SAY IT AIN’T SO, JOE …

The latest Broward bailiff caught up in allegations of illegal activity is Joe Safonte, who also happens to be an FOP chapter president.

Bob Norman has the goods here, after an anonymous tip from a JAABLOG reader got the ball rolling.

Please keep the tips coming, to help hold judges, prosecutors, and other law enforcement types to the same impossibly high standards demanded of Broward’s minority offenders …

As for tips, I posted three months ago that sale Ross continues to rubber stamp foreclosure a and his financial statement is mostly banking investments. Is he ruling by his financial statement or is he ruling on the fact that possibly the judges pension is all REITS just like the teachers union

All of these foreclosure a are about table funded loans. They are far from being legitimate trusts

Do Granda or his family even speak English??? Anyone know?

It’s so laughable, that attorney writing that and pretending to be Granda’s mom. Couldn’t even spell his name right.

Isn’t there a rule that attorneys aren’t allowed to solicit the public unless in advertisements approved by the Florida Bar? That attorney must have no shame and obviously wants $25k to do that case. Someone should notify the Florida Bar about that woman.

If anything gets proven stolen from lost and found like a expensive newer phone then that’s a felony. If it was then sold then that’s a felony selling stolen goods. Public trust be damned. The public is like a fire hydrant for dogs at the courthouse.

Kinda funny: Trump knows probably 1 crim def attorney in So.Fla (Bradford Cohen – he was on his show then kicked off after 1st episode).

Now does he hire Brad? Of course not – he knows better.

    It’s all about image

Anybody running for the highest office in the country that has fired Cohen off his TV show at first season cut gets my vote !

The smell of open sewer pervades the BROWARD COURTHOUSE where the perps wear robes or uniforms and where cronies profit from activities that would land most people in jail for lengthy stays. But the beat never changes because the rewards sought are always at the expense of the citizens of BROWARD and white collar crime is not only tolerated but encouraged by a lack of prosecution.

If I were CJ I would be mortified and resign after all the law breaking Judges and Bailiffs. There’s not a lot of respect being engendered. The time for Tallahassee to force a change is long overdue.

There is a point here. What is Judge Weinstein doing to address this crisis? He should call Sheriff Israel in and demand changes and professionalization of the court staff. Insist on more training and background checks. Bailiffs are representatives of the judiciary. Unless drastic changes are made the new courthouse building will merely be lipstick on the same old pig.

As long as BROWARD COUNTY COURT SYSTEM continues to serve as the dump site for retired NY cops, bailiffs and judges, it’s Tamany Hall all over again. It’s just a second chance to milk the cow again in the sunshine.
Ever notice how many come down to Florida where it’s open season on the taxpayers who fund the anything goes atmosphere of the deep pocket mentality of these jokers ? Check out our courtrooms where the party is in full swing !
I’m not saying everyone is on the take, but it makes you wonder how these jokers can sell baseball caps out of a courtroom !
It’s a big fat piece of cheese for these jokers that’s irresistible while it’s being paid for by public funds. It’s everything that is wrong with these government suckers.
These hiring practices need to be reviewed and the associated problems that make this kind of outrage eliminated.
There is simply no oversight in place to deal with this problem and those whose job it is to keep an eye on what is going on in the courtrooms are too busy networking their flea market goods to concern themselves.
It should all be bid out and privatized to keep the political hacks out of the picture and reduce the number of their buddies they pave the way for. The waste and corruption is incredible. Broward County Court System is just a gross example of a very bad problem with no end in sight unless these problems are dealt with legislatively.

Yeah, even lawyers…. Rydell pushes this lame marketing pitch on his site about how “Joshua Rydell brings his New Jersey style down to Florida to get things done…” (that is so stupid Joshua)

wtf does that even mean – Rydell goes around talking like this “hey Pauly…”?!

Now its verbotin to borrow a condom out of lost and found before snuggling in the jury room during lunch break? What if a lawyer is running late to a jail visit at Main and forgot protection? How often does a rightful owner return for a lost Trojan anyway? What is the world coming to?

Nothing more telling about the state of disunion in Broward’s Courts than an old fart cop pinching pens and cellphones from the lost and found bag of magnetometer leftovers. That is, unless it’s the way the judges of this circuit hover over a lunch buffet as long as it’s free. Pathetic.

And why are these thieving unstable criminals in uniform STILL allowed to by pass security. Why doesn’t the Chief Judge step in and MAKE these criminals go thru security like the rest of us. These bailiffs are dangerous and no one has the nerve or smarts to make them go thru security. Totally unacceptable.

Look at this guy Joe, another new Yorker do nothing. Collecting a taxpayer check and stealing everything in sight. What a loser, just like the rest of them and they don’t have to security like the rest of us honest employees. MAKE THEM ALL GO Thru Security. Bunch of criminals in uniform. What a joke.

All of these bailiffs must be forced to go through security just like the rest of us. They are the thieves, rapists and attempted murderers, not us. What is the Chief judge waiting for, one of these criminals to bring in a gun and start shooting people at work. Wake up.

I’ve known Joe for 35 years when we were beat cops at the NYPD and you can’t ask for a more honest guy or a true friend who always has your back. Joe was a cop’s cop at the NYPD and a highly decorated hero while serving the good people of new York and the NYPD. Stand strong Joe, we’re behind you 150%.

Bye bye Joe and take all of your criminal bailiff friends with you. None of you will be missed at all. But before all of you leave please leave everything that you have stolen behind. Bye bye loser’s.

Regarding this bailiff thief the state attorney’s office and the Sheriff’s office need to do their job and charge this thief and the other bso employee that was caught stealing. They are both a disgrace and at minimum both need to be fired. How can they be trusted. And the Chief judge needs to put the dozen donuts down and do his job. Make all of these criminals in uniform go through security like the rest of us are forced to do every time we come to work. Enough is enough. These loser’s are not even real cops they are civilians and major loser wannabes like the two loud mouth unprofessional bailiffs in judge Usan courtroom. Both are a joke and an embarrassment to everyone. Loser’s that think that they are cops.

Those two idiot unprofessional baillifs in judge Usans need to be trained on how to be professional bso employees. The female baillif has a very big mouth and acts like she’s at a party yelling and laughing out loud all the time and the other thinks he’s a regular Don Juan Casanova which he surely is not. Both are big time wannabes. Act professional.

I know for a fact that my friend Joe has been totally cleared of all charges and will be back to work serving the public in his position of chief senior bailiff. A position that Joe loves and has had since retirement from the NYPD. Nobody can keep a good man down and remember… Joe is a GOOD MAN, NONE BETTER !!!

I know for a fact that our friend, NYPD brother and stand up professional to the core Joe has been completely cleared of all bogus charges and will be back to work very very soon in his position of chief senior baillif ensuring the Safety of judges, his fellow court baillifs that look up to him for guidance and advice and the citizens of broward county who enter the courthouse daily. Welcome back our good friend and brother in arms. We had you’re back the whole time. Can’t keep a good honest man down !!!!

Selling cheap knockoffs at the swap shop on weekdays beats stalking magnetometers in the courthouse ! You come across better stuff. You might also catch The Ilona Show if your lucky. It’s better than the one she does from the bench.
