Here is Bill Altfield’s order setting Brenda v. Blog down for hearing on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 9:00 AM in Room 10160 (10th Floor) of the Broward County Central Courthouse.

Altfield, like his predecessor judge, did not put a temporary injunction in place, despite Brenda’s “Supplemental Affidavit” filed on December 13th, which is linked in a prior post …

WILL BRENDA SHOW?  WAIT AND SEE!

Hit her for attorney’s fees when this thing is over. She’s an azzwhpe that needs to be taught a lesson as a so called public servant. LOL
That office is a disastrous mess.

It’s not an office. It is a kindergarten. They have no time to be efficient or knowledgeable. They are busy planning their next party!

The sooner this chick decides she’s not the end all be all, the better. She’s already been found to have filed one action that was in Bad Faith. Now the hammer strikes the anvil of stupidity and arrogance once again.
Broward County Courthouse is full of these parasites that need to be shown the road.

Brenda never should have been in there in the first place. Stupid voters in Broward leave the county open to all kinds of violations, investigations and embarrassments with election stupidity. Brenda isn’t giving up that pay check. Brenda screwed too many folks to get it so Brenda wont be stepping down. Some people know no shame. Let’s hope that someone has the gumption to get Brenda removed.

I want to know who the brilliant human being was that convinced him to hold up a book that says “quack” on it and then take a pic.

Brenda Forman is just another Broward Clown who worked that old idiot Howard for everything she could get and through him the voters of Broward and doesn’t have a clue how to run the clerk’s office but has hit pay dirt and wants to hold onto it for as long as she can. This town is full of them including most of its judges.

Life is a relentless cycle of caffeine alcohol and sleep and those other things that require a never ending supply of caffeine alcohol and sleep.

Send Brenda a 57.105 safe harbor letter. That way when she loses, she can get slapped with attorneys fees for the frivolous filing.

I wonder if the budget to fix and update the clerk’s website was as much as the budget Brenda dipped into to take that cheesy pic….the fact that the clerk’s website works once every month or two is probably a pretty good indicator of where money is going. I wonder what a public request for the accounting on Brenda’s time as Clerk would show……hair expenses, nail expenses, clothing expenses, lawyer expenses (Gray Robinson ain’t cheap), psychiatric care expenses, drug addiction expenses, grocery expenses…and whatever else she can squeeze from the public tit….as opposed to the old man tit that dried up before she got into office.

Who cares about the outcome here in court when the court of public opinion is already out. The verdict ? Gelin thinks he’s a performing a public service as a watchdog wearing a cape but in reality is a cheap suit who spends more time lurking and creeping in hallways snapping pictures and spreading gossip than serving his clients. If his clients knew he hosts a coffee klatch of a blog that often entertains racist and sexist comments t they would run for the exits or at least double check each billable hour they are being charged to make sure he wasn’t spending time on his hobby instead his work.

and aren’t you glad you can post that without fear of being prosecuted or killed. 🤔Freedom of speech-something Brenda Forman knows nothing about….wait, this isn’t even about freedom of speech. She’s a public officer. Our tax dollars are paying her salary. Rock on Gelin! Please keep outing the scum that makes its way into tax dollar paying positions from voter ignorance. I love you! You are fighting a fight that only the noble can fight. You are the Robin Hood of the Broward County Courthouse.

Brenda has got a lot to learn. Just because she beat out 3 twerps last time to play at madam clerk, doesn’t mean its gonna last very long.

The low hanging rotten fruit in broward political circles including its judges make it so easy to expose for what it is. There’s something really rotten about this place. It must be in ther water.

Having to go to the Clerk’s Office to get anything is about as pleasing as finding a turd in the punch bowl. Its full of gross incompetents who are on permanent break.

Went to the civil clerk’s office for something & saw an open window with a clerk doing paperwork. Went over & politely asked but she said “Are you an attorney?” whereupon she pointed me to the attorney’s window, where I had to wait in line. My New Years resolution about bad thoughts prevents me from revealing the thoughts I’m suppressing, but lazy incompetence has seeped through.

Trump is so dumb. He tweets a Game of Thrones reference without knowinv anything about the show or the books. Who is going to tell him what a failure that wall was?

You obviously haven’t read the books or watched the show either. It just kept wildlings out. Caused division for no reason. When the white walkers came back they laughed at that wall. And it was MAGICAL! 🤣🤣🤣. Are all Trump acolytes idiots?

Happy National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, Scotty. Even if it is your last.
There is life after Sheriff. You can move to Nassau now.

      Dear Governor DeSantis,

Don’t pick Fry. Restore honor and integrity to the Sheriff’s office. Pick RICHARD BRIAN KAPLAN for Sheriff.

I’m ready to serve. I can do an amazing job too.

Or you can pick me for Supreme Court. I was a judge once, for almost 8 hours. We had a cake. I lost the election but there was a recount, just like your race, only I lost, because, even with my name, I’m a loser. But I’d be a great Supreme Court Justice or Sheriff. Appoint me and ensure liberty and justice for all.

      Sincerely, your pal,
      Richard Brian “hungry dog” Kaplan

I think its time you need to rub Forman’s face in it, Bill. These out of control public servants need to remember they are working for us. They are not celebrities. Broward is full of these puffed up idiot politicians.

Logic seems to escape these demo political pimps, but if they dont get it, they will come 2020 when Trump settles the score for another term. Broward County is full of the scum that will be drained from the political swamp.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2019/01/08/magazine/cities-fine-poor-jail.html

No government agency comprehensively tracks the extent of criminal-justice debt owed by poor defendants, but experts estimate that those fines and fees total tens of billions of dollars…

“You think about what we want to define us as Americans: equal opportunity, equal protection under the law,” Mitali Nagrecha, the director of Harvard’s National Criminal Justice Debt Initiative, told me. “But what we’re seeing in these situations is that not only are the poor in the United States treated differently than people with means, but that the courts are actually aggravating and perpetuating poverty.”
