IMPERATO RECOMMENDATION

The Florida Supreme Court Clerk’s Office has confirmed they are in possession of the JQC recommendation from the recent JQC. v. Imperato trial.  It should post on their website shortly.  Until then the recommendation is unconfirmed, but believed to be a 90 day suspension, a $20,000 fine, and a public reprimand, subject to Supreme Court approval …

this is bullshit. Twice arrested for DUI, refused a breath test, flashed her badge, and refused to get out of car, etc. Giselle is more an alcoholic than this babe. The boot is appropriate. adios

They’re never going to name a courthouse or any place of importance after Peter, but at the rate things are going, they ought to name a bar in his honor.

One can only hope. Boot this chick out of Broward and off the bench for good. Then the Bar should suspend her from the practice of Law for for good as well.

The JQC doesn’t seem to get the message with Broward judges. Spare the rod and spoil the morons! Hasn’t the Broward judiciary proven it’s worth yet because Imperato sure hasn’t. Just another bad joke. She needs to go.

Imperato should be removed immediately and her ticket punched permanently for the mockery she’s made of Justice. In her desperate move to stay on the bench she has caused permanent injury to the confidence the public has of its judges in Broward county. It’s obvious she has no shame at all. Somebody needs to give this chick a straw and prop her up on a bar stool where she can’t do anymore harm. That’s after they take her drivers license from her for good. How many DUIs does this BROWARD BIMBO judge need to get before they realize she needs to stay in rehab and not on the bench?

SHE WAS LOST DRIVING AROUND FOR HOW MANY HOURS AND RAN HOW MANY CARS OFF THE ROAD AND THEN FLASHED HER BADGE ? WHATS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE? SHE COULD HAVE KILLED OTHER MOTORISTS AND THEY WANT TO GIVE HER A 90 SUSPENSION?

Get rid of this woman before she really injures or kills someone or herself. This recommendation is ludicrous. This is a judge with multiple DUI and other obvious problems with trying to use her authority to skip out on consequences. She should be canned as soon as possible.

THE JQC RECOMMENDATION IS REDICULAS. RECOMMED IMPERATO HIT THE ROAD PREFERABLY IN A BUS. IT WOULD BE SAFER THAT WAY.

Public employees work for us and part of the deal is they can’t get convicted of serious crimes no matter how weak their metabolism for alcohol may be. She should resign before she gets opposition and drags this shame on the 17th out for another year.

With all the problems Imperato has created for the Broward Judiciary the Supream Court will never approve this recommendation. Weinstein just sounds like a fool about now with all the Broward judges who have bit the big one lately.

Scary stuff these booze bimbos ! She should take a Q from her own book and call it quits like the other bimbo Rosenthal. There’s no more room for these lonely heart stricken booze bimbos! How many judges does it take to fill a booze bottle and still leave room for the worm?

She’s playing it to the end like so many other judges in Broward have. I suspect her game is just about over and hope she gets what she deserves. They’re not going to fall for this one.

Her booking photo looks like a blind date gone really bad. How in the world can this woman be allowed to sit on any case? Better start looking into mediation.

If she’s allowed to stay a Judge she should be drug and alcohol tested weekly. If she doesn’t agree or refuses again then remove her.

She’s had her chance twice, more than she would have ever given a defendant a break on. Now Imperato needs to go. The hypocritical nature of some of these Broward judges is too much.

If she isn’t removed it’s a green light for Florida Judges to drink, drive, badge flash, refuse, lose trial, and then beg for mercy.

It’s all the pork rinds Imperato has been eating at bars that’s brought her to the brink ! Now she has to wear a monitor? What kind of judges does Broward have still sitting on the bench, Whiney? Get your act together!

I think her only shot at remaining a jurist was to have immediately owned her behavior, plead guilty (not no contest) like Giselle “because she was guilty”, affirmatively play the rehab game & taken her lumps. Then maybe, just maybe. But going to trial & losing, then “nevermind”, & finally sucking it up at the JQC inquisition is too little, too late. She rolled the dice & lost & will, & should be, treated like a defendant who did the same in her courtroom. Bad decisions, bad outcome.

The Judge in Palm should have given her 6 months in the jailhouse. A Judge behaving in this fashion should have been made an example.

The only “example” made of bad Judges is the JQC “example” whereby Judges think they can get away with murder because the JQC works so hard to save them no matter how despicably the Judge behaves. It’s no wonder Florida Judges are a comedy troupe of national fame.

Hope Supream Court sees thru the political slime that’s going on with judges here in Broward and sets an example for the right thing to do and at the same time sends a very loud message to both the JQC and Broward judges that this behavior won’t be tolerated. The judges in Broward need to get the message loud and clear because it hasn’t happened yet. These jokers don’t seem to get it. Imperato is just the latest buffoon in a long line of judges that have taken horrible advantage of their positions in attempts to manipulate the system for their own aims. It needs to have a stop put to it.
