Ahearn Consulting know that the checks paid from their campaigns to Michael G Ahearn Consulting in excess of an astonishing amount of $90,000 actually went to a company called South Florida Arbitrations which is owned by a person named Donahoe and not by Ahearn. It is highly suspected that checks from that company may have paid others to write defamatory blogs about opponents and others in the community. The candidate and judges should DEMAND Donahue demonstrate NO money flowed to bloggers such as Lauder or Red Broward to fund negative press about their opponents, without proper disclosure. Newly elected Judge Michael Lynch who paid Donahoe the incredible amount of $33,000 (when he thought he was paying Ahearn) must demand that the proper authorities investigate this. If true, many potential problems lie down the road. Attorneys should not represent themselves as campaign consultants, fail to disclose this scheme, then hide behind fictitious names created by another. Check out South Florida Arbitrations on sunbiz and also look at Donahue’s fictitious name filing where it is doing business as Michael G Ahearn Consulting. Follow the money. Why is Ahearn playing hide and seek.

Which is it????? MAC or MGA Consulting or Michael Ahearn Consulting or MA Consulting or Michael G Ahearn Consulting. McCarthy paid MA Consulting (non existent entity which was administratively dissolved in 2015 and never owned by Ahearn) $10,278.80 and MGA Consulting (non existent entity) $20,000. Stacey Ross paid MAC (non existent entity) $938.00. Streeter paid Michael Ahearn Consulting (non existent entity) $16,091.64 and Michael G. Ahearn Consulting (owned by Donahue) $10,000. Lynch (who by the way acted as his own treasurer) paid MGA Consulting (non existent entity) $27,429.65 and Megan Donahue $5,000.00 (the owner of South Florida Arbitrations, Inc. fka J.A.Z. Arbitrations, Inc. and formely owned by Michael G. Ahearn until August 4, 2005 when Ahearn filed an Articles of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation of Ahearn Arbitrations New Corporate Name. It was returned by the Dept of State for inaccurate filing. South Florida Arbitrations, Inc. (owned by Donahue) filed another ficticious name, Ahearn Dispute Resolution in 2014. This was a renewal of a July 6, 2009 filing by none other than Michael G. Ahearn, who apparently wants his name and liability insulated from his conduct in Broward County campaigns. Is all of this confusing and misleading…you betcha…that is the idea- protect yourself with layer after layer of hide and seek. Did the Judges know about this? Did their Treasurers know? Did Ahearn disclose that he did not own the entity the candidates paid? Did Ahearn disclose that 4 of 5 entities that he had candidates deliver checks to, do not exist. or administratively dissolved or simply not owned by Ahearn. No matter how you look at this, it is a shady path, for sure.

No doubt about it. This is one very strange family! What family does this kind of thing ? Strange enough the Board of County Commissioners supports this kind of stuff with taxpayer’s money at Young at Art, but this father daughter thing is more than weird.
You don’t have to wonder very much about why this poor girl behaves the way she does.
The County should close Young at Art immediately. I sure wouldnt allow my children to visit it.

Pretty bad when a former top sex crimes prosecutor refuses to let her daughter to go to Young at Art

It’s amazing the lengths a lonely and obviously disturbed girl will go to to get attention even if it requires wearing a yarmulke and Star of David pasties over her nips. Hope she doesn’t really believe she’s making some kind of tity points for being Daddy’s little girl to the extent she’d make such a fool of herself. Very unattractive stunt.

Girls at my school posed naked on their dad’s laps all the time and painted a portrait of it.

Of course most of those dads were nicknamed shorteyes and were registered sex offenders but who is anyone to judge.

  4. 1

ATurd may be a piece of shit political hack but Jay Spechler is a fucking pervert for allowing his daughter to lay topless on his lap for a portrait. Then there is a video of his daughter running around almost topless that claims to be “art”. This crap isn’t art it is a cry for help by Ali Spechler.

When I was in school girls that had shriveled hangers like this weird chick that’s obviously no babe except maybe in daddy’s strange form of reality, hid them as best they could. This girl is about as artful as a scabed baboon on crack with the wrong kind of parental guidance! LOL. More to be pitied than scorned.
Young at Art is a really lame excuse for art. More like an excuse to keep a family supplied with an income stream.

Wow….a co defendant was caught lying and the State dropped the charges. What did Silber do besides file a NOA before the dismissal? Call the press? Hey do you think if the guys name was LeRoy Smith and there was no media involved Silber would have represented him?

