What is missing from the equation Finkelstein PD and Ms. Green, an employee of the PD incidentally and as such part of the agenda they are relentlessly pushing, are the words that seem to be continuously overlooked “MOST QUALIFIED OF THOSE APPLYING TO BE JUDGE” and not simply a numbers game resembling more an Affirmative Action mentality as Finkelstein continues to try to stack Broward’s Judiciary in an attempt to extend his own reach.
See it for what it is. As employees try to leave the Office of the PD in record numbers, the Credit Game is alive and well if it gives Howard Finkelstein something to harp about to the media!
Howard Finkelstein would do well to remember that Justice wears a blindfold to race and color as well separate and apart from another one liner he likes to throw around “Each shall Stand Equal” .
Judging from his last failed attempt to keep Nina Di Pietro, another disgruntled PD employee off the bench with his negative letter to Governor Scott concerning her short tenure within his office, he might do better to realize that not everyone wants to hear or cares about his opinion or joins in his agenda.

The Broward Judiciary will Persevere Without the moralizing input from Howard Finkelstein.

Howard doesn’t see it – but his constant whining about “we need more black judges” is about as racist as it comes.

Why not remove name, sex and race from the judicial applications altogether and decide it on factors that matter.

People (such as Howard) who go around crying “hey african americans need quotas or special help to become judge” are implying that these people couldn’t make it on their own without special help.

Hey Howard, we are all created equal & I dream of the day when a man is judged not by the color of his skin but by the content of his character

Well unfortunately, especially with this administration, that day isn’t on the horizon. So we have to yell from the mountain toos that qualified people are being overlooked because of the wrong party affiliation and skin color.

Actually you are quite wrong. You assume applicants are “exceptionally qualified” just because Howard and his employee say that, with no investigation whatsoever.

Governor Scott has appointed three Black women to the bench this year alone, but not in Broward. The Governor’s Office won’t tell you this because they don’t appoint people based on skin color. One was a career PD, but she worked for a real PD that tries cases and has a good reputation.

Howard and his people don’t want you to know the truth. He is training people to love the sound bite. What other PD across the State cares more about getting his name in the press than the result his client gets or the happiness of his employees?

Just one reason he’s so popular among the other Public Defenders in the state! Lol. The Public Defender”s Association loaths the mention of his name ! Good Old Broward … Again !

I’m thinking this is a Trump supporter, bahahaha! Everything must be Howard’s fault because you said so right? With that thinking, Gov Scott is obviously a champion for civil rights but Howard Fink just keeps getting in the way. Just like its Obamacare’s fault that Prince died. Help us all!

Little Jose Isquierdo deserves to be appointed judge above all of the other candidates. Little Jose was a protoge of the brilliant and famous Attorney Bradford Cohen, the best attorney in the south eastern united States. Bradford and little Jose are winning combination.

There are many qualified blacks and Hispanics on this list. Their names should be sent to the Governor.

Just what we need; another dumbo like Robinson… Watch it go to Izzy. He’s been milking Diaz for the info on how to do it for a long time. Keep the grease in the family.

Jennifer Hilal may have been trying cases five years ago but she’s been in a mommy position since then. How does she get an interview over Mariya Weekes?

She’s still trying cases, in both Broward and Miami-Dade. If twenty of 21 get an interview, it’s almost always because the one not getting an interview screwed up the application.

El Chumpo takes care of his own. Break the law, get immunity. Never try a case, get promoted to supervisor. El Chumpo’s calendar still says 1977. His smartphone is a Timex. El Chumpo’s comprades are all retiring but Jefe has nowhere to go. El Chumpo will eat all the roast and leave the drippings for everyone else. El Chumpo forever!
