He/She who is without sin may cast the first stone. We’ve all been dumb. There but by the Grace of God go I, and You.

What’s so sad? She drove off a cliff without a hearing.
A reminder to Broward Judges that they serve at the pleasure of the electorate. Although the tag line defense in this one was cold from the beginning. She was done before the rubber hit the road.

The whole thing could have been avoided with a tearful apology and a graceful swan dive onto the sword. Who was advising her?

They must’ve given her the job already to stop the embarrassment of the trial that would’ve shown what happened with Court Admin and the delay in her selfreport.

This Judge is UNJUST. He does not give any opportunity for any of the parties to even unmute themselves to speak before he calls on the next case. He only calls on the parties one time and lies and says parties dont appear when they are not able to unmute themselves or show their video. They really need to get rid of ALL thESE unjust judgeS along with JUDGE FAHNESTOCK WHO DOES NOT FOLLOW THE LAW and puts children at risk, scams prose litigants with her lawyer friends and rules against PROSE’S even though she knows shes not following the law. Judge Perlman who thinks shes everyones mother yelling at them like the UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL CLASSLESS AND ANYTHING BUT CIVIL JUDGE THAT SHE IS. JUDGE HAIMES, ROBINSON, LOPANE, PERLMAN, RODRIGUEZ-POWELL NEED TO GO!. LETS NOT EVEN MENTION CARLOS RODRIGUEZ WHO DISCRIMINATES AGAINST PEOPLE BASED ON THEIR RELIGION. ALL THESE UNJUST JUDGES NEED TO GO!!!! REPLACE REPLACE REPLACE LETS GO JUDGE TUTER U HAVE BEEN DOING A GREAT JOB LETTING GO OF THEM. KEEP IT GOING YOUR THE BEST!

Prop the mannequin I use to get in the carpool lane onto Zoom and if Tuter asks tell him I’m doing court

Some day I envision Judges sitting at home doing court once or twice a month in their skivvies through videoconferencing and being on the courts by 10

And I was looking forward to Boogenpoop making a fool of himself again ! He’s got a list of losers. Who’s gonna take over the representation of wayward Broward Judges when the old dog finally goes to the pound for good ? Lol

I’m very disappointed that Hawkins didn’t make it to trial. I was really looking forward to seeing Dave’s swan song to a bygone Judicial era. The bench is looking pretty different from my perspective and will continue to change as the slackers get knocked out one by one. Its going to be a battle of the boobs when this virus is over.

Messrs Pryor & Weekes shall hold the line. The retirement of the old guard is the end of the judicial free for all. A need for an official Mr JQC Defender like Mr Bogenschutz shall no longer be necessary. BLM has spoken. The see no evil mentality has been replaced. The judiciary shall behave or answer for it. It’s a new era.

The Domino’s surely started falling after that. Why don’t they ever learn? The cover up is worse than the crime. Maybe if the JNC did real background checks before investing so much power in shaky hands. Or maybe if there was a judicial administration that knew how to handle things. It’s certainly another sad day for Broward. Now Broward can move forward. The JQC would have been a real mess. So its a good thing. She thought of Broward first.

Great. Guess we will soon get another prosecutor on the bench. Nice diversity JNC. The walls will cave in if you nominate a….dare I say it. Public Defender.

What year was that? 1992 by Gov Chiles. Come on. No PD lately has even made short list. Blackmon. Coleman. Hawkins. Gamm. Zaccor. Evans. Davis. Holden. Navarro. Hilal. Ribas. Scherer = all prosecutors. All appointed of recent.

        1. 0

Anyone of them Satz trained Judges standing in the way of the Pryor reforms needs opposition at the polls.

      2. 8

Mike Robinson and Frink were Pd’s. The JNC only appoints former PD’s that are also minorities. And the only serving APD ever appointed was Latin. Go figure.

She got a windfall when she got a judicial salary and decided to shake up the staff instead of counting her blessings. Another bible thumping phony baloney.

If Hawkins didn’t know what she was doing, she should have. Either way, her actions clearly prove her unsuitability to serve as a judge.
She should have resigned immediately after she was caught saying she never touched the guy when the video clearly showed she had her hands around his neck.
Instead she went on to loose the election and still pushed it to the wire.
At least she hasn’t received a paycheck since her uncontrollable physical outburst which I agree with wholeheartedly.
She simply can add herself to a long list of unsuitable Broward Judges who played the game out until the end even when the outcome was inevitable.
The lack of shame among these jokers strains credulity.