        1. 4

          0

Well at least there was no conflict considering Smith’s lawyer Silber also represented Alu when she tried to sue the jaablog to get the identity of El Huevon.

Must be nice… it’s all the time a case filer declines to file on case like this. One may say it is good to have friends in the right places.

Aturd’s as limp as a bonefish: no talent, squirms like a fish out of water unless he’s slimming his way around behind the scenes as somebody’s political pimp. Takes crumbs wherever he can because he’s got no business. He’s only comfortable crawling around in the slime pits.

No business? Looks like the guy made about $85,000 in about 4 months from 4 clients. Seems like Ahearn has a lot of haters.

        2. 2

          3

I am certain that there is no way Alu knew Silber was the attorney when she declined the case. She is a very ethical person and attorney. Case filers have hundreds of cases. There is no way she knew he was the attorney. She would have had the case reassigned if she knew her attorney was the defendant’s attorney. Either way that case needs to be re-evaluated by someone who doesn’t have such a huge conflict of interest.

          1. 3

            0

Silber claims he was Smith’s SPD but there is no record of this on the clerk’s computer. I would be interesting to see when he was appointed SPD and when the Alu declined to file.

            1. 1

              1

Silber was a specially appointed public defender on the case. I was standing in court when the judge read his name on the record.

                0

Lol…Hey Alu who was fhe attorney that you spoke with on behalf of Smith?

                Larry Schweiker…. correct?

Larry is a class guy, he doesnt need to self promote and steal credt from others to convince everyone he is a successful trial lawyer. Not the first time for Silber, he pulled the same crap on Perazza. Schwartzreich did all the heavy lifting and Silver tried to make it look like on Facebook he really particpated in the case

That Jarhead dummy deserved to get swamped and run out of town ! Lol. Just another Broward Judge that was handed a free ride and ultimately couldn’t handle it like so many others ! Broward is full of such appointed dummies that could never make much in private practice and once elevated to the bench think it’s rule by divine right and when they get voted out or removed by the JQC they cry like stuck pigs caught in a lightning storm. Destry always reminded me of a jarhead Baby Huey who from the get-go was way over his head and abilities and who was trying to make up for his incompetence by playing the role of Dark Avenger. He’s was just way too stupid to pull it off even by the standards of Broward’s Legal Sparrows.

Lynch didn’t know his divorce record wasn’t sealed? What a bunch of crap. Korda the judge was probably busy smoking marijuana in some public park in Hollywood to remember what he ordered at the request of Lynch. Just another pack of lies it sounds like to me.
Broward judges are a bunch of reckless imbeciles when it comes to breaking the rules. We’ve seen it before.

      1. 1

        2

Lynch didn’t want anyone to see his $130,000 credit card debt. Who has credit card debt at age 69 after taking from the public dole for 35 years. Answer: Guys in my college always had credit card debt. Loser. Little Lynch is worse. He spends $150 weekly on his nicotine habit.

        1. 1

          1

Baby Lynch is even worse if that’s possible. Couldn’t hack jail visits in the PD, and worn out the free ride with Regional Counsel. What’s left ! Become a Broward County judge like the rest of the milkers. Lol

    MORE TROUBLE FOR CONTINI?

A few days ago we received the following reply about our article on Judge Contini:
“He is apparently no better in the Family Court. Filed complaint with JQC today.” · November 24 at 5:39pm

    Then this one:
Do you want me to forward the Complaint sent to JQC? Furthermore, it appears Contini instructed this guy to file for Contempt of Court charges against me for refusing visitation, but this guy (not the brightest bulb) never even asked for visitation LOL I’m sure more disclosure into this ex parte hearing with Contini will come to light in the hearing to vacate Contini’s order Dec 2nd since he has been recused.

    Lastly:
I am not a lawyer but a law student and Computer Programmer by profession, as well as being the mother of a 3 1/2 yr old child Contini needlessly endangered.

When we receive the complaint, we’ll let you know more.

  8. 0

    3

    The attorneys here would know better but our guess would be since the new allegations will take a long time to be investigated, the Supreme Court will go ahead with the scheduled public reprimand and if the new allegations are found to be true;
He’ll definitely loose his job and maybe even be disbarred.
Can they do both to him?
    Our guess would be yes.

  9. 0

    2

    CONTINI UPDATE:
It’s for real. We just receive a copy of the letter from the JQC confirming their receipt of the complaint filed against him last week. We also received a copy of the actual complaint.

