It sure didn’t take very long for judicial dysfunction syndrome here in Broward to take down another one for the baboon farm.
Keep your windows rolled up at all times.

Chief Tuter’s true leadership legacy: presiding over the most dysfunctional Circuit in history?

            I read it.

How did the attorney’s let the people they represented be spoken to in such fashion?

            Is this normal?

Oh we know that’s why he did it. He ruined retirees retirement funds so he and his rich buddies could make a lot of $$. People be dammed. I just didn’t think he would admit to it on a video.

Isn’t it funny how Gulkin got a trophy in his honor whilst Dolores Shulmpkin, with all her achievements, is completely ignored by BACDL?

Broward seems to have more than its share of Performative Judges who can’t seem to do their relatively easy jobs with any degree of dignity. There’s a long list of Broward Judges that have met their Waterloo by simply not being able to keep their performances under control. Farmer is just the most recent. How they all end up on the bench in Broward is a question that can be answered by lack of proper supervision, extremely lax schedules and a judicial culture unique to Broward.
Our chief judge is but an obvious example of self aggrandizing behavior that sets a very poor example for the rest of our judges.
Broward has the reputation of having some of the worst performing judges in the State, also holding the record for more judges having been removed from office than any other circuit.
Its time we stop electing politicians to the bench and start taking a hard look at the jokers who can’t do their jobs properly with an eye to improving our stock of judges.
