Broward’s Judicial Reputation is infamous throughout the State. Tooty can accept all the plaques he wants to, but he’s also got to accept the fact he’s done little to improve the quality of performance of judges here.

Will he be taking questions? He needs to know how badly performing some of these people are.

Hopefully he’s not a coffee drinker otherwise he’ll be sending Tuter across the street to DnD.

    Dear Governor,

Help restore honor and integrity to government. Appoint RICHARD BRIAN KAPLAN to any position you have open.

I am the best, hardest working, smartest and most intelligent lawyer in Broward. (maybe in all of Florida)(I won an award once)(I have not been fired for dishonesty or professional negligence in several years).

I will be the next Broward Clerk of Court (or Sheriff, Public Defender, State Attorney, Judge, Supervisor of Elections or any other office I can run for), but that will take time.

I am willing to sacrifice my current position to serve.

I have cleared my schedule today incase you want to meet with me to discuss my plans for the future.

    I am the hungry dog.

Call me now, I’m waiting by the phone.

    sincerely,
Your next Clerk- Richard Brian Kaplan

      P.S.
I don’t think there are any blackface photos in my background that would be an embarrassment to you. I don’t think people are offended by my clown face photos. It is what I truly am.

      Kappy is the name

The governor comes to the Broward County Courthouse and Satzie has no idea he was even here. I guess the governor has no interest in senior citizens!

What was the announcement? Is 17 being folded into 11th Circuit? And how many suck butts kisses his butt when he was here looking for promotion?

It’s a whole lot easier than having to work hard. Then they cry about the low pay.
There are so many blowhard judges in Broward, its why their balloons pop so regularly.

CONFUSING ACHIEVEMENT WITH BEING ABLE TO KISS POLITICAL BUTT BETTER THAN PEOPLE WITH HIGH SELF ESTEEM IS NOT A VIRTUE

These people are so hung up on the so called importance of titles they probably drool all over themselves when a Governor is within striking distance. Heck, how else will their kids get jobs over minimum wage? It’s like a Black Friday sale at TJ Max. They’re probably crawling all over each other’s backs to get close to the King after sleeping online the night before. It’s better to own a political slob but the bottom feeders don’t own the cars they drive so there you go.

It takes a drooling geezer to milk it for all its worth then come back for more. Only on the Broward Bench can you milk it and then come back for chicken scratch.

Why is DeSantis doing this in the same courthouse Cruz is being prosecuted in and by the same Judges?

We Bimbos showed our appreciation by boozing it up any time we got a chance … Being a Broward judge is a privilege. We call it Public Service.

He has pictures of all the judiciary in his Chambers so he can put the County Court names to a face.

We needed 3000 contacts to figure out we didn’t know each other and that we weren’t in a trial together

Did anyone ever look into the trial where his old law partner Tony Loe tried a case with Tony’s reputed young extramarital … “friend?”
