So Tooty can’t hold down circuit criminal ? It takes the Chief Justice to whip these Broward judges into line ?

And the sad part is – ATurd had to get gastric bypass to marry that pig and put her in his pig pin (a/k/a his 800 sq. ft. dumping bungalo in Wilton Manors).

I used to be a lot fatter. I’m still friends with all the crooked judges in Broward though. Just ask them. If I run out of lard from one judge, I move on to another sucker. There’s plenty of sucker judges here.

I wonder why the whole judiciary has to be in question because of Diaz, Mccarthy and Ehrlich. Tuter could handle Diaz and McCarthy like he did Ehrlich instead of everyone that works hard having to pay. Make an example of them, JT. It’s not fair to the rest.

The wagon circle jerk protection of the weakest links has always been the problem for good Judges as well as police. Instead of making an example of the ones that step out of line they cover for them. This bleeds the integrity from the system and the people lose confidence in the whole. If there was a real Chief Judge that wasn’t part and parcel of every judicial administration for years and years, then the errant actors would be transferred and publicly admonished via a statement from the Chief Judge that could be reported. Instead as is always the case here (and elsewhere) a bad acting Judge or police officer is provided cover and the general community ends up blaming and hating all the good people amongst the ranks of the whole. Eventually often the bad actors reoffend as well because they are given pass after pass adding insult to injury for the long suffering good public servants. It is time for a real Chief Judge unburdened by the old ways to emerge and clean up the judiciary. Decades of humiliations heaped not only on the community but the good Judges is enough. Politics be damned it is time to punish the offenders and restore faith in our institutions.

Heard it took a few well worded letters to get him down here.
The last time this happened is when Ross screwed up big time.
      It cost him big time.

That was CJ Lewis that put Ross in his place. There’s no place like Broward when it comes to psychopathic judges. They’re like parasites that are difficult to shake off.

What? Too many reinstatements? Povide some stats or stop your lies kaplan. You know nothing about Usan. You don’t practice in criminal and you get your advice from the wrong crowd. There is a reason Usan has overwhelming support in the defense community, including public defenders. They know he is fair and reasonable. Put up proof or stfu.

Get bent you poor diluted fool! Every comment is from Kaplan. Everyone supports LOusan from both PD offices (including the one that Kaplan has worked for over 10 years). The whole defense community …. you’re just fooling yourself:

        “You’re leaving now
        It’s in your eyes
        There’s no disguising it
It really comes as no surprise
        Only time will tell!”

Usan won’t be on the bench much longer. Kaplan’s got him by the balls and he knows it. People are tired of incumbent Broward judges. They’re ready to flush Usan and any other Broward judges that gets filled against.

YOU NEED PEOPLE THAT HAVE A SPINE THAT WILL RUN AGAINST ANY AND ALL SITTING JUDGES

WIN OR LOSE KAPLAN HAS A SPINE AND HAS TAKEN ON USAN

          GO KAPLAN!!!

I’d prefer a judge with a brain. Kaplan is unqualified. Your “run against all incumbents” mantra only helps keep the ones who deserve opposition in power. Worse is when you pick a well liked, reasonable judge as your target playing a silly name or anti-minority game. Kaplan is well known as the guy who wanted to get rid of Kal Evans because he thought it would be easy to put up a candidate against a black judge. Now he’s running against a good judge, who is also a good person because of where his name will be on the ballot. This is offensive at every level.

lol kaplan. you don’t have as many supporters as the thumbs up. you need more than self-posting, pushing buttons on jaablog and name game.

hey, notice how captain neil, bob wier and kaplan all use the same ip address. your game is so easily discovered. you are a joke kaplan.

        1. 2

          13

You’re missing the point. His name will appear on the ballot first and Kaplan will win the roll of the dice and Usan will be looking for another job.

Why should the people be banned from a meeting of public officials, in a courtroom within a public building, paid for with taxpayer money? If they want privacy go rent a conference room at a hotel.

This must be a public meeting with all of the judiciary present at a public courthouse. Florida has government in the sunshine, but I am afraid you’ll see about as much light than can escape a black hole.

Hopefully they are announcing that the Circuit is being merged under WPB or Miami and answerable to a real Chief Judge or The Supreme Court directly.

A citizen review board would work too. Not to sit over cases but to make sure they work a full day and aren’t drunk or tripping on something like that fuckhead Ehrlich.

Nothing on Broward. Rothstein entertained numerous Broward judges with scab prostitutes with prosthetic limbs right across the street from his law offices and contributed to judges’ campaigns in return for looking the other way when it came to his scam.
He’s not the only scammer that should have gone to jail.

They should give an award to the most useless judge in Broward.
That may take more thN 30 minuets. There are a lot of contenders.

More BS from a circuit that doesn’t care about anything but a steady paycheck and the next dipshit that will pick up the tab for their lunch. Start to realize just how smalltime these judge pimps are in Broward. Its the only place in the state where you can get a favorable ruling for the price of a lunch.

    2. Announce Diaz’s transfer to Satellite and McCarthy’s transfer back to Civil where she belongs.

Are they going to discuss the court reporter mess, too? Is Tuter on top of that? Does the governor want to require all digital down here to save money and prevent more problems? We shall see.

Why isn’t Litl Howie looking to be included? Florida in the Sunshine? It’s this kind of unaccountable behavior by Broward judges that have led to this crisis of confidence.
Lit’l Howie doesn’t hesitate to squeak about how bad the judges are in the 17th but he falls down when it’s something important.

      You’re over-looking statewide standardization issues.
That is, if The JQC cleans up the 17th., through internal conformity issues that would leave the the judicial community with severe cognitive dissidence when choosing to cover-up politically sensitive, and profitable abuses.

The JQC will not clean up Broward in any meaningful way, because if it does, other PD’s in South Florida will start getting the idea, that they are in place to provide Due Process and actually start demanding it. OMG. Can’t have that…

You need to take into account the standardization issue when considering the JQC’s POV.

The veneer of the visit, is Kabuki Theater… Nothing more…..
