Just checked the clerk’s website. 200 cases litigated in Broward County and 148 of them evictions from mobile home parks.

Yes, he has done a few (very few) criminal defense cases. Out of 200 litigated in Broward, 148 of them are evictions from mobile home parks. A few cases where credit card companies went after dead beats too. As I wrote earlier, his practice focuses mainly on doing evictions from mobile home parks. 148 out of 200. Or 74%.

Admitted 78. Nova grad (were they even a law school then?) 40 year lawyer by the time he has to run. He gets opposition doubt he’ll run. Unless his law practice really sucked and he needs an income. Another fine choice from our esteemed JNC.

Actually he has made very good appointments but for one. Interesting that now the bloggers who say he doesn’t appoint minorities go silent.

Problem with Broward lawyers is they want experienced judges but when they get an experienced judge they whine and say, “you mean you really expect me to work? You mean I have to meet my client before walking in to court and yelling out his name because I don’t recognize him? You mean I have to know about my case? You mean when I add up these points it equals months in prison?”

      What a bunch of losers.

Defendants all look the same that’s why lawyers be calling out the names. The same is true of lawyers that’s why defendants always be asking the guys in suits if they is Mr. Greenblatt.

Figured you would say that as opposed to a very qualified candidate who happens to be a minority who happens to be Dale Ross’ son in law. So let’s see, Raag Singhal isn’t a real minority, Kal Evans isn’t a real minority, Alberto Ribas isn’t a real minority….Got it. Real solid argument. I’m sure your clients enjoy their prison time too.

Imperato’s fate as determined by the Florida Supream Court of the State of Florida hopefully will send a long needed message to Broward judges that the outragious behavior exhibited by so many of it judges will no longer be sanctioned.
Imperato needs to move on like the others. Her retention would mean drunk judges found guilty of multiple convictions for DUI with potent political ties can continue to soak tax payers and citizens of Broward when what they should be doing is seeking Rehab.
Additionally, simply taking down the article pertaining to this egregious offense on this site does its author no credit.

According to the governor’s press release, Kollra started his career as an associate for Bruce Wayne….that explains everything!! Gotham style it all the way to the circuit bench!!

The way a lot of mobile home parks are run is fairly criminal. One of the biggest rackets around. He might feel right at home in the criminal division.
