Jqc coming

We’re told Jack Tuter announced at a judicial meeting today that the JQC will once again be opening up on a Broward judge, possibly as early as next week.

No further details were given.

Tuter also reportedly spoke about JAABLOG, and the importance of keeping judicial business secret.  It’s unknown if the JQC news, and the warnings about the blog, are somehow related.

It was probably a trap. He made it up about the Jqc and now Tuter knows the leak is anyone of the 50 people in attendance.

By all mean keep the dirty little doings of Broward judges secret ! Lol. After all, Broward judges have a right to screw up and remain untouchable.
Tooty sounds more ridiculous every time he opens his mouth.
His failure as Chief Judge has everything to do with his inability to control errant judges. But as long as it’s kept secret he can at least pretend he’s actually doing something.

Until JQC complaints are filed against every unworthy judge in Broward, we will never be free of these egomaniacal trough suckers. They won’t learn otherwise.

Even if it’s true that Ledee is doing Foreclose bet it that Tuter finds a way to keep his buddy Lazarus full time employed.

It’s about time something happened again. It’s been like a few weeks since someone got arrested for stealing or got disbarred or humiliated a defenseless old woman to death. A few weeks is a record for this crew. Leopards don’t change their spottiness. Broward be thy name!!!!

Pigs will fly before the Broward Judiciary ever gets straightened out…
Obviously, Tuter isn’t the guy for the job.

    Dear Justice Canady,

I am requesting a special emergency dispensation of industrial sized crates of Flex Seal, Flex Tape, Weatherstripping, Caulk, ball gags, duct tape and other leak sealants

This blog is the best thing to happen to broward. Keeping the judiciary on the straight and narrow. Crazy a blog is needed for that.

Tooty’s just pissed because someone told McCarthy he drew her for this year’s Secret Santa and now he has to get her something decent instead of a lump of coal

The Broward Judiciary is leaking like a sieve
The JQC should open an office here
Broward continues to have the most poorly performing judges in the state with more judicial removals,, resignations and contested judicial races than any other judicial circuit by far.

And so it continues in the absents of any effective administration or oversight.

THE SADDEST PART? TUTER LETS THEM GET AWAY WITH EVERYTHING. THEN THE JQC COMES AND CLEANS UP THE MESS. OF COURSE HE HATES JAAB. HE’S THE REAL PROBLEM. HE WON’T CORRECT PROBLEMS UNTIL ITS TOO LATE. HE PREFERS SECRETS OVER LEADERSHIP.

The Judges agreed to donate their left over budget money to the JA’s. They can get a $100 gift card to Subway or Dunkin.

Thats nice. Most of them remember clearing less than a secretary back when they were running their PA’s into the ground as lawyers. They feel their pain.

Tuter is following in a long line of broken broward chief judges that have inexorably led to a judiciary that’s one of the worst judicial circuits in the state.
When trying to keep the bad behavior of broward judges such a big secret as opposed to attempting to correct the problems is his priority, it only makes the problems emanating from the bench that much worse in the long run.
You’d think he’d be smart enough to figure that out. Apparently not.
There are no legal scholars on the bench here. Only petty politics prevail.
Tuter can join the list of morons contributing to it now.

Tuter has been in an administration since Ross left. Under Tobin under Weinstein and now in charge.
Absolutely no change of direction or improvements since the original days of covering up and circling wagons . This is why Broward Judges are continuously in trouble and disrespectful. It’s them against the world. No accountability. What can change when the same irresponsible mindset exists.

He lets them sit and fester in the same division for 5, 10, 15 or 20 years. They become useless to do any other type of law. They can’t help others. Worst part they become bitter burned out and harbor power complexes that drift into pointless schemes that inevitably end up in embarrassing public meltdowns that make Broward a blotch on judiciaries across the State and USA.

What kind of penny arcade science is Tuter using before he realizes that judicial rotation is the appropriate manner to administer judges in this circuit ?
They rotate judges to cut down on judicial burnout in every other circuit in the state. It’s works to a much greater degree to diminish burnout than allowing judges to remain in the same divisions for years leading to more egregious behavior.

The only answer as to why is purely political in nature; keep them complacent so they’ll vote him back in as Chief Judge for yet another term.

Tuter might try thinking of someone other than himself if he were truly interested in maintaining quality among his judges and giving taxpayers what they deserve instead of poorly performing judges that can’t hack doing the same thing for years without turning into a pool of idiot hackers who take it out on everyone who appears before them.

Tallahassee is acutely aware of the problems facing the Broward Judiciary and its Chief Judges and yet the equation has not changed.
And as of yet the 17th has not had a Chief Judge with the courage and management skills to do anything but try to insure their own longevity in office.

