The BROWARD COURTS are rotten to the core and problems start at the top and filter down to the rest of the idiots.
Can’t tell you how many bailiffs I’ve had trouble with arrogance and rudeness at the base of their piss poor attitudes.
The problems start with piss poor judges who allow and often encourage these types of attitudes to persist in the court room and it progresses from there.
How many bailiffs does this make now ? How many judges does this make it now?
They all seem to think they are answerable to no one and that’s exactly the problem : there is no one at the top including our chief judge who administers any type of oversight from judges to bailiffs .
It’s a free-for-all in Broward Courts with the only people suffering being the taxpayers who pay for this Circus.
It’s a freak show. From pedophiles to wife beaters to drunk and drugged up judges, it’s front row tickets for a cheap price with justice being the loser.
Broward courts continue to be the joke of the state and yet nothing is ever done to correct it.

The last Broward bailiff liked them real young as I recall. This dude sounds like he doesn’t tip. Between the bailiffs and the judges, you’ve got a real kangaroo court going on in Broward ! Lol
The judges seem to be worse !

How bout bailiff Ed Sanchez. The sexual predator that got fired and rehired. Be careful of him , he’s seriously dangerous and works at the courthouse again.

And of of the female bailiffs was servicing attorneys in the jury room for money and still works here. $50 a head. True story.
If bso paid more the poor girl wouldn’t have to resort to being on her knees in the jury room trying to make a few extra bucks. You go girl !!!

They should alter the BSO Bailiff job requirements. Snorting lines of meth with a belt tightened around the neck while watching porn without cumming should no longer be a prerequisite to getting hired.

Nice … And these are the scuzbag bailiffs assigned to keep the scuzbag judges feeling good about themselves as they pull their crap ?

And that poor girl is still doing what she does best on her knees in the jury room at $50 per head and all while in her bso uniform. Quite kinky if I do say so myself.

Advisory : in case you don’t already know it, the Broward Courthouse is a dangerous place to hang ! I do my skit and get out as fast as I can . Between the idiot judges that know little or nothing about the law, and the sleazeball Bailiffs retired from New York, the incompetence one has to face in representing ones clients is beyond credulity. I try to stay in west palm courthouse if I can. Broward is a mess.

Broward bailiffs think they’re in a gymnasium or hair salon and always talking loud and joking. The Judges let them push the defendants and their lawyers around too. I hate going there.

That makes three of them with the appointment of Ribas on the public dole now. Everybody knows she was appointed over much more qualified candidates. Like father, like daughter, and now hubby .
And everybody knows that’s where ATURD gets his slop from.

I do belier that she swallows all the evidence. Wow. Oh from what I’ve been told she’s definitely worth it. She sucks and she’s worth it. Plus think of the thrill of having a bailiff service you while she’s in full uniform in the courtroom jury room while court is in session. Exciting to say the least and she has quite a following. But she does take reservations and please, cash only.

Does anybody know the bailiff that blows attorneys in the jury room ? The alligator poacher is still with bso. He sells alligator shoes and purses on weekends at the swap shop and doing very well.

Agree. She’s one of the worst I’ve seen. You don’t see that behavior in Palm beach. They’re so courteous and professional. The usan bailiff seems to always be trying to rub it in to the in-Custodies and lawyers that she’s running the show or something. The clerk is horrendous too. They’re a two woman torture show. And usan allows it. Can’t wait for usan to get the Destry treatment. He’s next. Only a matter of time.

      1. 0

        0

        Right. The ‘destry treatment’….

If that involves having your former APD getting family members help the APD to pay a filing fee…uh oh, so scary!! But no not really, because that’s about as far as it will go with that APD.

It’s worse before Usan comes out. The two of them screaming and yelling in front of the public like they’re at a ball game. So disrespectful and rude. Conversely, Usan has terrific demeanor, making it odd that he allows the sideshow to go on in his courtroom.

It’s Miami. Withold court costs no return to cat house. Special condition no stabbing. Back at work Monday based on no conviction.

