Brannon get his azz handed to him as he hits the mat hard when the bell rings ! Lol. Guess his minions Raft and the rest of the idiots have to now rethink their plan ! The gag is up, Red. Time to disappear just in time to change your diaper! The time for honoring yourself with your little braindead buddies is over.

Finkelstein wins because the truth is always the route to a successful life. Thank you, Mr. Finkelstein for looking out for the taxpayer.

Brannon can take his briefcase and put it where the sun don’t shine. His arrogance and self-importance did him in and rightfully so. He gives all new meaning to the old saying he was hoisted on his own petard. Never thought very highly of him to begin with but when he was convinced he was somehow entitled to soak taxpayers for all they were worth forever and then filed a Federal suit further to push his claim, I have an even lower opinion of him. This whole psychologist thing was always overrated from the onset and shouldn’t have been allowed to continue as long as it did. If any fault at all can be assign to Finkelstein, it’s for having allowed it. Brannon can now focus his ire on paying his legal fees.

Does this mean Sheri Tate and Beam Me Back to this world Raft are now going to have to seek psychiatric help ? LOL. Can’t help but find this whole thing rediculas and to have been a waste of time and effort !

So Red finally gets handed his walking papers at last. Let’s hope it’s the last we see of him. I somehow doubt it.

There have been jokes on this blog about naming the new courthouse after different Judges that shouldn’t have a brick in Disney World named after them. The real truth is the new courthouse should be named for the only person that has made a difference for positive change in Broward County. That man is the Honorable Howard Finkelstein and the new building should bear his name for the great positive changes he has brought while all others look away.

You mean the judge didn’t fall for Brannon’s expert opinion of the events in question ? Imagine that! He must be running out of hot air about now.

Imperato’s character list reads like a whose who of the same old retards that volunteer for every occasion when it involves an errant judge. George Allen again! Keith Seltzer again ! Pretty pathetic stuff for a pretty pathetic cause like all the others they roll out for.

This decision bespeaks a lot more than just the defeat of Mike Brannon and those that have supported his cause, an all too familiar one in Broward Courthouse circles exhibited by thankfully an ever decreasing number of people that place their fervor for networking and sense of entitlement above any other consideration. It’s been repeatedly demonstrated by those seeking anything but the common good.
I suppose the war against it will continue, but at least with this particular matter the battle has been won. My heartfelt congratulations to those who continue the worthy fight against institutionalized arrogance, greed and conceit.

Query: Is it appropriate for an Assistant State Attorney to write a letter which mentions their position in support of a judge if they do not do so on State Attorney stationary?

Nothing like standing on the train tracks while you hear the whistle blowing and waiting for its inevitable arrival while convincing yourself your buddies are keeping an eye on the stopwatch and will somehow keep your back. Sometimes the fight isn’t worth the effort especially when it was fought for the wrong reasons. The bell has sounded on Brannon’s last wrestling match with Brannon the loser. It’s about time is all you can say.

Reads like one big Brannon gripe about his drop in business! What ever made him think he was gonna suck it forever anyways ? And that worm Gottlieb running to him like a little girl. These punks are too much.

Bitter pill for Brannon and whimps! He better concentrate on paying his legal fees now. This is one bout Lit’l Red didn’t anticipate going down on so hard. Greed is a cruel mistress. He was married to it.

Mike Gotlieb sure made a fool of himself. And for what ? Better question is why ? These little insider pimps can’t seem to help themselves.

Congratulations, Mr. Finkelstein. I certainly wish that America had more public officials such as you. When you were born
onto this planet, unfortunately, the mold which includes your characteristics of outstanding integrity, and ethical
conduct was surely broken. You make me very proud to be an American citizen, and resident of South Florida. Keep up
your excellent work so that others can strive to follow in your footsteps.

Brannon isn’t nearly as smart as he thinks he is. Too bad he can’t diagnose himself ! Sure wound up on the losing end of this.

Frankly, life as a worker at the courthouse is drudgery. Watching Howard Finkelstein call out the double standards inbred in the system is the only thing that gives hope. Injustice is everywhere. Standing against what I see as an attitude of entitlement to $600,000 or more of tax dollars is another in a long line of triumphs for him. I will always support him no matter what the judiciary says or does, that is if they happen to be working like us and not at the Galleria.

I never thought this was a freedom of speech issue from the beginning. Obviously the Federal Judge didn’t either. If I had to guess, Dr. Brannon relied on some bad advice from one or more people that have had a bad gripe against Finkelstein for reasons unknown for quite a while. At any rate, I think justice prevails and the gripe-mongers can move onto something and someone else.

Now we know too many smacks to the head in the ring is more damaging to future performance than spending one’s youth snorting half of Peru.

Don’t blame Finkelstein for allowing Brannon to suck from the taxpayers. That avalanche of appointments he got from the PD started when Alan Schreiber was there. It was also Brannon who got Nicole Friedman started in the game. He knew her from Nova. But she didn’t put herself on a pedestal like he did.

Interestingly enough, the Palcu case will also play a part in the Brannon Episode before its all over. There remain many unanswered questions relating to same that require an explanation if it is to be properly put to rest that involve several other PDs and some very interesting issues that should be followed closely.

How many years was Brannon pulling 600 grand from the PD’s office and how much was he pulling down from the SA ? I’m in the wrong business man !

All things come to an end. This should just about do it for Red’s BS. It should have happened sooner and spared us all his pedantic pontification. Got to admit, I’d never heard quite so much BS spewed from one source ever.

Lol ! I’ve got to chuckle over this. Thought he could work everybody but in the end he’s worked himself over ! From small time wheeny wrestler to courthouse psychology guru, he milked it for all it was worth and judges, the SA and PD fell for it for how long ? Who are the real idiots ?

I bet the Federal Judge wasn’t feeling too sympathetic to a psy d making 3 to 4 times more than his own salary off the court system.

Mike got some bad advice imho.

But Judges are public servants and they know drs/expert witnesses and good lawyers dwarf their salaries even in bad years. This shouldn’t be an issue.

Don’t give Brannon any ideas. A certain deep-pocket Repulican fundraiser with a newly minted judge as a wife is lookin for just such a person.

Judge Dippity Do Dah doesn’t want to follow Howie the Mensch and his pal Mitch Tzar on the trail and a certain deep pocketed Republican fundraiser didn’t get where he is by being stupid. Geez no wonder these clowns can’t stay out of the papers. They aren’t that bright.

  27. 0

I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s just what happens. A heavily funded Republican candidate for PD backed by these same punks that have been advising Red. Now that’s he’s lost, they’ll put the backup plan in motion. They are not as stupid as you think and twice as determined.

Howie’s little plan to stack the Judicary with people beholding to him isn’t going to work. Benson will be the first to fail.

Brannon failed to get it from the start. He thought he was so important after he had exploited his psychological mumbo jumbo to the max he didn’t realize he was a dinosaur waiting for the next extinction event (Article 5). Even then he missed it by trying to blame his demise on a trumped up Judge Aleman phantasy in my view, and thinking he was irreplaceable filed a federal suit against the very man who made his success in part possible for a long time, some say way too long. What a screwed up perception of his own self importance. Hope he invested the huge amount of money he made at the public trough over the years wisely. He’s played his hand and lost after putting others through a lot for reasons that are pretty transparent to me. Carrying a grudge can be very expensive on a lot of levels.

Hey, Mike: you can always make up the shortfall in private practice. You might not make much money but it’ll be more gratifying ! Lol
