Litl Howie just gave any contenders a big leg up. Maybe that was his plan. Stupid move if u ask me. Thinking Gordon Weekes will carry on the torch is equally as stupid. The office has been on a downward slide for years. The only thing he’s right about is it’s time to turn it over to somebody else but it won’t be Gordon. He’s been sliding by long enough doing nothing.

Your prediction is right on the mark, Howie. Some political lizard will root out your boy Gordon. They don’t want any remainder of you or your ineffective , inefficient, costly and crony filled admin. They’re jumpin like rats from a sinking ship anyway.

Rydell: “hey Paulie, like I said on my website, I’m a bringing my New Jersey attitude to the practice of law, yo”

Whatever the fuck that means Joshua?!

This is a plea to have a true hero Mark Finkelstein run for office. He fights for justice, he has experience, and most importantly scruples. Mark if you run you will WIN.
      Go MARK FINKELSTEIN

Also Gordon deserves kudos, but we need someone a bit more seasoned. Marc will give you a good position in his PD administration.

Please Marc run so I can finaly have a real lawyer job. I can take bad cases to trial so if I lose no one cares and i can feel like an actual lawyer for once in my career. Also, need to get away from YAA for some reason some of the kids dont want me touching (high 5ing) them.

I’d like to see Ilona in a contested election. Let’s see if the self-aggrandizing chip on her shoulder drags her down.

Dale is too busy with his new occupation of dumpster diving in Pompano. Why would he want to be pd ? Only some lowlife looking to pad his or her pension with maybe a drive to straighten out the mess Finkelstein has created among what little is left of the rank and file would want it. What its become is worse than can be imagined. I don’t see Gordon Weekes possessing the drive or smarts to clean it up.

What happened to Gordo’s dreads ? Lol. A guy that’s never done anything and runs from work like it’s the ebola virus! Very funny. Especially if he really thinks he can win. They’ve been waiting for this since Lit’l Howie took office. Now he hands it to them. Republicans Rejoice.

So what if he cut his dreads. Bill Gelin also cut his ponytail. Anyone insulting these 2 is obviously a bald and unattractive nerd.

It’s gonna take a lot more than Help me Howie to get Weeks elected PD in this town. He may as well wear a placard with the words “Kick Me” on his back.

Milk it Howard for all it’s worth. You’ve created the mess. Now watch while it falls apart with your dummy at the wheel for now.

You guys are stupid. Gordon Weekes NEVER applied for a judgeship. That was Mariya weekes, Johnny Weeke’s SAO wife.

Weeks should have stayed the course as a traffic controller. He might have been better at that. Maybe. As far as knowing his way around a courtroom – who’s he kidding. He couldn’t try a case if his life depended on it and hasn’t seen the inside of a courtroom except to run from it.

Finkelstein already predicting Gordon’s getting opposition. I think he’s right. Gordon will be outspent and trounced at the polls. That and he’s not a very good public speaker.

  4. 3

Howard’s idiocy. Weeks is very disliked within the PD’s office for being a lazy AK.
    He’s going to get smoked.

Gordo is not the guy that’s going to pull the sword from the stone. PD’s have been jumping ship like rats on a sinking ship for a quite a while and Gordo couldn’t provide guidance to a paper boat in a bath tub.

What happened to the Rastafarian look ? The punk hasn’t handed a case in years, isn’t liked in the office and is known as a slacker like the rest of the skater supervisors who are jumpin like fleas to get out of there. Better plan on taking his cookie pic with him when he leaves. We all got the plan at our last meeting and were equally unimpressed. He doesn’t have what it takes to pull it off.

      Sunrise has 92,000 pop
Coconut Creek 59,000 (Rydell is Vice Mayor)
Cooper City is 35,000 (Greg Ross is Mayor)
Ross may be the sleeper here. A base and a brand name for the courthouse.