  20. 0

The Judges empower these disrespectful clowns. Always looking the other way when they disrespect attorneys and the public. Failure to control them leads to horrible consequences. It’s time for courtrooms to be staffed by sworn trained officers. The high school crowd thinks they are above everyone else and sometimes even the law because Judges encourage them to think they are on the judicial team. Its not lost on the public that the team is bush league to start with. If a Broward Judge complains of being laughed at then they ought to exercise some leadership in the courtroom and disallow the bailiff goon show. If the Judges aren’t up to it then it’s time to replace bailiffs with professionals like everywhere else who know their role and run the courtrooms with the appropriate sanctity deserving a court of law.

Such Mickey Mouse clown show in Broward from the judiciary to the court staff. Don’t know that I’d venture a guess as to which is worse, the judges or the bailiffs.

  22. 0

    0

These clowns and the courthouse maintenance/janitorial staff walk through the magnetometers and don’t get checked, but all other staff has to.

This just proves they are just as likely to be dangerous as anyone else.

You haven’t heard of any courthouse employee get charged like this. Wand every person who passes through!

    1. 0

      0

I agree they should atleast have to put all the bags and suitcases they carry in everyday and walk around the machines. God only knows what they are bringing in the courthouse everyday. Just cause they have a bailiff uniform makes them no different than any other employee that works there

It’s time to start carpooling in the Broward Court system. Just don’t forget to bring protection. There’s safety in numbers. From the drunken judges to the scum they allow to work as court personnel in Broward, it’s a dangerous ordeal to even come to work ! It’s enough to make you a paranoid shut in.

  24. 0

    0

To Jurist Prudence – Exactly! As a 29+ year employee of the courthouse it makes my blood boil to walk in behind some of those big mouth, snot-nose court and/or maintenance employees who are allowed to saunter around all security with lunch bags, purses, tool bags, coolers, etc. in hand. This guy probably carried his weapon of choice with him everyday.

The problem is many Judges in Broward were failed lawyers or low paid government attorneys. They have no love for lawyers that make loads more money. They can be jealous and they mostly have big egos and surely adding to the resentment is they might feel they’re smarter than the lawyers who live fat lifestyles. The bailiffs pick up on this and feel they have a free pass to dis lawyers and since no one repects defendants anyway the defendants and the families get it twice as bad. BSO needs to pay more and get better bailiffs who can keep order without being susceptible to judicial signals that are a big part of the problem.

This bailiff could be a serial rapist or serial killer for all we know. And he was working here among us. Very scary to think about that and bailiffs are not made to go through security like the rest of us. Why doesn’t the chief judge make it a policy that makes ALL bailiffs go through security, they are civilians just like the rest of us except that they are dangerous and obviously very unstable.

  28. 0

The chief judge needs to protect the rest of us from these bailiffs before one of them goes nuts in the courthouse and hurts or kills one of us. Please make them all go through security. No exceptions.

Broward bailiffs are nothing but power-hungry little pimps with little or no oversight being provided from any sector. It’s the judge’s ultimate responsibility to provide oversight of the shenanigans that take place every day in Broward’s court rooms. Some court rooms are worse than others with these same judges encouraging the bailiffs to behave in a way that is contrary to their purpose . The over animated behavior that goes on is the most unprofessional in any county in which I’ve ever worked . It’s obvious that something needs to be done to correct this problem . When you mention this to other judges from other circuits they just roll their eyes because they know it’s business as usual in Broward. It’s seriously like a clown house .

    1. 0

      0

Like everything else here it’s politics. Judges are tired of the mediocrity too but they’re afraid to interfere because they don’t want to upset BSO or the union. That could lead to opposition so once again it’s there interests first while everyone else suffers.

Broward judicial motto : Piss poor management, no oversight of judges, all so they can maintain their own little fiefdoms answerable to nobody including the tax payers that pay for it all.