It’s abundantly clear and very sad our circuit won’t try to do better than have its judges behave like common thugs rather than arbiters of Fairness and Justice.

I saw the court video and it was something akin to mental breakdown with a microphone …
      They make meds for that.

Hard night out – no banana
Flash the badge – no juice
Go to trial – no hash

Being a Broward Judge ain’t what it used to be …

This old dog had it coming for a long time. Maxing everyone out to dissuade one from going to trial finally caught up with her.

What’s the only thing worse than a Broward Judge?

The answer is a drunk Broward Judge or a Broward Judge high on drugs.

Who is who in the secret society of broward judges ? Keep it close. Keep it secret. Keep it hidden. And this is at the request of Chief Judge Tuter ?
Gimme a break ! These clowns 🤡 are too much.
Something continues to be very wrong within the rank and file of judges in Broward.

Funny, I thought Judicial Business meant dolling out Justice with an even hand. Not trying to cover up, keep secret or divert attention away from fellow Broward judges who have once again shown they are not worthy to sit in judgement of anyone when their own closets are full of skeletons.
Tuter has shown he is just as bad if not worse.

I don’t understand. Why the mention of the JQC coming to town as a topic of warning to the other judges at all. The JQC is a regular visitor here. The lengthy list of candidates for their interest isn’t worth mentioning because it would require too much effort.
But the intent was clearly meant to put them on notice.
I would suspect they’ll work that into some minor hysteria.
Tuter exhibits an all to familiar style of judicial management. One in the same. Tendency to practice herd mentality in time of crisis.

      yet another of ORCC’s finest.

Fit in well with HoHo’s other rejects like Heise and Kaplan.

ORCC – attorneys who can’t find jobs representing people without jobs.

So was this a heads up to all the judges that they better be on their good behavior just while the JQC is in town, or something more ominous?
Maybe their courtrooms should be occupied and attendance probably important?
Maybe pay a little closer attention to their Rolexes?
Maybe meltdowns to be kept to a minimum might be a good idea?
Certainly no problems in the Judge’s parking lot ?
And keeping alcohol within moderate tolerances.

Do you mean I’m going to be able to get a hearing ?

BROWARD JUDGES ARE CLOWNS WITH TOOTY BEING THE CLOWN MASTER
THE JQC MUST BE GETTING TIRED OF THE NONSENSE ABOUT NOW

Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored. Tuter would do well to remember that.

There is something very wrong with the way judges in Broward are being administered.

The buck stops with him and he is failing.

Tuter’s problem? His problem is simple dimple: some, but certainly not all, of the Judges have no respect for him or anybody else. They ruin it for the entire Circuit. Tuter’s problem for real? He knows who the bad ones are and doesn’t banish them because he’s counting votes.

Because if they did, three quarters of the judges now sitting would be put under oath.
They don’t want to really know the details of what goes on around here in Broward.
The can of worms is way too big. Although I’ve heard the JQC has its sites set on a couple judges that slipped up bad.
Just hearsay, but the omens look pretty bad.
The coverup is always the stinger that gets them in the end.
How many times have we seen this with sloppy judges in Broward?

  21. 8

Who filed the complaint with the JQC about this purported judge under scrutiny? Any word ?
Maybe if more complaints are filed these judges will start towing the line.
It’s obvious Chief Judge Tuter is too busy playing politics to reign the bad ones in.

  22. 7

It’s nice to know that the Broward Judiciary’s modus operandi is to shut down and keep secret bad behavior of one of their own. This attitude toward errant judges is a big part of the problem.
Instead of doing anything to correct problems, keep it under raps. 🙁

A judges meeting at the request of Tuter to tell them to keep the lid on judicial business because the JQC is coming to town. It gets out anyway, Broward judges can never keep their mouths shut, and it comes down to the subject of a lousy county court judge ?
Think maybe Tuter is over thinking this thing.
    What a bust ! Lol.
Tuter really is starting to sound like a clown.

Grotesque charade. The JQC has done little to reduce the corruption that has repeatedly shown itself to be alive and flourishing on the bench in Broward.

BROWARD JUDGES ARE THE MOST POORLY PERFORMING JUDGES IN THE STATE BEING LED BY UNDOUBTEDLY ONE OF THE WORST CHIEF JUDGES IN THE STATE
THE 17TH CIRCUIT HAS HAD MORE JUDICIAL REMOVALS BY THE JQC THAN ANY OTHER CIRCUIT BY DOUBLE DIGITS
LIMIT JUDICIAL CORRUPTION BY VOTING OUT EVERY SINGLE INCUMBENT JUDGE
END THE CIRCUS THAT IS BROWARD COURTS

Once they’re on the free carnival ride it hard to shake them off it. They’ve never had to do so little for so much in their lives.
Broward judges ate a breed all their own. One that sucks until they’re kicked out.