Well 8 of the top ten reversed are from the Broward Big Top. That fact hasn’t gone unnoticed. Remedial training should be Judge Tuter’s first priority.

It’s no wonder they’re bringing McCarthy back. She’s the Queen of reversals. In Criminal only some poor slob goes to prison until she’s corrected. In Civil some company loses money when she blows it. Obviously that can’t be permitted, so here she comes.

Thanks for the heads up. This is one political lizard Finkelstein hasn’t counted on that looks forward to facing Mr. Weekes on the campaign trail.

Gordon is dumb as a flat rock and always has the “deer-in-the-headlights” look on his face. I hope he knows that selling out Nadine for a run at the PD spot will come back to haunt him. It was not the dreads that he needed to cut off, it was his arrogant, self-centered, dismissive attitude that needed to go. Everyone is waiting to help out his opponents because they don’t want to see a Howard mini-me elected as the PD. Look for a job now before the new PD takes over and fires your lazy ass.

  11. 2

    1

If he is willing to give a well deserved pay raise to the hard working PDs he would have a lot of support.

  12. 4

    0

Lazy ass is just what Gordon Weekes has always been. Not too much to concern though because he’ll be looking for a job too because he won’t win as pd. Finkelstein has single handedly alienated the entire legal establishment with his worthless banter and self serving BS. Weekes must be as stupid as they say if he thinks he’s going to ride that horse into office. Blacks don’t vote in large numbers in Broward and Weekes is about as inspiring as a roach stuck on flypaper.

  13. 3

    0

WEEKES MUST BE DELUSIONAL. HES BEEN WALKING A TIGHTROPE LIKE THE REST OF THE SUPERVISORS IN THE PD. LITTLE TO NO CHANCE OF EVER HOLDING PUBLIC OFFICE ALTHOUGH HED SELL HIS MOTHER FOR A CHANCE.
FINKELSTEIN SEALS THE PACT BY ANNOUNCING RETIREMENT EARLY. NADINE WOULD BE A BETTER CANDIDATE FOR PD. AT LEAST SHE CAN OVERCOME THE INERTIA TO GET OUT OF BEDIN THE MORNING AND ISNT AFRAID TO WALK INTO A COURTROOM UNLIKE WEEKES.
THEYLL LINE UP TO TAKE WEEKES TO THE CLEANERS WHILE HE HIDES BEHIND HIS DOOR PRETENDING LIKE HE ACTUALLY DOING SOMETHING.
TWO FEMALE CONTENDERS WITH FINANCIAL BACKING AND TIES TO DEMO PARTY WILL SQUASH WEEKS EARLY ON.
THATS NOT COUNTING THE OTHERS. EVEN FINKELSTEIN KNOWS ITS COMING. THE LIZARDS ARE GOING TO CRAWL OUT OF THE WOODWORK WHILE AIRHEAD WEEKES LOOKS ON SHELLSHOCKED.

  14. 2

    0

Pretty laughable. Finkelstein already sets him up for failure while inviting “The Political Lizards” to cream him but good.
Weekes lacks even the support of his own office. PDs have been leaving in unprecedented numbers citing lazy and worthless supervisors who will stab you in the back to substantiate their positions while carrying no caseload themselves as the main cause for the exodus.
Now Weekes after getting beat out by Coleman for appointment as judge files for PD ? The timing couldn’t be more transparent. He was trying to squeak out of the PD like everybody else before the end of The Fink arrives and you’re canned by the next PD for being just so much nonessential personnel.

  15. 1

    1

    Oops, bad miscalculation Howie!

The people at PDs office don’t want “more of the same” – they are looking for ALL lawyers to work cases, and too bad for Gordon chose to NOT take cases, and too bad for him that you are associated with his campaign.