  32. 0

Why should anyone be surprised at what’s going on in the Broward County court system ? It’s been a train wreck for years and that’s just the way they want to keep it.
Instead of implementing an administrative oversight committee to keep check on judicial excess , work schedules, case management , etc. you have a group of thugs running the court system for their own personal benefit.
Broward’s court system is being run not unlike a crime syndicate with the decisions being made in the shadows and completely outside the Sunshine Laws.
Just take Rothstein and his clan for an in your face example and the deals they were cutting with various Broward judges with their full knowledge ; from former judges who lost elections being employed with that firm to sitting judges accepting campaign contributions from the same quarter.
There wasn’t a judge in Broward that didn’t know what was going on and all of them jockeying for a position to benefit from the scam being perpetrated on the public in one way or another.
And you wonder why Bailiffs are allowed to behave the way they do ?
I’ve seen some of these imposters behave in a fashion that would be considered outragious in any other circuit and the judges seem to somehow figure it’s flattering to their sense of self-importance.
It’s sad but true that the judges in Broward set the tone for the lack of professionalism that exists in Broward Courts.

Then you have a chief judge whose biggest claim to fame seems to be imitating Marlon Brando from the movie “The Godfather” at judicial conferences.
That kind of says it all if you want to sum up the situation as it exists in judicial circles in Broward County.

  33. 0

The situation with these loudmouth criminal bailiffs will not stop until the Chief judge starts actually doing his job and takes action against this group of criminals in uniform that are far worse than the criminals on trial. Something must be done about these out of control unsupervised criminals wearing a little tin badge.

Who’s the big mouth bailiff in judge Usan who’s always yelling and running her big mouth. She’s extremely rude and unprofessional. She thinks he job is a big joke when actually EVERYONE in the courtroom thinks SHE’S the big joke. And the bailiff that works with her thinks he’s a regular don Juan always hitting on the women and his breath is awful. What a pair of wannabe jokes.

No doubt about it, Broward is garbage starting with its judges and filtering down to the bailiffs. It’s the biggest, baddest joke in the state of Florida . I try to stay out of there as much as possible.

Sheila Alu was never protected as a whistle blower deserves to be protected. Were it not for Sheila, Broward County would still be subject to the arrogance and dishonesty of Ana Gardiner. It is shameful that so many sold their souls to testify on her behalf , for their own political gain, when EVERYONE in the courthouse knew her behavior had consistently been unscrupulous, both personally and publicly. It took the Supremes to call a spade a spade, in a 7 to nothing opinion.

Any chance that this bailiff has done this before to other women.??? He did this in February and has been coming to work like nothing happened. Cool as a cucumber. Working alongside everyone like nothing happened? Serial rapist or maybe serial killer working right here amongst us. Pretty scary thought but also could be very possible reality. Something to think about?

  38. 0

    0

Having worked in many of the Broward courtrooms, I can tell you that one particular male bailiff ripped apart every woman in the courtroom about weight, hair, appearance, clothing, etc. Then he plotted by asking many questions about your personal life and soon he could go to the judge with some “accusations.” He plotted and removed me and the clerk. He tried on probation, but she is more secure in her job. And this is a guy whose favorite movie is “Nine Millimeter,” and he goes to church while harboring all this malice for women in the courtroom.

He would call my agency and let them know I was finished with court because he thinks I’m on the clock. I’m a 1099 employee.

And while the judge is on vacation, he thinks it’s his God-given right to sit in his “office” all day and not to have to respond to other work assignments. I feel sorry for BSO trying to extricate some of these largely fat bottoms back to work and it becomes a contest of wills.

  39. 0

I was in court last week and saw unusual behavior from Judge Bailey. He is making ridiculous offers from the bench unsolicited and in my opinion disrespecting his attorneys. Looks like another Judge got black robe fever. l guess he wont be surprised when he gets an opponent in a few years.

What’s busted is the PD’s office. It’s busted beyond repair. Since December there’s been so many attys that have quit and/or been fired.
Ralph, nonie, allari, Duarte, Marie triche
Jeff, Matt glassman, George odom and Josie James.
In the old days you got shit on outside the office. Chiefs understood that the state, judges, clients treated the PD’s like garbage so they had your back at least a little bit. Not anymore. Now the PD’s administration (millionaire row) is out of touch, busy having meetings and making everyone compile stats or go to mental health court. Morale is at a new low. It’s gotten so all the lawyers are afraid to make a mistake. There’s apparently a meeting Friday. Guessing it’ll be like when Howard had the shut the door you guys are a bunch of
    P+>>ies meeting.

