Doubt he was drinking alone on a Tuesday after court. Someone should have taken his keys!

Working as a Broward Asa with no discretion and boxes full of penny ante prosecutions would drive anyone to drink.

The State Attorney’s Office said Babayev has been suspended without pay until the charges are resolved. At that time a decision will be made on his employment with the office.

Yeah Jimmy, need to get back to the days you and your asa pals could get hammered at McGuire’s and dive home without issue.

Drunk driving is the second most popular vice at the State (after cheating on the spouse with cops or new lawyers).

THE BADGE FLASH DOESNT ALWAYS WORK
    NOT EVEN FOR BROWARD JUDGES
    BUT ITS WORTH A TRY

BROUGHT TO YOU BY HARD NIGHT OUT

Ft Liquordale always has had great drinking spots.
But pills don’t smell, and takes the edge off when engaged in nefarious activities with and for The Fl Bar.
Especially when the hot flashes blur judgements.

Pharmaceuticals are the way to go. Then take the bench and decide complicated issues. But only when you’ve driven into the guard gate of the judges’ parking lot and bumped a few cars a few times. LOL
Broward judges with nicknames like Sleepwalker get us all kinds of bad press and then we end up in cuffs.

Maybe he did crap his pants but officer didn’t want to embarrass him any further than he is. I hear he is a real ass

Read the PC again. It says his pants were “soiled”. That usually does not mean dirt. Also says “vomit” was on his shirt.

Soiled pants is a polite way of saying he had chit his pants. Its a common occurrence among SA’s when they’ve had their azzes beat in court.

I only hope he has a prosecutor with the same levels of compassion and empathy assigned to his case as he would show to defendants that he was prosecuting.

Does anyone know if he was a hardass Virtue signaling type prosecutor or was he someone empathetic

Another one that was in County. They don’t usually come from Juvy that way.

Are the rumors true about who will be in the inner circle of a Murphy State Attorney’s Office?

Only a Broward person could turn a run of the mill DUI investigation into a total cluster FK.

It must be something in the water.

Why is this such big news the state attorneys drink more than anybody. You’re a bunch of hypocrites if you’re going to say this guy did anything you all wouldn’t of done public defender state attorney I don’t care.

Maybe somebody slipped something in his drink… Maybe he had taken a laxative the night before…

It’s a dangerous world out there when you step foot out your door.

A real shame prosecutors pursue cases like their lives depend on the outcome with a “Let the jury decide” attitude, and when they screw up you can expect “Cry me a River” to be the tune.
All I can say is that this guy is very fortunate someone wasn’t killed when “I’ll give you anything you want” was being played.

He had a great meds made me vomit and piss myself and wander around 95 defense if he had blown.

Have to hand it to Broward buffoons.
This week they lose a murder suspect.
The Clerk that lost him is a mess.
Then a prosecutor is accused of hit and run on a major freeway.
Is supposedly found wandering on 95 begging for a getaway ride after ditching his wannabe cop car.
    Wet pants and vomit alleged.
A scripted comedy couldn’t come up with it.

Big Al expected everyone to be in court and ready to go at 8:30 sharp no matter how many hours or minutes before we had bonded out.

    Times have changed.

that is a shame. The kid has always been nice to me. I never had any issues with him whatsoever. I’ve got no problem with this blog and, if you are a government employee, it’s fair game. Especially if you are a prosecutor. I’ve gotten a chuckle out of similar incidents in the past, but that was because the person was a gigantic asshole. This kid was always pretty cool to me and seemed like a decent guy. So, no chuckles shall be had over this one. At least not from me.

If a particular BSO Dep had arrested him it may have been a trifecta in the pants department.

Let me guess. Here will be another ‘born again’ defense attorney. ‘Oh me oh my, I had no idea how police lie so much until it happened to me. I learned a valuable lesson . Here’s my card.’

Repetitive, as in Re-Elect DWS !!!
Wipe out corruption, and expect improvements by electing the same strain of scum?
