Why does Judge Holden get so whiny about like ‘hey Michelle’ don’t we already have like 20 cases that day? It isn’t rocket science dude! Dude in jail wants a bond. Or a plea. Or maybe dude needs a term of probation. Whatever! It’s 99% routine dude!
What’s his rush? What does he need to rush off the bench for?
He takes 20 minutes to do a plea colloquy. If all those cases plea that’s 6 hours. His incompetence and inefficiency makes this problem.

Good thing Kal Evans isn’t doing that he takes 2.5 hours for motion to dismiss because he doesn’t shut the f up. If he was there he would probably get through 4 plea deals a day. What a clown he is.
Go back to case filings which you couldn’t do either.

It appears to be an attempt at signifying remorse for destroying Anita Hill, Captain.

Mardi had to put up with all kinds of illegal campaign violations from the opponent from hell. She didn’t say anything false or misleading. She just didn’t handle it in a way a judge is supposed to handle it. The JQC was sending a message that they expect super clean stuff from judges and people who run for judge.
Plus she is still reeling from her husband’s affair.
I know Mardi. She doesn’t just sit and watch an opponent lie, cheat and steal. Her Opponent told people she was voted the best lawyer and all of South Florida. Honestly, how could that be possible?