    1. 0

      0

Even sadder is Howard plans to sneak out & let Gordon file on the last official day of filing to steal the seat.

More o f the same b.s. if Gordon does that. The PDs need someone authentic – willing to take on judges and support the attorneys & make the ‘chiefs’ carry a case load.

    2. 0

      0

It’s true. Morale is at all time low because of bad decisions at the top. We all know who that is. ERU is a mess for starters. Mental health is even worse with those of us getting more and more dumped on us. It’s simply not fair that they should have no cases while the rest of us are drowning.

  41. 0

    0

Now 2 senior lawyers were sent to eru. Eru has become the new mental health court. In the past you got sent to mental health court when they wanted to watch you or you were getting fired (like Alex lambides), or they just didn’t like you. Remember when Eddie Lopez cracked the other PD over the other head? Howard was rightfully sad to have Lopez go. Lopez tried a lot of cases. Lopez could’ve been Gordon. The other pd was sent to mental health court. Now mental health court is the flavor of the month. But in the old days mental health court was made up of whatever reject attorneys were in trouble. Now as the flavor of the month, on any given day the entire PD’s office can be found in mental health court. That makes sense right instead of having people that actually know mental health law just have everyone hold onto each mentally ill client? So out of touch.

Now if you’re in trouble, or being watched ERU is where the PD’s office sends you. Reidy is in ERU. He’s a good trial lawyer. How about you just give him 30-40 cases instead of the 80 he had? Right because most with experience quit. Then there’s 2-3 who are a golden child and only have 8-10 cases. So you loaded him up with bullS*+ cases from the lawyers that quit until you burned him out. Now he’s in eru. No clients. Another great idea. How many chiefs did it take to come up with that idea? Like $350, 000 worth?

Good for Brian. Bad for clients.
Speaking of a golden child I think I saw “the golden child” today. That was a mirage. Not her. She comes in 1-2 times a month, and she was in about a month ago when she tried to quit. But instead the office asked her why she’d want to quit the easiest gig in the office. No really just go home and think about it and you’ll see you should stay. Don’t quit. You can have less work then the little to nothing you currently do. By the way golden child since your pregnant don’t worry about work. Between now and when you have the baby (in 6 months) just take it easy.
She’s been paid to relax at home for years. She might as well now that she’s pregnant.

Which brings up the elephant in the PD’s office. The other reason for the low morale besides the out of touch paranoid administrators. When all these attorneys quit or are fired why aren’t they replaced? Like the several recent resignations/firings.
And how about the former PD homicide attorneys. But don’t call it homicide anymore. You’ll get In trouble like Caroline did. Another crazy office decision. Let me digress a minute. The hypocrisy is ridiculous. Sure molly’s outspoken but you punish her and the clients by taking away all her homicide cases? You destry’d her. She knows DNA better then some experts. She can research case law and knows how to explain it like nobodies business.

Now back to the topic the elephant in the room…remember the former homicide PD’s?
sandy, Dorothy, Bruce, George reres, Dohn. People with 25 plus years experience handling the murders. Not replaced. Together they made about $450,000. Where’s the money go? Or Where’s the replacement lawyers? Instead 6-7 lawyers with less experience (some much less) absorbed the work.
Then there was the Pd’s like Tom, Kelly, Joanna, Jacob, manganelli. Also with 7-15 years experience. Not replaced. Instead it’s business as usual…everyone just do more work and for no raises.
It’s no wonder so many attorneys just phone it in. There’s NO point in doing the actual job. It would be too time consuming and millionaires row doesn’t care nor have a clue what’s going on. If you’re not part of the in crowd or a golden child then they don’t give a shit about you. Plus if you speak up and/or make a mistake you’re out.
    Having fun yet?
Is Irene kwitney back? They need 2 human resources people? Her and Barbara too.
    How about 2 lawyers instead?

    1. 0

      0

Check out the double dipper PDs that are getting their 120 plus salaries while everybody else is getting chicken scratch and drowning in cases that make them ineffective if anything. The only ones suffering are us and the clients. All this time the top paid supervisors have no cases except the ones they count as theirs when they sign on somebody else’s cases and then do no work at all on the cases except to count them as one of their cases. BOGUS BULL.
The meeting today will probably be the same crap we’ve heard before about how lazy and worthless we are. I’m ready for it. Such Hypocrisy. I wouldn’t be surprised if more quit after today’s BS. Go to FLA. GOV. COM to check out the disparities in pay and get ready to get fed a lot of crap today.