Please! Not Kasen or Kerch….If we could all nominate, who would be the best PDs? My picks:

    Clement Dean
    Nadine Girault
    Bill Gelin
    Frank Negron
    Vivianne Garibaldi

  16. 4

    1

The REAL Weekes that should run is Johnny Weekes – he would have that PD office back to the ways of Al and the PDs would be a team again with no fighting and pay raises based on trials and hard work

  17. 6

    0

Howard Finkelstein must relinquish control now and let Gordon Weekes implement major changes if there is any chance for a Weekes victory.

It is true that the courthouse sentiment does not control elections, but Finkelstein’s sway on the campaign trail may not be enough if many talented candidates with electorally beneficial backgrounds/names run as is expected by even the Public Defender himself.

It is not to be forgotten either that many judicial officers hold a grudge and also have sway and contacts on the campaign trail, as does Michael Satz.

The key to a Gordon Weekes victory will be a return to old style Alan Schreiber mobilization of the PD army. A unified and excited team in the field in addition to television show’s Help Me Howard can ensure an easy victory.

But will the office of the PD coalesce without changes?

The answer is currently a no. The morale is low. The years of Keuthaism have ensured failure.

But if Weekes is allowed to implement changes together with Keuthan’s impending departure than things could change.

The repeated criticisms of distant Chiefs not carrying a case load is legitimate.

First Keuthan shouldn’t be replaced by a lawyer. She should be replaced by a CPA or bookkeeper at a third of her salary, and the savings can be redistributed to lawyers.

Then all Chiefs should be assigned cases and required to be in court throughout morning dockets whether or not they have cases up. This will allow an invaluable resource for younger lawyers who will always have questions answered and most importantly support. Judges also behave better when the new lawyers are not left alone. The clients would benefit 1000 percent.

In the afternoon the Chiefs should sit with new lawyers for all motions and trials or have lawyers second chair when they try their own cases. This is for invaluable training purposes which is better than any training division could provide over a decade in a mock or classroom setting. It is also better even if the lawyer is experienced because two heads are better than one. If the current Chiefs aren’t up to the task they should be replaced and substituted by people who are. If there aren’t any left in the office with enough experience and vigor, than they should be brought in.

The Chiefs would work hard, yes. But they would be paid well too. Raises commensurate with effort, well past $100,000 and climbing, as in the SAO. They wouldn’t leave because they would be well paid and making a difference. There would also be a savings because less lawyers would be needed because of the enhanced training and constant presence of the Chiefs.

The Homicide problems shall be addressed at a later date.

    1. 3

      1

Howard inherited a lot of deadweight chiefs from Schreiber. Howard can’t be faulted for loyalty to his old friends. He replaces them with hard working attorneys when they retire.

      1. 1

        0

HOWARD FINKELSTEIN WOULDN’T KNOW WHAT LOYALTY WAS IF IT JUMPED UP AND BIT HIM IN THE ASS. LOOK AT THE LONG LINE OF FRIENDS HE HAS TURNED ON. THE CHOAS AND UNREST SWIRLING AROUND THE PD’S OFFICE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A TESTIMENT TO THEIR VISIONLESS, HYPOCRITE, SO-CALLED LEADER…DO WE CALL HIM HELPLESS HOWARD, OR MAYBE HOWARD THE COWARD, OR PERHAPS HOWARD THE HYPOCRITE.ALL FIT NICELY. KARMA IS BITCH ISN’T IT LITTLE MAN, AND MAKE NO MISTAKE THAT THE REAL HOWARD IS A MUCH SMALLER PERSON THAN HIS ACTUAL 5 FEET 4 INCHES OF BULLSHIT HE HAS FEED HIS EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS.

What homicide division? It’s a total laugh with Wills Willie Wanka pretending to fudge the factory while having dropped is back sucking the trough for big bucks for a second time. That’s if you can find him. Like the rest of the wankas he’s never where he’s supposed to be wherever that is. He’d do better to get a storage locker long term.
There is for all practical purposes no homicide division.

I love the way Howard suggests that people are racist and against the poor if they don’t vote for Gordon. What a disgrace. Howard, we are sick of you. Please shut up and leave already.