We’re trying to publish the full story by tomorrow on our website. when we have it up, we’ll come back here and give everyone the link to it.

What we will tell you for now is if the allegations in the complaint are true, and we have no reason to doubt that they aren’t, the Florida Supreme Court is going to crucify him.

The allegations are similar to what he’s already in trouble for.
Kind of like a VOP for judges, with the violation being the same as the original offence.
Damn, the Supreme Court hasn’t even set a date for his reprimand yet, and he did it again?

  10. 4

Are jqc complaints public record? Sounds like a dope that didn’t get her way. This blog has gone down hill with all the trolls but bill doesn’t mind being used as long as it keeps him relevant.

    1. 0

      4

Why don’t you wait till we publish the story to pass judgment.

We have the complete 5 page complaint along with a letter from the JQC confirming a complaint was filed, supplied to us from the person that filed the complaint.

No, JQC complaints are NOT public record until the JQC decides to file formal charges, then they become public record.

A 1990 Florida Supreme Court ruling however, allows us to publish the fact and proof that a complaint was actually filed.

I believe Judge Contini filed one against his opponent, Ferren, and made that public.

We could publish the 5 page complaint, but won’t because it mentions minor children by name, however to tell the story we will have to reference it several times.

With that being said, let us now say this:

Because JQC complaints are not public record, that means that no one and we repeat no one knows about this complaint except:
      1. The person who filed the complaint
      2. Us
      3. Judge Contini since he recused himself from the case.

      So we find it very interesting that you chose to use the words;
“a dope that didn’t get HER way”
How could you possibly know that it was a woman?

Our suspicion is that you are judge Contini.

For the record, we do not reveal our sources, but she has consented to us using her name.

We should have the story up by tomorrow morning.
We also resent being called trolls!

We’re big enough to admit it though. We all make mistakes at least we caught it before anyone noticed.

I dont really comment very often, but its a pretty bold statement to accuse someone of posting something, and then just say sorry we messed up, we actually put it in our article. You don’t even know what is in your article? If your blog is so popular why do you post here?

          1. 0

            1

We answered you a day ago but noticed our comment was deleted. Not by Bill, but we forgot on a WordPress site to many links equals spam, so auto-delete.

Please read more carefully, we were referring to posts on this blog, not our WEBSITE.
            We apologized for this:

We said the poster could not know a particular fact about the complaint, then realized we revealed that fact on an earlier post on THIS blog.

We haven’t published a story yet.
We want to wait and see what happens at the hearing on the matter on Dec. 02.

We want to see what another judge has to say about what he did. They hearing is to vacate his “final order”.

If anyone thinks we are out to get the judge, please read what we wrote about him a while back:
            https://southfloridacorruption.com/Court-Articles-7

No matter what happens at the hearing we will publish the confirmation letter from the JQC that a complaint was actually filed.

The only reason we posted here was to let the attorneys that may have do deal with him to be aware he may be doing in the family court, what he did in criminal to be in so much trouble now.

Blog? Yes we have a blog exactly like this one (WordPress 2014 theme),

We use it as a public forum because, for security reasons, we don’t allow posts to our website so we setup the blog to allow people to comment on our articles.

Asking that a Judge follow the letter of the law makes me a dope? Interesting.

The order in question will be vacated . Initially I felt some sympathy for Contini as he most likely was lied to and/or manipulated in my absence. I don’t know. What I do know is that if the law had been followed this situation would have never presented itself. I abide by the law and I personally feel that a Judge, probably more so than others, should as well. You disagree?

When it was just a rumor that Williams might run against Satz I heard people whispering that an ex ASA or someone from the office should run against him. Attorneys were hopeful someone reasonable would challenge him. Someone with some credibility that wasn’t stuck in the Jim Crow era. But no one would. Everyone said he was untouchable. Until Theresa Williams jumped In the race.

Williams showed he can be beat. It was a close nail biter. Down to the wire. How many votes did Satz win by? 400? It was a grim scene awaiting the results. His own supporters were scared. Thanks Theresa! I mean that. So say what you will about her (and of course the trolls will…anonymously of course) but she revealed Satz can be beat. Satz knows it. How do you know?

Now he has a Public Relations person on the payroll.

    Close, but no banana’s.
    This ain’t horse shoes.

Although Williams did a good job having her co-council converted to a confidential informant for PBSO, to gain the PBA endorsement.

Getting PBSOTalk.com shut down and having a material witness move to Russia was a pretty good Hat Trick.

