Why they don’t make enough money? All double dipping! You should get rid of them all. I think your playing into their hands so sad. Don’t think you will get another term! Listening to the wrong people. I know a lot of people that voted for you won’t do it again!

So what else is new–this and other unconstitutional delays have been SOP in Satz’s SAO for decades with full complicity of the Admin judge who simply ignores and fails to answer complaints of delays because Shotty Ratt’s specialty–delay and complicity with the judiciary to not only violate due process of the accused’s rights, but violate procedural due process at the same time with false and misleading factual and legal arguments.

    Hello Team:

Please share with your Units (attorneys and support staff)…

Last week’s fundamental was… “Be a Team Player”— Be there for each other and be willing to step into another role or help a co-worker, even if it’s not your “job”, when that is what’s required for success. Help each other to succeed.

This week’s fundamental is… “Speak Straight” –Speak honestly in a way that helps to make progress. Be willing to ask questions, share ideas, or raise issues that may cause conflict when its necessary for team success. Be courageous enough to say what needs to be said. Address issues quickly and directly with those who are involved or affected.

“We cannot control the way people interpret our ideas or thoughts, but we can control the words and tones we choose to convey them. Peace is built on understanding, and wars are built on misunderstandings. Never underestimate the power of a single word, and never recklessly throw around words. One wrong word, or misinterpreted word, can change the meaning of an entire sentence and start a war. And one right word, or one kind word, can grant you the heavens and open doors.”― Suzy Kassem

Oftentimes it’s easier to stay quiet than it is to share thoughts or ideas that may rock the boat. After all, most people are wired to avoid potential conflict, and if things are functioning pretty well otherwise, it may seem like the better decision to not say anything at all rather than to have difficult conversations. But here at the State Attorney’s Office, so much of our success comes from people having the courage to speak up, challenge one another in thoughtful and constructive ways, and to spot and directly address issues before they arise, all of which allow us to function at the highest levels as a team and to honor the trust that Broward residents place in us. Progress was never made from a place of total comfort, and excellence is never achieved without a little friction.

    Have a productive week!

    Harold F. Pryor– State Attorney
Office of the State Attorney, 17th Judicial Circuit

Only 4 lawyers make the decision or only those four divisions will go below guidelines.

Giving Judges a solid year vacation is one way to not have an election opponent.
    Just saying.

Which of these Judges will be the first to crack up when things reopen and vacation’s over? All those old cases to wade through?

I wonder if I should be concerned that he doesn’t look anything like the eyewitness descriptions

So what. He’s a politician. He has to play the kiss the ring game. He’s still on the mission. So what if he has to play ball with her. If he isn’t in office he can’t do good things.

If we act quickly our friends to the North can refile all the Cannabis cases in their jurisdictions before Speedy runs
