                Fat ass,

You need to read this very closely. You attack people in your life that have become your recent enemies. But you have enemies that never forget about you.

Let’s go over the history of your life. You grew up in a fatherless home. Your father bailed on you and that’s always affected you. In response to that emotional damage, you ran to food. You grew up in a very small and poor in home in West Pompano.

But you got lucky. You had a good doctor at Holy Cross that took care of you. He was a good Catholic. He sent you to a good Catholic high school. He paid for it. That’s a blessing. But what did you do in response?

You went to Saint Thomas law school. Again you were helped out by your friends. Your mother was of little means and could never help you. You always turned to food which was your ultimate demon.

You got your first legal job which was because your friends helped you. They felt sorry for the obese fatherless boy. Eventually you met Jack. You were by this time very morbidly obese.

Jack introduced you to many judges. Dale, Jay, Tom, and others. You thought Jack was the next JFK. You loved Jack and his strong Irish Catholic family. You wanted to be just like him. You wanted to run for office and be a strong Irish Catholic Democrat.

But, when you realized you wanted to be something in life, the fact that you were morbidly obese became an issue. So what did you do?

About 10 years ago you realized your legal career would never help you. Jack called all of his friends in the courthouse to help you. Dale, Tom, Jay, and others all came to the rescue to help Jack’s fat sorry friend. They gave you work and helped you make a living. But you still became even more bitter.

You relied on your friends. You got gastric bypass. You had your eyebrows trimmed on regular basis. You got skin treatments for your face. You had all the excess skin cut off your entire body. After that surgery, your friends brought you pillows so that you could sleep without pain. And they did this because why?

You had a woman that you were in love with. Everyone thought she would be some hot bride but turned out to be a fat nasty bitch. But, still, you thought you could run for office. You were Jack’s prodigy.

Then one day you realize you’re a big fat nothing. You became angry and bitter. You realized you’re fat wife is a disgusting pig. And what did you do?

You turned on the friends that helped you. You called your friend’s daughters very mean and horriable names online.

But you forgot something. When you realized your legal career was a big nothing, you tried to make money in politics. You asked former Sheriff Ken Jenne for assistance. Remember the lunch where you asked Ken how to make money in politics? Do you remember who was with you? These were the people that were trying to help you and teach you how to make money even though you were a failed attorney.

Now, all the people that you turned on have united against you. They’ve put an entire dossier together of all your criminal activity. You will be disbarred soon. You will be arrested soon. And your entire life will go down the fucking drain. And, to conclude, you deserve it you fat fuck.

                Love,

Your pals for the last 20 years.

Gonzalez worked for Rothstein and clan after he lost an election to retain his seat as I recall. Bad pick. He’s a waisted nominee because he won’t be selected nor should he. We don’t need another second shot political snorter.
The best thing is we’ve seen the last of A. Backman whose been missing in action for quite awhile now. Maybe something will get done now that she’s being replaced among a bunch of Broward Judge Jokers who don’t like to come to work very often.

BROWARD JUDGES HAVE NEVER WORKED VERY HARD
NOW ITS LIKE A COMPETITION WHO CAN WORK THE LEAST
    YOU THINK ITS BAD DOWNTOWN?
SATELLITE COURTS ARE THE BIGGEST JOKE OF ALL
TRY FINDING A JUDGE THERE EVEN WHEN YOUVE HAD SOMETHING SCHEDULED

TURNING UNTOUCHABILITY INTO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR BROWARD JUDGES IS QUITE OBVIOUSLY AN IMPORTANT PRIORITY FOR WHAT EXISTS AS A MAJOR PROBLEM IN BROWARD COURTS

  6. 0

    0

There’s never been any accountability for judges here
That’s why you have the corruption we’ve seen repeatedly and the 17th has more judges removed by the JQC than any other circuit in the State of Florida by far.

So was judge Contini’s court bailiff hiding out and doing nothing and getting paid like his no show judge. Both of them COMMITTED GRAND THEFT. Great job BSO, paying a baillif to hide out and do nothing all day.

Now we’re finding out that his bailiff was actually with the judge playing golf, the bailiff was his caddy. And getting paid by BSO while doing so. Fore !

Nothing short of a complete State investigation of Court Admin and Judicial Schedules will reveal the extent of taxpayer’s money being waisted by Broward judges thru the posting of misleading court dockets to restore public confidence in our Court System.

Its better to be friends with the chief judge of the JQC.

In December, Coates said he would dismiss a motion with prejudice to remove Savitt as guardian for Frances Berkowitz.
The senior’s former attorneys wanted to know what happened to the estimated $400,000 that was in the senior’s savings account at the time Savitt became her guardian.
Savitt has said no such amount was in the account.

The former attorneys said they wanted Coates to allow the case to go forward so they could get bank statements and other evidence in discovery.
Donna Solomon Greenspan, one of Berkowitz’ former attorneys, asked Coates point-blank why there appeared to be many roadblocks.
“We wanted to protect our client and we put our client in the hands of the court, saying please give her a guardian who would protect her,” she said. “But this client — who we had been working with for years — was put in the hands of Betsy Savitt.”
Solomon told The Post that the chief judge did the right thing by denying the request to transfer the six cases back to south county.

Berkowitz died on Dec. 31. Her probate case initially was assigned early this month to south county, but the Palm Beach County Clerk and Comptroller’s Office transferred it to Palm Beach Gardens last week.

