Text of SAO email:

“Good Afternoon All,

Earlier this afternoon, we were informed by FTU staff of unusual noises near the windows in certain areas on the 8th floor. Additionally, there were two marks found on a separate window in another area of the unit. We immediately contacted the County Building Manager to evaluate both areas. As it relates to the marks, the County has preliminarily noted them as potential cracks but we are awaiting further information. As it relates to the noises, the County is sending structural engineers to the 8th floor for further evaluation.

We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

Please let me know if you need any additional information.”

You mean to tell me this building is only five years old and its already falling apart ? Wait until hurricane season wraps its fingers around it !
I smell a major lawsuit coming down the pike on this debacle involving the Broward County Commission, Building Contractors and Inspection Authorities.

    Wait wait, let me guess!

We’ll need to evacuate the 8th floor.

But the 9th floor to the 17th floor are perfectly safe, and the first floor to the 7th floor are extra perfectly safe!!!

Nobody cares, please address your personal issues with this guy somewhere else.

The rest of us that don’t have some sort of personal interest in this guy are concerned about the courthouse collapsing at the moment!!!!

Dude you’re crying about him tattling on lawyers to judges.
If he’s genuinely grooming and pimping young boys I hope you’ve taken your information to the police and not just yapped about it on a blog.

South Florida has already suffered three Building/Structure collapses recently resulting in fatalities. The Governor needs to be made aware of what is going on with the Broward County Courthouse and the Inactions of the Broward County Commissioner’s to do anything about it. If the courthouse were to collapse these very same Broward county politicians would be the first ones pointing their fingers at the Governor and accusing him of not doing anything when everyone knows that they, the Broward County Commissioner’s are the ones responsible for this abortion of a courthouse right from it very inception. This courthouse has some structural beam issues and the Broward county commissioners are downplaying and not being truthful to the employees and general public that enters the courthouse. They are wrong with what they are doing, or actually not doing.

I heard that Judge Lee or his JA was close to former disgraced Deputy Eddie Sanchez. I remember when Eddie was deputy for judge Lee and he and Jose would fuck with everyone. We all know eddie was a courthouse predator. I can see why Judge Lee and his JA kept this guy in the courthouse despite his atrempt to harrass and pick up chicks cuffed in the box.

I remember Eddie in Judge OConnor.
Eddie was always trying to get on in the box. Always wondered why he was never fired. Now it makes sense that fellow groomers Judge Lee and his JA Jose would protect Eddie and keep him in a position to stalk women in custody .

Jose is a nice person, and the Latino community (underrepresented in the justice system) needs him badly!

I am sure they said Judge Bowman was nice before he groomed, adopted and allegedly sexual abused on a boy in his division. Jose is just enabler for his judical grooming masters.

Jose, Eddie Sanchez and many more need to be exposed as enablers for the groomers in the judiciary.

Our kids lives depend on it!

Circuit Criminal Division must look pretty good to all the main courthouse Judges right about now?

This is not a problem caused or exacerbated by dust and dirt … these are parallel striation fissures caused by side to side stress and detachment from supporting steel girder issues. How any engineer can not determine this is very strange just from the photos alone. Furthermore, cracking windows appearing on multiple floors seems to support this finding and could possibly lead to structural failure.
Anywhere else but Broward this would cause an immediate evacuation in an abundance of caution.

You are absolutely correct and on point. Broward County shut down the courthouse for over 18 months because of Covid. But now they keep it open even with obvious structural beam issues. Broward County Commissioner’s are criminals for doing this.

Omg…..I wasn’t too worried til I saw this….parallel striation fissures……Caution sounds like she’s an engineer..

Omg sounds like a line from the movie Airplane. Hospital what is it? A large building they bring sick people to.
Where’s Leslie Neilson when you need him?
Or is that Judge Tuter in disguise?

Since most of the judges only work a couple of hours a week, they probably think their chances of being involved in a catastrophic collapse is pretty slim.

DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH FOR THE SCUM SENTINEL TO REPORT ON SOMETHING AS IMPORTANT AS A BUILDING FAILURE. THEY’VE BEEN TOWING THE COMPANY LINE FOR YEARS. ITS ONE REASON NOBODY READS THEIR BS ANYMORE. ONE OF MANY REASONS.