  19. 3

    0

By the looks of it, Finkelstein relinquished control of the office to incompetent and lazy subordinates a long time ago so he could pursue his gig on Help me Howard. That’s part of the problem. His lack of concern for whats happened to his office is obviously also part of the problem. That and the fact that his administrative skills and that of Keuthan have always been severely lacking and more or less absent while the office has fallen apart. The policy of too many high paid chiefs with no cases and not enough and underpaid Indians who aren’t drowning in cases with no help by any of the supervisors who are nowhere to be found has pretty much wrecked the morale and contributed to the huge numbers of asst pds jumping ship for a better run operation. He’s got big problems that are being discussed in every courtroom everyday except by the supervisors who keep their heads buried in the sand.

  20. 6

The PD office is a mess because Howard is just a shorter version of Donald Trump. Howard only cares about himself while constantly railing about his great concern for others. He has turned a deaf ear to the ongoing concerns of those who have loyally toiled beneath him and fired those talented attorneys who dared to challenge his dictates. He promised the world to his employees when he took over from Al, but he only delivered for himself and his lazy lifer cronies. Good riddance, Little Donald.

It’s tough promising to be everything to everybody when you’re really only out for yourself, right Howie ?

  21. 0

FINKELSTEIN should run for State Attorney. He would win in a heartbeat. Brilliant strategy Howard, just brilliant

    1. 3

      0

Why doesn’t Howard actually try a case against Satz and put his money where his mouth is ? Oh, yeah, he and his cronies don’t try cases. They just get paid big bucks for not showing up for work.

      1. 1

        0

Because if Howard personally filed in on a case that Mike was handling Mike would bail out imho. Mike won’t touch a case he has the slightest chance of losing and Howard is the A-Bomb in trial.

        1. 0

          0

It would be a good way to retire out with a bang then. It would add another layer to his fictional account of himself.

        2. 1

          0

Howard Finkelstein is the A-Bomb in trial ??? Whoever wrote that needs to schedule surgery to have their head removed from their ass. That little vindictive prick couldn’t find the courtroom with a GPS monitor. But Karma is a bitch isn’t it Howie, as your legacy will be as the visionless, incompetent, vindictive , hateful and spiteful, bag of hot air who single handedly ruined one of the great Public Defenders offices in this nation. And by the comments on this blog it appears that there is no one in this county , maybe State who is more universally disliked , despised , and distrusted than you. The fact that you abused your position of power by trying to ruin the lives of those whom you disagreed, speaks volumes as to the emptiness that lies within you. Howie, you lack honesty, integrity, leadership and courage, you started as a wannabe and ended as a neverwas. You deserve all the criticism and vilification you are now receiving because at your core you are simply a rotten person, devoid of any meaningful qualities. The Bossman(former PD Al Schrieber) allowed Howard to continue with the Office and get paid during his 2 year suspension from the Florida Bar for pleading to cocaine charges(the heroin charges were dropped). Howard was so grateful to the man that stood in his corner at his darkest hour that when the Bossman agreed to groom Howard for his position and upon his stepping down from office to allow Howie to run was told by Howie and his cronies not to let the door hit him in the ass on the way out…That is who the real Howie is. You were arrested and plead to narcotics charges Howie, you were driving a 5,000 lb killing machine when you crashed into that parked police perimeter, with a crack can smoking under your seat. That didn’t end your career, and in spite of your reckless disregard for the law, you were given a second chance and became the elected Public Defender. But you didn’t believe any one else worthy of second chances and couldn’t wait to pounce on the lesser mistakes of others, not to correct those mistakes but to subject those who made them to ridicule and scorn atyour direction like Raticoff, Scheres ,Reyes, Blanford, and others. That is who the real Howie is.