So Reidy gets shoved off in ERU under the direct supervision of Kuthan so you know what that means. Poor Reidy. Thought the poor guy was in drop. They’ll have him run into the ground not that that will take much. Reidy has been coasting the good life for a long, long time getting everybody else to cover his court appearances so it’s no biggy to dump his cases on the rest of us.
Molly got crapped on too for no reason other than she was doing a great job and they don’t want any of us to stand out from the rest of the do nothings. It’s a real crap buzz going on with all the supervisors handling no cases while the rest of us carrying the load for chips while they get the big bucks for doing what but crapping on the rest of us to show they r doing something for the fat. That’s what it is a bunch of crap.

Yea I saw the Bailey meltdown in court as well. What is with that guy? Its so easy to be a decent Judge. Ashame, people had high hopes for this guy, but in the end they just can’t help themselves making weird comments from the bench. There really needs to be some better vetting and informative voters. It’s like when they run they can’t stop calling you for donations, but when they hit the bench they forget they will need to run again. I for one will not be writing this guy a check, but I would def. his opponent.

Only a matter of time. I’ve always thought dipietros existence in general was shady. his wife’s appointment to the bench after letters from sitting judges were sent to the governor imploring him not to appoint her…stinks to high heaven. When is something going to be done about the filthy politics in Broward man? How was she more qualified than anyone else? She hadn’t stepped foot in a courtroom in years–except as coverage for Kreiss. this town is balls. Someone needs to file against her. Wonder if old boy’s medical connections are going to be as willing to find her campaign….

The North Broward Hospital District has always been a haven for sinners and greedy bastards . From its judges to the bailiffs to the scum that runs the courthouse, to the Broward County Commissioners to the Mayor, it’s a real slop pit of corruption, avarice, greed, and mismanagement with the thieves running the show. Look no further than the Rossstein clan and the antics of Broward’s’s judges to set the example. All this with a media that doesn’t like to inform the public of the game unless it’s forced to.

They may have no cases for the big bucks they’re getting paid, but they make up for it by criticizing the rest of us when they haven’t tried a case in 20 years in an effort to substantiate their position. Don’t expect any of them to catch your back.

When Bailey gets an opponent I’m in too on supporting anyone that runs for his seat. That guy has really gone from 0-60 quick real quick. He should take something for that black robe fever

Weeks may be their plan but it ain’t going to happen. They are waiting for that one. He lacks the political acumen, the grass roots support and frankly the smarts. Additionally he’s lazy and hasn’t handled a caseload in years. The last thing that’s needed is another sycophant of the Howie pinch. Between he and Kuthan the PD office is in need of a management change that doesn’t include Gordon Weeks.

Weeks may think he’s going to take over from the Fink but facing the challenges of a campaign in Broward will teach him a lesson. At last he’ll have something to do because no one knows what he does now .

A bailiff that attempts to commit first degree murder, commits rape , beats the woman, stabs her and guess what he like the other criminal bailiff’s like that old man bailiff caught stealing everything that he could get his hands on DO NOT have to go through security like the rest of us. Every time I look at one of these criminals in uniform I want to throw up. They make me sick. Nothing but a bunch of big mouth unprofessional losers and crooks. They need to go through security for the Safety of the rest of us employees that work here. They are dangerous.

Does anybody out there really believe that this is the first time that this animal bailiff has done this, I don’t believe that for one minute ..could very well be a serial rapist or killer working right here with the rest of us and he and the rest of these criminal bailiffs Do Not have to go thru security like the rest of us. I find that very disturbing and dangerous to the rest of us putting us all in danger. Aren’t the baillifs civilians also just like us. Some one needs to take immediate action to ensure our safety from these criminal bailiffs.

Don’t everlet this criminal in uniform back into the courthouse amongst the rest of us. Don’t ever let this criminal out into the streets either. Keep all of us safe from this predator.
