Didn’t he get divorced after the lobbyist scandal? If he got a divorce he was probably even richer before..

    A poem pondering the uncountable,
How many suspended jurists, a sky-bound spectacle?
A million, perhaps, a billion more,
Each a tiny drop, a watery shore.

Dutko was foolish to enter this losing battle. No matter the friendship sometimes you gotta step back. Thanks but no thanks. Sorry
Or you know you’re gonna lose and accept that and hold his hand.
David held more than his losing clients hand. Which became obvious later on.

Hers was quite an odd “resignation” but who wouldn’t want to leave a judgeship behind to act weird on Instagram and YouTube?

Meanwhile she’s impersonating a judge to this day by calling herself judge Liz one social media and “answering questions” as if she’s a judge

Which is why she was appointed in the first place because the JNC process is beyond contempt.

My belief’s a lot lot lot of those Judges that walked free back in the olden days would have rightfully been removed nowadays.

Farmer should seek some big time Republican for representation in Tallahassee.

Who would you all say are the top 5 State-Friendly judges?

The type that slam your guy or rule for the State no matter what.

    1. Number 1 for sure is Mike Usan, the guy who couldn’t make it in private practice w barely two wooden nickels in his pockets, per financial filings.

    2. Michael “I lost, then won after new ballots found” Usan. That guy will sign off on anything the SAO puts in front of him. He figures it as job security.

ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME BROWARD JUDGES COULDNT HELP SHOOTING OFF THEIR BIG MOUTHS

Judge Phillips taking a lesson from Judge Moon “you just want to go up and shake the person….”
Seems like the Broward Judges like physical contact. Or was that taught at the judicial ethics training course?

Gary’s always been a clown. It was only a matter of time until he showed up on the bench in Broward along with all the other clowns !

Did he move out today or is he doing it on the weekend if nobody around to see.

Now it says 11:59 on Monday deadline so does it mean he has to put in for another day off if he’s moving out on Monday.

Or does he work his daytime docket Monday and then move after 5:00 pm so he doesn’t burn another precious vacation day.

He should be careful with his records about taking time off if he’s going to trial is what I’m thinking.

Don’t understand the hate in this blog for some of the good judges. Farmer was actually a good and fair judge. It was a pleasure to be in front of him.

Most people prefer Judges like Duffy, Kollra, Garcia Wood, Lynch Ledee Mastrarrigo, Viamontes that know how to work out stupid cases quickly without 6 hours of romper room worthy antics. Oh. They also work every day and focus on serious cases after blowing through the grammer school portion of the docket. Fun fact.

I noticed Kal Evans wasn’t listed in that post. He spends countless time in explaining his lack of knowledge

Being a County COurt Clown is the easiest gig in the courthouse. The pay may not be that much, but it foot the bill for tacos.

Farmer just couldn’t keep his big mouth shut. An all too frequent occurrence with Broward judges.

Mandatory judicial rotation would go a long way toward preventing judicial burnout since most can’t seem to hold it together for very long. We’ve seen it over and over again raise its ugly head when judges get too comfortable in one division all because we’ve not had a chief judge who actually takes his job seriously. Continuing education is required for the rest of us so I see no problem in giving judges the opportunity to continue to learn instead of becoming petty tyrants in their own little fiefdom, They seem to become more and more lazy in the in the administration of their responsibilities. There is simply no oversight of judges where it seems to me there very well should be.

I don’t get it either. People need to stop whining about judges who crack jokes and start focusing on those who are UNFAIR.

Many are unfair and lack neutrality.
