BOOTED!

Jack Tuter’s plaquing is underway. The new 17th floor ceremonial courtroom is being dedicated in his name at this moment. It’s being live streamed here, and should remain available after being recorded.

JAABLOG was unceremoniously booted from the event shortly before it started. We were told the entire 17th floor is still closed to the public, and that the event is by invitation only, meaning our invitation wasn’t lost in the mail after all. We were also informed that press, mainstream or otherwise, was banned, and that the order for JAABLOG’s eviction came from Tuter himself.

Here are a few snaps we managed while in the process of being kicked out:

Tuter poses for someone else’s camera as BSO escorts JAABLOG out …
BSO Captain Ozzy Tianga good-naturedly poses while asking very nicely for us to leave. Seconds after this was taken an armed deputy came angrily rushing in, after, we assume, a radio call went out concerning JAABLOG’s presence. Ozzy, of course, immediately defused the situation …
Former APD Sandy Perlman standing in front of Bill Scherer. Perlman is believed to be one of the few judges in attendance with Tuter, Josh Doyle, and others at the controversial Bar v. Blog secret meeting in 2019 …
Mark Bogen preparing to open the plaquing ceremony. Kodak Black was nowhere in sight

By the looks of things, you didn’t miss anything Bill. Watching a bunch of old decrepit codgers honor themselves is about as pathetic as it gets. Tuter looks absolutely feeble about now and has done nothing for years except come up with lame excuses for bad behaving judges and absolutely nothing to improve the decrepit state of our judiciary. He’s only a few steps from needing a whoopee cushion to get the attention he needs so desperately to convince himself he’s still relevant.

What other losers were there besides Perlschmutz? Why is she sucking up to Tooty? Is Perlschmutz up for election soon? We need to get rid of contradictory judges like her.

The ones that could just wanted to get as far away from Finkelstein as fast as they could. The ones that stayed wished they hadn’t.

Yikes !!! – She’s a little old for even a walk-on spot for soft porn at her age. Never was at her best much of a looker, but now she just looks rancid.
It’s time to roll up the rug Sandy. They make toys for old tripe with oral fixations. You better stay off the juice before you end up like some of these other washed up bimbo judges. Bouncing around on Tooty’s lap ain’t gonna get you nothin. Rumor is he doesn’t even like girls. Pull yourself together girl before its too late and try out something besides cheap South Beach motels for a change. It’ll make a better woman of you. LOL

The old bag with her arm around fearless leader didn’t even want her name to be associated with this embarrassment. She’s got her name tag turned over ! LOL

I noticed the empty name tag too. There’s been a lot of rolling of eyes about Tuter pushing so hard for this. Its kind of pathetic in a way, but that describes his administration of this circuit as well.

How much is the public paying for this? How is a supposedly “public” event not open to the public?

Heard many other judges boycotted Tuter’s ceremonial azz kissing session. He’s not particularly well respected for any myriad of reasons. No doubt that’s the reason it wasn’t a public ribbon cutting ceremony. The invite list just included the dedicated pucker-ups.

This is why Broward is an embarrassment. What has this judge done to merit this!?
I’m glad most judges took a pass on going to this farce.

I think his ego must have needed this. Working for Scherer, Tobin, Weinstein. Being #2 all those years to the big boys can take a toll. He probably did all the scut work for Weinstein on the new building. With zero credit. Then Weinstein gets his name on it with The County Commissioners on a big brass dedication by the main entrance. So maybe this is fair. Weird surely. But maybe fair.

It’s a game of inches. None of his Judges have been removed or disbarred in quite some time.

      Huzzah.

On Friday, November 19, 2021, county officials, elected officers, and many others gathered (both in-person and via YouTube) for the ribbon cutting ceremony of the Jack B. Tuter, Jr. Complex Trial Courtroom. Built on the 17th floor in what was formerly shell space, the new courtroom can seat well over 200 people, and will be used for complex civil trials and special court events and ceremonies.

Com. Bogen caught himself when he said Criminal today. He must have remembered mid-sentence that he wasted all this money on a stupid design.

Broward still doesn’t have a decent courtroom for major Criminal trials.

            Typical Broward.

This’s wrong. How embarrassing for a judge to have to conduct a case in there with the Chief Judge’s name emblazoned like that.

I wonder how many confused people will get a summons for 17150 for Judge SoAndSo’s case and see Chief’s name up there instead of Judge SoAndSo’s and get more confused and lost????

Don’t you usually have to accomplish something to get a public structure named after you? I have been really busy lately but can someone list the achievements of the Tuter administration? There must be something I missed.

It’s just more of the same Broward backscratching nonsense. The stupid Courtroom can’t even be used for Criminal cases.

Let Jack get his little pat on the bottom. Things around here are gonna change faster than he can keep up with. Almost anything is more than he can keep up with as it is.

Twas only because of the gleaming New Courthouse to be named for a wealthy White ambulance chaser that the Prison Wing got named to a Black man. There wasn’t any naming for 20 years of the Prison Wing. They had to make it look good .

So I was asked if I would be in attendance for Judge Tutor’s ceremonial naming. But, I mean, I’m a little upset it wasn’t named after me. I mean, I have literally done every type of law in every courtroom, so obvi I should have my own courtroom. At least that’s what daddy$$$ told me!

I am thinking of running for judge though. I’d like totally win- who else has the overwhelming knowledge base I have??! Vote Marla, guys!

Is it legal to ban the press from an event being held in a government building that tax payers fund plus pay the salaries of all elected officials in attendance? Is there some rule regarding the amount of elected officials that can gather without notification of the press being able to be present, I would think this was an Open Door violation.

Two numb nuts within a bag full of Broward numb nuts taking selfies at yet another ribbon cutting spoof put together by none other than Tooty and sidekick Skunk Ape.

You’d think they’d each have more productive things to do as Chief Judge and Court Clerk besides squeezing taxpayers for more party time.

This is what a burned out freeloader looks like in the Broward Court System … Thanks for all the memories Jack.