Give credit where credit is due.
How many attorneys in the “country”, run for the top cop spot, under a black lives movement?

    1. 10

      0

Williams should run for Public Defender. She’d probably win. More people have submitted resignations over the last year than at any time in the history of the Public Defender’s office because of poor management and a general lack of faith in its leadership if you can call it that. With none of the PD supervisors carrying any cases and skating to retirement and on shaky ground, Williams would find support for her candidacy within the office of PD with no problem at all. She’d make a big difference if she turned all Howie’s blowhard rhetoric into something resembling real conviction.
It’s something she should consider as the condo votes don’t mean as much as they used to. She’d have the overwhelming support of we the private bar as well as far as contributions.

      1. 0

        2

        Great Idea.

That would save BSO time and effort to have hundreds of defense attorney’s, as confidential informants.

Teresa can’t be trusted with her own firm, ad you think she’d handle other attorney’s correctly?

      2. 0

That being said , he has been SA since the 1976.
        Got to go. 1976?

Really didn’t think term limits was a good idea, but with more experience, to much power to long=corruption.

Something like 180 police involved shooting since 1976, and no prosecutions?

They would have us believe all those shootings were justified?

        Floriduh!

Don’t mention Peraza, should have never been prosecuted, would have shot McBean too, under same circumstances.

Please, no disrespect to his family.

Never would have even been arrested.

Satz did not prosecute him for political reasons.

Broward judges just can’t seem to do a fairly easy job of being a fair and neutral arbiter without falling into an ego pit of self destruction as evidenced by many Broward judges to date.
How many times does it take before they learn this simple lesson?
Unfortunately, it’s going to take the Judicial Qualifications Committee and the Florida Supreme Court to send a stern message of their own to ALL BROWARD JUDGES that this type of behavior does not come without consequences attached to them.
Contini’s behavior and the consequences can not be mitigated by the excuses offered that he’s a new judge without giving Broward judges the green light for the continued type of behavior that’s plagued Broward Courts for years with an arrogance and disregard for the law that’s shown itself continually among a less than qualified judiciary in need of much improvement.
If these judges can’t do the job effectively, replace them with judges who will.

Sounds like you might have read our article.

We weren’t trying to minimize what did but at the time of writing that article, judges Rosenthal, Pollack, and Imperato, had just resigned over what we thought was much crazier reasons.

Have to admit you find drunks and drugs in most professions.

But the ability, duty, and demand for a judge to remain impartial is at the heart of what they do.

The prospect of Patl or Bogenschützen as state attorney is almost too much to contemplate. Thankfully neither could win. One night on the campaign trail would tell the very short story.

A valid question a candidate could ask is what’s the story with the ERU lawyers?
And as stated in a previous post a message voters and anyone would understand is why don’t some lawyers have any cases? In other circuits all PD lawyers have cases. So a candidate could run and tell voters all lawyers will have cases. Including administration. Maybe not the elected PD but every other lawyer should have cases. Just like in every other circuit. That would justify some of the 6 figure salaries, and perhaps kept some of the 65 lawyers from bailing out when they had way more than they could handle and the hypocrisy was too much.

    1. 4

Hey voters, lets talk about ERU lawyers…

Voters: Huh? Emergency Room lawyers? Ambulance chasers? When are the knockoff oreos and bad coffee going to be served at this meeting?

      1. 5

        1

All ERU does is supply defendants with substandard legal representation that hurts superior private practitioners who do something beside meet and plea.
It’s the biggest joke in the pd’s office.

ITS NEVER BEEN WORSE THATS FOR SURE WITH SUPERVISORS WHO ARE AFRAID TO GO ANYWHERE NEAR A COURTROOM. THEY PISS ON US WITHOUT THE COURTESY OF CALLING IT RAIN. THATS WHY SO MANY ARE QUITING

  15. 7

People are leaving the PD’s office in droves because we don’t feel appreciated. Renee Dadowski is the absolute WORST person to put in a supervisory position. She has a negative effect on office morale, and absolutely no practical experience to back up her bloated attitude.

Hey Howard, why not put trial attorneys in supervisor positions. That way when I have a question, maybe someone in a leadership role can actually answer it for me!

    1. 10

      0

      Dear Howard,

It’s pretty ballsy to give Renee Dadowski a salary of $102,250.20 when she has NEVER won a jury trial in her ENTIRE CAREER. Just saying…

I think public defender supervisors should be able to supervise. How can you do that if you’ve never actually done the job. How can you have trial lawyers come to a “supervisor” with questions that they couldn’t possibly know the answer to???

