It’s something in the water. What could be anyone’s guess when it comes to judges in broward. Was she on her way home from rehab?

This was irresponsible journalism on your part. If she is not arrested most people will only remember the word “arrested” not “may be”. You should have waited until the status was clear one way or another. It appears that you wrote this post because she is an unpopular jurist who is in a contested election. You are better than that and your readers deserve better.

Arrested for DUI, DUI property damage for hitting a parked BSO unit.

DUI at 830 AM? Holy Shit!

Irresponsible journalism must run deep. Channel 10 is reporting that she was arrested.

Irresponsbile is “may be” If she was arreted it is newsworthy and if for DUI at 8:30 am she should not be on the bench.

Three “jurists” with alcohol problems: Pollock gets suspended without pay; Rosenthal gets arrested today and will be probably get suspended without pay; but Imperato is still on the bench after DUI arrest which, get this, is her second. Whats wrong with this picture? Law breaking Judges sitting in judgment of people.

Weinstein should resign he has lost control. Judges are running amuck! Without fear of punishment. Black eye again for Broward County!!

I agree that this is becoming a bit comical, but I don’t see how any of this can be pinned on Weinstein. He is very limited in what he can do as far as “punishment.” If a Judge wants to drink and drive or use drugs and drive, there isn’t much of anything Weinstein can do about it. Seriously? Vicarious liability for the misbehavior of three grownup women?

Did Weinstein see her this morning? Did he report it as warranted by the Rules of Judicial Conduct? Hummmmmmm

Weinstein must be too busy testing out the new toilet seats to do much about smashed judges. Anyway, can’t he delegate that to someone else?