          1. 0

            0

Now you gotta know that the peeps in his own office don’t like what’s going on either. It’s like we have to sit a hear about what a shooting legal star he used to be. Didn’t know all the stuff about Howie’s legal problems but I can kind of put it all together now.

  22. 3

    1

Weekes gets that “deer in the headlights” look every time he even walks passed a courtroom. And he talks about knowing his way around a courtroom .. what a joke with no punchline.
He’s so afraid he’ll be found out for what he is he shuffles around trying to look busy and selfimportant and can’t even pull that off.
Count me out for any support. He’s as phoney as they make them and twice as dumb.

  23. 2

    0

Like Finkelstein isn’t a political lizard? Don’t make me laugh. He’s just a short political lizard with an even shorter memory.
Weekes is just a put-up punk so after he is overwhelming defeated Finkelstein can whine about how the black underprivileged of Broward have been screwed again.
He’s probably working on the one-liners already.
He’s done more to lessen the quality of representation in his office than anybody I can think of.

  24. 3

    0

Just read the article. I believe Gordon has very little chance of winning. It’s too much of a plum to pass up and Howard has pissed off half of the so called lizards to where they’ll be looking to deck the halls to be rid of both him and anyone formerly employed by his office or in any way associated with Howard.
I think the day of reckoning is at hand and Gordon won’t survive the political backlash.

      1. 2

        0

Gordon Weekes for Public Defender ? Now that really is a good one. What’s Finkelstein put into that empty guy’s head?
I’m starting to believe maybe Brannon’s been right all along.

  25. 6

    0

On the rare occasions that he has been in the courtroom, Gordon’s embarrassing arguments are always the same… get a key phrase from Diane or Nadine and repeat it over and over again with a scowl on his face. Very effective, Gordon. Brilliant. I am sure the Harry Gulkin award is just right around the corner for you.

    1. 3

      0

I’ve seen the same thing. One of the worst advocates I’ve seen with very little talent and very shaky arguments. It’s why he stays out of a courtroom I guess.
Howard hasn’t improved the office, he filled it with talentless sycophants who are afraid to do anything for fear of reprisal. Hope he’s proud of himself. He and that blond bimbo Keuthan who can’t do anything but micromanage the office like it’s an RX have pretty much ruined what was once a force to be dealt with.
As far as Weekes: car detailing would have been a better job. The guy is scared of his own shadow.

      1. 2

        0

He turned the PD’s office into Legal Aid with a bunch of bozos running the show. He’s been out of touch for a long time.

    2. 0

      0

The only way Weekes knows his way around a courtroom is to the closest exit. Ever seen this blockhead argue a case? LOL !!! It’s hysterical the way he constantly repeats the same phrases over and over again like a broken tape recorder. The dude’s attention span is as short as they come. It’s like some demented ramble as he stands there with this blank look on his face like he’s in pain or something. He doesn’t have a clue. Ive seen some sucky lawyers in eighteen years, but this dude takes the cup cake! Scary stuff.

  26. 10

The place needs a makeover. STAT. It’s the Titanic right now and, as well intentioned as Gordon might be, the damage has been done. The Howard/Cathy legacy is a sad one. For as much as they trashed Schreiber, the guy knew how to run an office. And for as much as they were going to change, they sure did–for the worse. Let’s see…they kept a bunch of lazy do-nothing chiefs collecting fat paychecks (including themselves). The new ones are grossly underpaid but that is commensurate with their intelligence, or lack thereof. It’s really a shame because that office could have been something productive. Instead, it’s just another part of the system processing the meat (just with a little chihuahua, his big mouth and no fight. ) Good riddance Howard. For as much as a fighter as you were in your day, you are leaving that office in shambles with no talent and no one fighting for the little guy.

We can only hope that a political lizard comes in and brings back morale. Not just hiring something because they had a “cool” story or some weird name. This should’ve happened 10 years ago.