        1. 2

          0

Like most of the supervisors in the PDs office they are scared stiff of even getting close to a courtroom because they’ll be exposed for what they are. Pretty much the same applies to returning phone calls to answer questions about complicated questions of law from those of us actually trying cases and pulling our weight as far as caseloads when they don’t carry any caseloads themselves.
It’s much easier to skate while the rest of us do the work. Sad but true: there’s little to no leadership in the PD anymore because all they care about is themselves and not about the duty to our office. The rest as they say is hystory.

          1. 2

            0

We really wish someone who actually works at the PD’s office would contact us. We can keep you anonymous, but we really need at least 1 person with some guts to give any story we do some credibility.

You would be surprised at how few people in Broward, average citizens, know what is going on there.

The PD’s office is funded with tax-payer dollars.
For the head public defender to spend most of his time playing golf and hanging out at channel 7, and paying supervisors to do nothing and even not be at the office, is stealing from the people of Broward County.

Why not just put a gun to our head Howard?

Next time you try to call a supervisor with a question, and try several time with no answer, contact us and give us their number.

We’ll call them and ask why they don’t answer.
Maybe something like that would worry them enough to get off their ass.

That’s what we are trying to do.
Bring attention to the average person about why this county is know to be the most corrupt in the country.

Think this last election showed there is a NATIONAL mindset, that most of America that we are sick of the status quo, sick of the corruption, and sick of career politicians.

Incorrect. Both she and Cathy have that ONE case they ALWAYS talk about. Cathy had the sex offender guy she tried with Howard (and lost) and Renee had some DUI that she slam-dunked with a 5 minute not guilty way back in the day in county court. Get you fact straight, please.

Some legal careers ! No wonder they are both scared to death to enter a courtroom. I don’t know what use they’d be anyway. Those that can’t do teach but neither Keuthan or Dadowski even have the experience to give any legal advice to anyone about anything. Instead they criticize attorneys that have hundreds of trials under their belts and strut around like they’ve got corn cobs shoved up their fat asses. They’re just bimbos. I avoid them whenever possible.

    Dear Howard,

Please consider replacing Renee Dadowski as supervisor. We would greatly prefer someone that can answer our questions!

I’m not proposing firing her, or reducing her $102,250.20 annual salary. All I’m saying is: Switch her out with someone that has actual experience!

Take a senior lawyer (if you have anyone still around) and put them in Renee’s place. Keep Renee at her $102,250.20 annual salary, but make her take a caseload!

This act ALONE will GREATLY increase office morale. Please consider.

    Love,
    The Expendables

    Dear Howard,

Having Renee Dadowski as a supervisor shows a complete disregard for our clients; and that’s what this job is supposed to be about… the clients!

I shouldn’t have to justify my worth by how many jail visits, westlaw searches, and depos I’ve accumulated throughout a month. A true trial attorney wouldn’t measure ANYONE’S worth by such trivial standards.

But that’s what you get when you surround yourself with unqualified kiss-asses like Renee. She certainly won’t be found in any courtroom. She can’t possibly be bothered by observing her subordinates! She would rather use these arbitrary measures and monthly stats to pretend she actually “supervises”.

Please Howard, PLEASE replace Renee. What good is a supervisor with little to no courtroom experience. The clients deserve better. It all starts at the top!

    Love,
    The Expendables

How can judge Carlos Rodriguez apply to be a 3rd DCA judge if he lives in Broward. If he’s moved to Miami-dade, then he can’t be a Broward judge. What gives?

    1. 3

He sure ain’t going to be chief judge of the 17th so why not throw your name in for 3rd DCA. He lost it from the head up a long time ago.

    What? Renee?
Agree with some of points made about Renee. But she’s not even close to the worst chief. What about Frank?
Frank checked out years ago and is counting his days left on a timer on his phone. He’s so dead when you speak to him he barely processes what you’re saying. He can’t be bothered to listen because he doesn’t care.

    You ask:
“How can you have trial lawyers come to a “supervisor” with questions that they couldn’t possibly know the answer to???”
For that discussion you need to discuss what many now EX pd’s cite as the straw that broke the camels back. That’s the last rounds of supervisors appointed. For many it was a slap in the face. The people chosen of late have NO business supervising or training anyone. Not even new hires. No one believes a 2 year lawyer, that has had 1 felony trial should be teaching any new lawyer anything. A handful of the attorneys that left recently would have been far better choices.