Noises, cracks and broken windows on the 8th floor are being reported now. Does anyone think that this might be caused by the building shifting and moving. The structural beam issues are not confined to just the upper level floors that have been closed down. When are the Broward County Commissioner’s finally going to admit there’s are structural issues going on with the courthouse and Shut it down for everyone’s safety. What are they waiting for. The ENTIRE BUILDING NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED BY OUTSIDE SOURCES, NOT THE SAME PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUILDING THIS ABSOLUTE ATROCITY. WHEN WILL THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE WAKE UP AND REALIZE THAT THERE’S A SERIOUS STRUCTURAL ISSUE.

If the building’s foundation is strong with no cracks – then there is no danger of ever collapsing.

Going to the North Wing won’t help. If the New courthouse collapses it will take down the North Wing along with the business’s across the street and the jail. Any buildings within close proximity will be in jeopardy.

We should consider suing him in Civil Court so he’ll be killed when the Courthouse collapses during the trial

    ONE QUESTION ONLY

    ARE WE GOING TO DIE?

Who still believes that the Structural Beams issues are confined to the upper floors that were closed down. Still waiting for the Chief Judge to say once again that everything is okay, that it’s contained to the floors that are closed down. Folks better wake up.

I have many friends that work in that courthouse and I think about them having to work in a highrise building that has already had several of the upper floors evacuated and shut down because of cracks in Structural Beams and now the State attorneys offices on the 8 floor are reporting cracks and broken and cracked windows and noises coming from within. I worry about my friends that work in the courthouse, I worry about their safety and the safety of every single person that has to go into that courthouse. That’s why I’m so pissed off that the county Commissioners have shown such disregard and disrespect for everyone that works or had to go into that courthouse. So yes, I will keep on hammering away and voicing my concerns.

If it took 5 yrs to get to this point, then isn’t a collapse at a minimum, 5 more years away? Like, why all the waaah waah? There’s 5 yrs to prepare.

Why not platoon the staff? I mean only 1/2 in the building and half working from home? Only ever 1/2 inside at any time. At-home working was workable in the Covids. Then, The Courthouse will last for five or ten more years. Because there won’t be so much weight in it.

Thanks for that enlightened information. Glad you work in the courthouse and feel good about it. Or is it that you are just sucking up to your supervisor.

Why isn’t this latest information about the cracked windows being reported in the news? Why hasn’t the whole building been evacuated by now? This is not right.

It’s really disgusting how shushed they have all the employees. Everyone just sitting around pretending nothing is wrong so they don’t get in trouble.

Broward County Commissioner’s are more concerned about the outward appearance of the building more than they are about the actual structural soundness of the building. Pathetic.

    There’s that word again Inadverdant.
    What does that exactly mean?
I meant to do it but maybe I didn’t mean it after getting caught or being exposed.
Ask the White House spokesperson or ASA for the definition.

    1. 4

      0

Inadvertent is a word that lawyers use when they get caught doing something they aren’t supposed to do, so that they don’t get in trouble with the court. Apparently that word is like a magic word to the court that turns misdeeds into honest mistakes.

White supremacy cultural police training is the cause of this horrible death. Not really
Every street crime unit, Hollywood Fort Lauderdale had the same issues except a film captured killing. When good tough cops sleep with the dogs long enough they eventually catch fleas too.

Obviously the structural problems are a lot more serious than first supposed. The entire building needs to be inspected.

BSO bailiff Eddie Sanchez was screwing women and men from the courthouse. He was screwing one of the male judges for a long time. Eddie Sanchez went both ways. And he also enjoyed receiving it. He was a total perverted freak and BSO knew it and did nothing about it.

    1. 3

      0

Yeah Eddie’s last stop was Judge Lee. Sounds like Eddie, Lee and Jose the Ja may have shared similar tastes in mates? If only the male side?

Judge Lee and the other groomer judges covered for Eddie as much or more than BSO did.

Two thousand years old vs. Broward Courthouse at Five …
I always thought the New Courthouse looked like it was rather cheaply built, but the idea that its falling apart at Five years old should prompt some kind of investigation before it becomes a real catastrophe ! lol

Are any judges coming into work because the courtrooms are strangely empty even more than usual ? I think a lot of judges in Broward have problems getting out of bed in the morning ! lol