  27. 2

    0

Gordon unlike the rest of the aged out losers in PD had to figure out how he’s gonna keep a paycheck coming in for a lot longer. Can’t see him in private practice after doing next to nothing for years. This is his answer. Too bad it won’t work. He’s an empty shirt.

  28. 4

Every low life D political grease ball in town that’s been shut out of the ass licking game in Tallahassee for years will be lining up for this spot.

    Go Gordon!!!!

Next thing you know Finkelstein will be trying to get Jessie Jackson to rally support for Weekes … LOL
Poor Howard … stuck in Selma

  33. 2

Nadine? She is just another one of the puppets that Howard created to worship him. Smarter than Gordon, but not a free-thinker. Gordo turned on her and she continues to sing the company song. Time to wipe the place out and start over again!

CLEAN HOUSE AND BRING BACK A PUBLIC DEFENDER’S OFFICE THAT REPRESENTS THE UNDERPRIVILEGED
NOT A STOREHOUSE OF THE INCOMPETENT AND A SOAPBOX FOR HYPOCRISY

  34. 2

    0

Remember when Finkelstein was running around telling everybody he was only interested in holding office as PD for one term? Now he’s trying to coin the phrase “political lizards” like he can remove himself from being one of them ?
His non political stance doesn’t stand up. More like rampant narcissistic personality disorder. Lol

  35. 1

    0

I don’t think Gordon Weekes will the next public defender. The strategy of filing so early tipped their hand. Weekes doesn’t have what it takes. Ever seen this clown in court? You won’t.

  36. 2

    0

I would take any outsider instead of Gordon. Give me Kirch, Rydell or Ross. Based on personality alone they can change the climate in the entire courthouse. I wouldn’t call any of those three political lizards either, they are a beloved in their respective cities for caring about people. Looking forward to see how the ships up too bad I only have to wait until the NBA playoffs three years from now, maybe when the Miami Heat have a team again

  37. 4

Howard (“Little Donald”) promised the following:

    1. Make the PD office less political.
    2. Cut out administrative waste.
    3. Get more training and support for attorneys.
    4. End the careers of Reres, Raticoff, Brannon, and Sheres.
    5. Force Mike Satz out of office.
    6. Make the PD office a pleasant work environment.
    7. Advocate for homeless people who get arrested.
    8. Take on unfair judges and get them removed from bench.

Looks like a list of spectacular Finkelfailures to me.

    1. 1

      1

Finkelstein never really wanted to change the woefully corrupt condition of the judiciary or anything else for fear of retribution, just rattle on about it to the media. Otherwise he would have filed the required JQC complaints to accomplish something. This underlies the insincere condition and weakness of most of the positions he takes on.
Just a lot hot air to get attention.

    2. 5

      0

The waste in the administrative aspects of the pd office denotes a less than honest approach to #2.
Hundreds of thousands of dollars have been wasted on unproductive supervisors while paying the troops in the trenches have not been a priority.
Just another example of the mismanagement exhibited by our public defender and his cronies.
Then allowing drop patients to return to the pd and suck high compensations handling little or no cases, drives the point home.
Poor management, inappropriate compensation rates, inadequate training, extremely low morale, high caseloads for anyone that isn’t in administration, poor quality of supervision, consolidation of critical funds for experts eliminated has lead to the quality of representation being degraded to the point that it’s become a farce.
All of these factors can be exposed by anyone wanting to run for Public Defender and no doubt will.
We need a Public Defender that can connect all the dots. I don’t see it being done by Gordon Weekes or anyone else connected to the administration.
You’ve got to laugh when Finkelstein says Weekes is there for the work. Weekes hasn’t done anything but dodge it for years.
Weekes just doesn’t possess the tools or the willingness necessary to accommodate what’s needed to fix the problems because he’s a big part of the problem.

        Campaign Strategy:

Since Joe Voter doesn’t care who becomes PD, make it about $$.