    Bottomline —
    1. Howard isn’t replacing any chief or supervisor. Not Frank, Owen, Gordon, Meri. Definitely not Renee. Renee is best friends with the “number 2” (nice double entendre) as she was called in a prior post. The only thing being replaced in the office is the double dippers. You know, like Al.

    2. By not properly addressing the departures; the PD administration is now defined by the exodus of good lawyers. They walk around saying that everyone left for more money or “greener pastures” when in fact a handful left for the same amount of money because they wanted out so badly. It’s a shame because there were many talented lawyers in the office.

One the bright side; it means a good candidate could run and gain internal support (and the defense bar support) and be the next PD.

Nah, Josh (the guy who wrote on his website: “I bring my NJ attitude down here” …seriously, he did), isn’t as liked as you or he thinks. Just because a person is a brown-noser doesn’t mean what they think in their mind is what others think too.

He has that brash, loud mouthed NJ way about him which many find annoying.

Look Joshua, stop posting about it – ain’t never gonna happen.

John McCray should run for PD – he actually DOES stuff that make him seem like he should be PD, unlike you Josh, who just kisses ass to get cases (plus an Irish sounding name like McCray could win).

          G. Weeks – bad choice, has no case load as PD now, + he is Howards choice so more of the same b.s.
McCray – should run for PD, but probably won’t bc afraid to run against another African American
Josh – brownnoser bacdl type, done nothing to show why he should be defending public.

      “The defense bar support”

      LOL!

      No seriously… LOLOLOL

The defense bar is an absolute joke with little to no organization whatsoever.

Howard won because channel 7 gave him name recognition after the OJ trial (back when local news played a more important role). With over 1 million registered voters in Broward and an overly saturated media environment, the person with the best sounding name will win.

That is, of course, barring any major media trial coverage in the next 4 years that creates a local celebrity; Like what happened with Jeff Ashton after the Casey Anthony trial.

Don’t look to Litl Howie to actually try a case to get some name recognition or otherwise. He hasn’t handled a case in twenty years. Doubt if he could. Not like Satz who can actually try a case and does.

The word in the pd’s office, or feeble excuses more precisely, for the large numbers of attorneys leaving its employ being offered have little to do with the statistical smoke screen Howard Finkelstein is throwing around. And it’s now become well accepted as such around the office.
The facts are that most of those leaving repeatedly site reasons stemming from inordinate numbers of cases, low compensation and an overwhelming top heavy administration who do nothing to either alleviate any of these problems by taking cases of their own or provide much help in resolving any of the difficulties associated with the present situation but count the days of the week and try to remain free of the case reassessment fray that presents itself almost daily caused from those leaving.
The sense of denial of these facts among our supervisors permeate the very fabric of the office and the results are seen on the faces of almost everybody every day when I come to work.
It’s certainly not a secret that the explanations being given for the large numbers of good people leaving do not suffice to reconcile any of the above problems, nor do they hide the truth.

Yep, and Howard did no favor to Gordon trying to anoint him as his heir.

As a no cases, six figure supervisor himself, Gordon carries all that negative crap from Howard’s admin. with him. The private bar doesn’t like how PD goes into jail to recruit new clients, so Gordon will have to contend with BOTH a PD office and private bar wanting a change.

What happened to Gordon’s 6 foot long dreads? Lol. Hope he’s not taking himself too seriously. When Litl Howie drops Gordo is going to have to get a real job. The next contender will be better than the last and comes from the real world.

Are there any judges in Broward that are competent? Lol.
She’s right about Chief Judge Weinstein using Family Court as a dumping ground for wayward Broward judges, which couldn’t be anymore dangerous for the parties.
Weinstein should know better but seems he’s more concerned in reality with the size of the toilet seats and height of the benches in the New Courthouse than he ever has been about disciplining Wayward Broward judges like they should be dealt with.
The responsibility lies with Weinstein. He’s done nothing but make the situation worse with Broward judges that either don’t know what they are doing or behave in an unethical manner.
He should be removed as chief judge in this reader’s opinion. The excuses he’s made in the past for drunk and drugged up Broward judges are pathetic and smack of incompetence.
A Petition should be started and submitted to the Fla. Supreme Court to have him removed. I notice also his harmful actions to Justice and pathetic attempts to protect Broward judges are never reported on by the media as they should be. Another big problem.
Contini is obviously unfit for duty along with Weinstein. Both should be removed from the bench.
