When is the JQC and the Supremes going to finally realize that the problem with Broward Judges is systemic and due in large part to unaccountably and a lack of leadership by the Chief Judge and his gross incompetence?
Broward Judges throughput the State are known as lazy, corrupt and a complete embarrassment. If this string of judicial jokers doesn’t prove it, nothing will.
Its time the 17th cleans up its Judicial Act by holding them responsible for their actions. To continue to ignore the problem encourages it.
AS far as Chief Judge Tuter is concerned: The sooner that political opportunist becomes a distant memory, the better.

Chief Justice Labarga took it very seriously when Judges weren’t showing up. Things must’ve changed.
