It’s totally unconfirmed rumor time.

We’re hearing Barbara McCarthy may be heading back to criminal, with Raag Singhal taking over her civil division.

The move would make sense.  McCarthy is not universally loved by the civil boys, who have a history of getting what they want from judicial administrations.  Singhal, for his part, has made no secret of his intention to transfer out of criminal, but has reportedly been choosy regarding a new assignment.   A civil division is most desirable, and would certainly help on his resume when another 4th DCA vacancy becomes available.

Again, this is still totally unconfirmed,  and given the nature of judicial politics, this public airing may kill the deal if not all of the parties were previously on notice.  It’s also unknown if any other movement is planned in the near future, coinciding with Jack Tuter’s becoming Chief Judge in July.

Messages have been left with Peter Weinstein and McCarthy.  Singhal’s JA is out. We’ll update if anyone calls back …

Technically I think Holmes lasted longer in the big leagues than McCarthy. Neither one very long, but still.

Holmes big mouth did her in a long time back. She’s dead end material.
Of course the silly African Judicial Robe escapade didn’t help either.

Whiney has better things to do than administer a bunch of divas. He’s got donuts to root around for Baby Whiney to look out for before Tooty takes over, although Tooty’s been calling the shots for a while for Whiney’s been CJ in name only.
Get ready for Rooty Tooty’s new style of administrative Tom Foolery as he takes the helm.
Let’s hope he’s more capable than Whiney.
Can’t tell you whether the Donut Brigade is gonna be as bad as with Whiney, but you can bet he’ll be looking for handouts too.

Speaking of the Civil lawyers, will they be subjected to Singhal’s periodic meltdowns too?

On the civil side we believe that the material is much too difficult for her to absorb. She raised a ton of money from the civil trial lawyers and has served up a different menu that was expected. Good riddance and enjoy hearing criminal

Did candidate Michael Lynch (1) in order to aid or promote his election DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY (2) give, or promise to give, pay, or loan any money or other thing of value (3) to the owner, editor, publisher, or agent, of (4) ANY communications media, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RED BROWARD to (5) ADVOCATE OR OPPOSE through such media any candidate in any election or any candidate for election.

Is Lynch really going to testify that this enormous amount of work by Tom Lauder over the course of his campaign promoting his candidacy and opposing Inkeles was done without consideration? Is it a coincidence that Lynch shared Thanksgiving dinner with Ahearn, Lauder and Donahue? Is it a coincidence that at his robing he declared Ahearn and Donahue his best friends? Is it a coincidence that Lauder, Donahue and Lauder came together to Lynch’s “victory” celebration? What did Lauder do for Lynch to deserve an invite to his thank you party? Why was he invited to his “primary” victory party at Micky Byrne’s Irish Pub where he was photographed with Shumate and Lauder? Is it a coincidence that Lynch as Treasurer of his campaign issued multiple checks to non-existent, false entities? Is the flow of money from Lynch to Ahearn/Donahue, South Florida Arbitration or related entities going to evidence Lauder/Red Broward received compensation or an other thing of value? Is it just a coincidence that, on behalf of Lynch, Lauder and crew would show up at BagelLand or his private fundraiser at Maguires Hill 16? Is it a coincidence that Lauder and crew would happen to appear and then publish negative internet videos and blogs about Inkeles? Is it a coincidence that Lauder and his sidekick Dennis Shumate mysteriously appeared at Bill Scherer’s personal residence for a private fundraiser? Use your common sense. Ahearn has already demonstrated how slimy he is with his attempted lifetime ANNUITY of $31,500 per year over a two year period thus far.

The hacking spree that upended the presidential election wasn’t limited to Democratic National Committee memos and Clinton-aide emails posted on websites. The hacker also privately sent Democratic voter-turnout analyses to a Republican political operative in Florida named Aaron Nevins.
Learning that hacker “Guccifer 2.0” had tapped into a Democratic committee that helps House candidates, Mr. Nevins wrote to the hacker to say: “Feel free to send any Florida based information.”
Ten days later, Mr. Nevins received 2.5 gigabytes of Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee documents, some of which he posted on a blog called that he ran using a pseudonym.
Soon after, the hacker sent a link to the blog article to Roger Stone, a longtime informal adviser to then-candidate Donald Trump, along with Mr. Nevins’ analysis of the hacked data.

Mr. Nevins confirmed his exchanges after The Wall Street Journal identified him first as the operator of the HelloFLA blog and then as the recipient of the stolen DCCC data. The Journal also reviewed copies of exchanges between the hacker and Mr. Nevins. That the obscure blog had received hacked Democratic documents was previously known, but not the extent of the trove or the blogger’s identity.
“I just threw an arrow in the dark,” Mr. Nevins said in an interview, adding he set up a Dropbox account so whoever was using the Guccifer 2.0 name could send large amounts of material. Later, going through what the hacker sent as someone who “actually knows what some of these documents mean,” the GOP consultant said he “realized it was a lot more than even Guccifer knew that he had.”
The episode shows how the hacker’s activities extended to exposing Democrats’ get-out-the vote strategies in swing states and informing a Trump ally of hacked data during the national campaign.

Tony Bennett left his heart in San Francisco….Is there a connection between a Tony Bennett, Jay Spechler and Russian agents?

Nina almost lost the election to Ian Richards in August. In November she squeaks by with just enough votes to avoid a recount. Such a big flip on voter opinion is not common. All the other females who won in November won by 60 to 40. Nina raised almost $350k. Look at all those vague campaign expenditures tp Alan Jean’s conpany for 10k a clip for “public relations” and “voter outreach”. Also, look into Nina’s grandfather Max Shaub, I hear he may be Russian. He is a multi millionaire. We all know David DiPietro was close to Trump and probably Manafort.

A bunch of rubels to the right Ruskies and who knows?.

The Justice Department needs to look into this.
