BRYSON V. SCHERER TRANSCRIPTS

FloridaBulldog.org has a nice recap of the status of the case thus far found here, without referencing alleged shocking claims discussed in depositions, which include a threat to kill, live-cast topless dancing, possible JQC involvement, and a sitting judge being asked if she knows what her vagina looks like.

As there are 512 pages in the filing containing the transcripts, time won’t allow a more thorough review, so please clink the last link below to see for yourself what Marni Bryson, Bill Scherer, Jack Scarola, Peter Kemp, and Stephanie Toothaker have to say, and for the other documents and exhibits attached in support of Defendants’ Response To Plaintiff’s Motion To Amend Complaint To Seek Punitive Damages

Almost everyone else involved seems to be though. It says the Chief Judge filed a JQC? That wouldn’t happen in Broward, that’s fo sure.

Good for the info Bill. Marni is a mess. Anyone who has appeared before her has complained about her lack of judicial temperament and lack of knowledge of the law. Its no wonder she can’t keep a man for any length of time. You’d have to be really hard up to put up with her.

Wait until Marni’s got to face up to the pics ! Lol. This should be good. The American Bald Eagle makes its debut.

Lets face it Judge Scherer is dumb as dirt. The judge appointment was a nice gift from her father. She was the least qualified applicant.

Which Chief Judge is supposed to have made the JQC complaint they ask about in the depo? Palm or Broward or the one hearing the case I wonder?

Bryson has always been a problem since she took the bench and before. The sooner she is deposed the better.

A Florida lawyer who told a judge he was appalled by her behavior and she was “disrespectful to the people” spent several hours in jail on Wednesday before a state appeals court ordered his release.

Judge Marni Bryson scheduled a contempt hearing and sentenced lawyer John Carter of Boca Raton on Wednesday to 30 days in jail, the Palm Beach Post reports.

“I think you’re disrespectful to the people of Palm Beach County. I’m appalled,” Carter said. “Never in my 35 years of practice have I ever experienced anything like this.” He also told the judge he had spoken with other lawyers who had the same complaints about her.

When it sinks in that u need to file a JQC Complaint against these judges every time the screw up, it will begin to finally make a difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to do it myself if I encountered a problem with any of them. They’re just another wheel in the cog. If you throw in enough sand into the machine, it will catch up with them pretty quickly. They represent nothing more than referees. If they can’t or won’t do the job properly, toss them out or at least make them answerable.

The problem is the Jqc is a bunch of Judges sitting in judgement. They don’t do anything 90% of the time. There should be citizen review boards. They could could monitor the courtrooms. If Judges don’t show up, are late, quit early or act rude and arrogant they get hauled before the Board. It wouldn’t have anything to do with rulings. Only their ability to understand their role as servants of the people and to put in an honest day’s work.

It must be why they always trying to shut him down. They make so little money. It must be demoralizing when they supposed to be compensated in lieu of money with the bowing and scraping. They don’t want to be told how to behave on top of the low pay.

Right now it’s like asking a bunch of crooks to police themselves. Sure they don’t make very much, but they knew that when they went for the job.

The not working hard – that’s the worst. So what if they don’t like the pay. It’s called Public Service for a reason. It’s not a hobby. Late starts and making everyone sit around waiting for a government employee to come back from lunch is unacceptable.