Robert you are a better man than I am. If she would have touched i would have done it right back to her. We would have been some choking bitches

Two has-been old hosers tried their hand at politics in a new generation and found the old way of exchanging greasy chum doesn’t work anymore. Not for them.
They are both going to have to be satisfied with the small squeeze they were able to sponge out of their lack-luster careers as pimp-squat judges in a hobbled one horse town where the slop doesn’t come for free anymore and cheapskates place last.

Vagina lost her temper, lied about it, lost a re-election effort and still stretched this JQC farce out way too long. She should be fined, investigated by the BAR, suspended for 3 years from the practice of law, and required to memorize the Holy Book, then tested and required to recite it verbatim in order to reapply for her license, required to take anger management courses and then monitored via ankle bracelet for an indeterminate period of time.
That’s the kind of sentences these bum Broward Judes dole out from the bench in Broward, so fair would only be fair.
Why she hasn’t been brought up on criminal charges might also be questioned at this point.

Lard ass old bag lost control of the handlebars…
Its an all too frequent occurrence among Broward Judges

      1. 7

        1

That would’ve been a bad idea. Zero self-control is a perk only afforded the elected class. The JQC and Mayor Holness need to finish the job. They’ve only scratched the surface. There’s many more that need to be removed and/or bounced by the voters.

Its all up for grabs when it comes to the Broward Bench. Over a generation of poorly performing judges and a list of ineffective and inept chief judges has served as a somber portend for the coming BIG FLUSH of sitting Broward Judges.
Sit back and watch as the judicial cronies fall victim to their own devices. Its a Carnival worth catching.

    1. 17

      1

How many Broward Judges does this make that have smoked themselves in a relatively short time ?
Don’t look for any leadership with this bunch lead by a chief judge that’s even worse. They are all in it for what they can get.
Every single Broward Judge should get opposition every time they’re up. We can’t possibly do any worse than the milkers who occupy the bench now.

    1. 13

Being relegated to the trash heap of fallen Broward Judges is becoming rather common. . Absent Judicial Rotation the numbers will continue to grow. All as the chief judge in order to maintain the peace sets up the next fallen angel for a trip down memory lane without perks.
The mindset of a chief judge willing to sacrifice the next one for the glory of protecting a broken system is perpetuating the jigsaw of circus performers willing to participate.

The judiciary will always be one step behind with the current Chief Judge. This is the same man who was once working closely with Chiefs Weinstein and Tobin through those troubles through the current day’s. The younger Judges want to change the face of Broward for the better. Sadly, until one of them displays the courage to organize the votes to put a real leader in to join Mr. Pryor, Sheriff Tony, Clerk Forman, and Mr. Weekes, then the face of the judiciary will always remain that of the JQC logo.

        1. 43

          0

This is the funniest thing I have seen all day. First of all, Pryor hasn’t even taken office, weekes has been running that office into the ground for the past decade, Forman is just batshit crazy, and we have a felon, heroin user as our sheriff. Great group of leaders, lol.

            1. 0

Sheriff is a Republican appointed by DeSantis. So the Republicans are responsible for him.

He’s an accused felon. That isn’t proven. Ken Jenne, former Sheriff, is a convicted felon.

Tuter is worse than all of them. Even Forman has her place up and running. I bet more Judges have ethics issues than her employees do. Tuter needed to go long ago. At a minimum to send a message that the Judges want to try a new direction, namely up and not the bottom any longer. It’s been bad as long as one can remember.

They’ll never get rid of Tuter.

He just sponsored the greatest paid vacation in judicial history.

For every one that can’t be saved (think Hawkins) there’s more that gets protection and no one’s the wiser.

Broward suffers ok. But without a 4th Estate here it’s never going to change. There’s nothing to force it.

Backman always was one of the biggest slurpers in this circuit. And still the little oinker wanted to grease himself back in for more. I’m glad he got is fat azz handed to him.

Because her docket was hard to read or something else trivial that only someone from a crud Law School that’s totally unqualified to be a Judge wouldn’t be able to figure out in a couple of seconds.

That may explain a lot! Lol
Chief Judges in Broward should have to take a test to determine fitness. Tuter is just the most recent in a long list of idiots whose only purpose is to protect errant judges when they screw up.

    1. 3

      1

Low pay’s the reason. It’ll never change. There’s not enough money to lure people from the top tiers to do bureaucratic work. Honestly, all the complaining needs to stop. It’s always been like this and always will be this way due to a lack of resources. Accept reality already.

  21. 3

The 17th sure has had a string of incompetent, corrupt morons sitting as CJ but they all pale in comparison to with the biggest one of them all !!! LOL
Tuter is no better or no worse. He’s just as stupid and lazy.

  22. 0

    3

I don’t think he’s stupid but he is presiding over the biggest mess of any Circuit in Florida with next to zero access to courts for inmates since March.