Keep saying “unlike the previous admin. / Weekes, the Spvsrs. in my office WILL have cases – that will translate into savings for taxpayers”

Coming is a shakeup that will change dramatically the makeup of the PD’s Office starting at the top and filtering through the ranks in terms of an administration that is viewed as self serving and petty. Finkelstein is not wrong in his fear that Gordon Weekes will be facing opposition, perhaps from multiple contenders.
New supervisors will have assigned cases as well as the new Public Defender herself.
Unlike the former mismanagement shown by Chief Asst. Catherine Keuthan, and the apparent disconnect expressed by Finkelstein, the New Public Defender will herself make the policy decisions necessary to reform the office instead of leaving it to an office manager who is not qualified.
This will throw a wrench into the plans of those who backing Weekes think after entering drop they will be coming back to yet again reap the benefits of unsupportable high salaries and no caseloads.
Gordon Weekes will lose handily to this female contender who will bring back a sense of duty and pride to the Office of the Public Defender after eliminating the cronyism and backbiting pettiness that has held sway in the present administration.
New positions will be filled with a fair salary structure instead of the steady and unprecedented large numbers leaving the Office of the Public Defender after brief employment.
The New Public Defender will be more concerned with the quality of representation to the public instead of viewing her position as a segway to local celebrity.
Many will welcome this change after what has been the subject of much criticism to the present administration and its resulting decline in the quality of representation.

I decided to change my image for Public Defender.
As you can see, I’ve cleaned up my act in order to dupe the old condo geezers !

This will be Weekes when he starts wondering why he’s not getting anywhere … except into the political rut Howie’s dumped him in.

How many actual cases has Gordon tried, any idea ? I’ve never seen him in court. For that matter I’ve only seen him once at an office meeting.

Weekes is a fried corn dog chasing customers. How much does he scrape in now that’s he’s taken over for Keuthan ?

It’s DiPietro’s turn to pull one rich republican out of the hat to snatch away the spot of PD. He must have one or two pimps just itching to wipe Finkelstein’s nose in it.

David and Spechler tried to get attorney Mark Finkelstein to run against Howard last year. Big meeting at Spechler’s old office in Museem Tower. They claimed Jordan Zimmerman would help financially because Zimmerman knew Howard from USF and didn’t like him. Then the Broward Health/Zimmerman scandal with Di Pietro happened and derailed everything. No doubt they will try again to have their own Finkelstein on the ballot.

Marc does have class and is cool.

          But…

There were witnesses at the meeting. Even a possible photo of the sign sheet at the building to show who was there.

Marc, never signed on to the plan, it was only proposed by Jay and David.

Marc was Spechler’s lawyer before the JQC when Jay quit. Also he was co counsel with Spechler in the Watson case

Best. Post. In a long time.

We miss you pony-tailed dreads! Please come back and visit often during Gordons campaign. He needs you more than ever

Thank you for the kind words. This is a hard time for me. I miss Gordon after being together for so long, but I can’t forget he cut me off.

This is all Howard’s fault. He has always been jealous of me. Howard’s ponytail was funky and moldy. Howard saw in me those things his ponytail could never be, funkadelic and full of ebony beauty. He knew I could be the greatest Public Defender ponytail ever. That is why he had Gordon execute me.

If that really happened, if U2 did something that monumentally stupid, I would disown my Irish ancestry.

How about that Howard? Got to love the guy. He insults the voters of Broward County who have voted his pathetic ass back into office several times. Kind of like when he shit on Al after he saved ponytails’s career after his drug case fiasco. Howard, you are pathetic.

Could have told u Lit’l Howie was close to meltdown, but Gordon Weekes has been a pile of play dough half tard for years.
From Finkelschmuk to Retardo with cupcakes and rainbow sprinkles? Can somebody with balls please step in and save these duffises from themselves and do the PD’s office and Broward a huge favor at the same time!
Start by canning all the deadweight supervisors and give the mush to the poor kids who are actually handling cases.
