        to ask why Scherer’s docket
        was originally cancelled?

Yes, the 16th usually follows the 15th of any particular month.

If she’s sick then call it as it is and playing this totally selfish game of I’ll be there but ooopss I’m not there she’s wasting a lot people’s time. Kinda like going to the doctors office and they want you to wait 2-3 hours. Sorry I’m gone less than 20 then reschedule I rip doc a new one.
Just stay home and get everything reassigned.
You inconsiderate special person. Learned from the old Hollywood crew. Judge Korda kinda comes to mind.

One thing is for sure. The regular Tuter shuffle to Civil wasn’t going to work this time. She wouldn’t be able to find her way to the courtroom. She had no choice but to get out of Dodge as quickly as she can.

Oh yeah, she be sick awite!

It’s a disease called “affluenza”, symptoms are: extreme lethargy coupled with an unearned sense of righteousness

She is sick all right. No doubt there!

This comment is an affront to Judges like Africkson and Greene. These are very wealthy people. There are many wealthy jurists. Like Chief Justice Roberts. They work harder than anyone. This stereotyping is inappropriate.

Botox Rejection can be very painful and is often reoccurring with symptoms ranging from tenderness to water retention and blisters appearing on site injection.

PULL JUDICIAL ATTENDANCE RECORDS AND SUPPLY THEM TO THE JUDICIAL QUALIFICATIONS COMMITTEE ALONG WITH THE COMPLAINT

Two things I’ve learned from this blog is that this chick has bad taste in men and is lazy.

Why are you more bothered by people pointing out that a public servant is routinely cancelling court at the time of the docket with no notice, than with the public servant doing this shit?? My client drove an hour and a half to get to court last week when she did this shit and did not have anyone cover. She reset for Tuesday. On Tuesday he came and she again rescheduled. It’s so inconsiderate, to the point of being psychopathy. Your affluenza is showing if you think us talking about it is worse than what she’s doing. And we aren’t making fools of ourselves dummy. We’re posting anonymously. You sound dumb though. My guess is you’re either Liz or Nina or Marla. Don’t know who else would defend her.

She is awful. They are awful (well, I don’t know who ‘marla’ is). As a young(ish) PD myself, I am embarrassed that other young(ish) female judges care more about how they look on the bench, gossiping and stirring up drama than just doing their jobs and upholding the law. Between the rumors of stairwell ‘love sessions’ and private chamber ‘bitch sessions’, this makes me want to go wait tables again to be surrounded by less catty women. I’m all for wanting to look nice, but no one is trying to get into your pants (or robe).

These women all want respect, but they don’t even respect their jobs or what they signed up for. All of them should be ashamed.

Back in the day Friday am calandar call smelled like a herd of cats in heat waiting to get invited to lunch afternoon cocktails and a stiffy later in the day.

Her hugging it out with the state and victims after that trial was bizarre. There, fixed it for you
