The stupidity of the JNC process shall be widely zoomed. Covid bonus.

10 minutes will really vet these judge wannabes throughly I’m sure.
This is the Broward Judiciary we’re talking about, and if past indications serve to demonstrate the fitness to serve as Judges around here, all applicants should be required to furnish blood and urine as well as IQ and lie detector tests.
That should narrow the field considerably.

I wonder if any will be drunk/stoned/drooling during the interview?

Typically, whichever one is the most inebriated yet composed gets it. They’re sensitive to lightweights after all the commotion because stinking lightweights ruin it for everyone. Lightweights are the true drag on society in general.

THERE’S NO DOUBLE STANDARD BEING APPLIED IN BROWARD COUNTY
BLACKS MAKE UP OVER 85 PERCENT OF THOSE INCARCERATED

Maybe the board will commend Donnely for the low rate of corruption in Broward?

Looks like the same list of regular laundry stains to me. The shelf life of most of them has expired !

Lori along with her hubby Former Broward Judge Cohen have sucked at the public trough so long their lips caved in. Give Broward a break and let sleeping scumbags lie.
The best part is they have to live with each other.

we believe in coincidence more than conspiracy theories but this is just weird.

From the bank today one of us received a new 2020 quarter.
On the back, no shit, is a huge BAT. Freaky, or bad timing.

JNC Member Sanabria happily announced she vetted Yves Laventure and HAD NO Idea he was in Probate division.

She did her intro commenting on his work in the Family Division- Meanwhile his application is clear his sole experience is criminal and probate, no mention of family.

    This is how they vett?
Rule just parrot whatever the Federalist Society dictates.