Berkowitz died on Dec. 31. Her probate case initially was assigned early this month to south county, but the Palm Beach County Clerk and Comptroller’s Office transferred it to Palm Beach Gardens last week.

Attorneys representing two men who have fought Savitt in guardianships said they, too, are concerned that the professional guardian attempted to go outside a courtroom to get the cases moved back to Delray Beach in front of Coates.
This is called ex parte communication, they say.

West Palm Beach attorney Valentin Rodriguez is not involved in any cases involving Savitt, but as a criminal and civil litigator, he says there are only a few situations where ex parte communications are appropriate.
He said if the issue is general rather than case-specific, it is often more acceptable — especially if the other attorneys in the case were notified.

“Generally speaking, the one rule of thumb is that lawyers from either side never discuss ongoing litigation with the judge assigned to the case without it being done in the presence of the other lawyer,” Rodriguez said. “Justice is blind, and sees only the truth, but when one side gets the ear of the judge in the case, then that notion of justice withers away.”

Nevins is just now catching on to the slacker judges who have been riding on the backs of taxpayers for years ? Where has he been ?
It’s never been a well kept secret, especially from the other judges who have chosen to look the other way in disgust but say little about it for fear their lax court schedules might also come under scrutiny as well.
And as far as Chief Judge Tuter doing anything about it: he’s more concerned about keeping the other judges’ votes to remain illustrious Chief Judge of a wayward judicial circuit than he is administrating a gaggle of goldbricking gobblers.
It’s a free for all in a circuit suffering from no effective leadership and an all too convenient since of amnesia.
Just take a walk around the courthouse many days a week and wonder how any Justice is being administered. You’ll come to a striking conclusion.

They left out the fact that Diaz was suspended from the bench, , fined fifteen thousand dollars and required to make a formal apology to Former Judge Seidman and the Hispanic Bar Association by the Judicial Qualifications Committee.
Just goes to show that endorsements made by the Scum Sentinel aren’t worth the paper they’re written on.
I personally wouldn’t line my cat box with that scab of a paper.

The Sun Sentinel is having major problems. Editors and reporters are being layed off and it’s subscribers are way down. It’s a dump of a newspaper and I’m surprised it’s still in minimal circulation at all. They’ve been playing politics for years and have never adequately covered the excesses and corruption going on within the legal community other than to give lip service to crooked chief judges and playing favorites in an attempt to manipulate voters.
I share your dislike of a paper that doesn’t serve the public but is itself a mediocre rag catering to corrupt judges and political scam artists.

and they didn’t endorse me. They told everyone I got fired from the AGO for lack of truthfulness, professional negligence and insubordination. Then they dig around my personal life exposing the domestic violence restraining orders. Very unfair. Irrelevant to being a Judge. At least they didn’t print the part about the permanent no contact order. I enjoyed the opportunity to meet with the fine people at the Davie Police Dep’t everytime I got visitation. Family lawyers don’t get a lot of coverage on this blog, and rightly so because it is primarily for criminal law attorneys. Pamela Gordon is an excellent family law attorney and would have a good judicial temperament. I have had cases with her and have mediated for her. Pamela was easy to work with as an OC and extremely well prepared for mediation. She is a good choice for circuit judge.

The pickens have always been great in Broward. Much better than Baltimore. It’s got a large population, easier to get lost in, a clueless electorate who will vote anyway they are told too for a tube of Polident, and it’s filled with judges and politicians who are all doing the same thing.

Broward judges falsifying their dockets so they can play hooky playing golf? Why isn’t this surprising? Half the courtrooms are empty Thursdays and Fridays. The rest of the week scores of people wait on judges to take the bench every morning.
I hope this is stopped. It’s such an incredible waste of everyone’s time. There’s no excuse for it.

Excellent info. Broward judges have continued repeatedly to thwart the authority of the JQC when charged and continue to operate without any supervision by either our ineffective Chief Judge or an inept Court Administration.
Broward judges repeatedly find it easier to resign than face a full investigation thus sidestepping any consequences for their actions.
Dispite every other circuit in the state instituting Judicial Rotation, Broward continues to lag behind allowing judges to run what amounts to their own personal fiefdoms adding to the arrogant and disrespectful attitudes of many.
Add to that a Chief Judge who does nothing to discourage any of these judicial abuses, and the conditions continue to worsen.
When is the Judicial Qualifications Committee and the Florida Supreme Court going to do what is necessary to end the problems facing Broward Courts with its out of control judges and restore Public Confidence to a Court System that is clearly in dire condition?

It must be an oversight why Jaablaw is not listed on the official 17th Circuit website. This is why Administration has no credibility. For instance listing those empty Satellite storage buildings as courthouses but not listing Jaablaw that has the news.

If Judge Diaz had threatened Judge Seidman in today’s climate he would have been removed. Judge Seidman was a dedicated jurist and previously had been a well respected law enforcement prosecutor. He did not deserve to be the target of Judge Diaz’s threatening actions. It is time to support Mr. Heise and do as the Sun Sentinel says: put Judge Diaz in retirement where he belongs.

Two for one team Seidmans rolled the dice playing the broward judge name game and crapped out. I don’t think schmucko ever worked a full day in his tenure as county court clown. Like Diaz, it’s a free ride on the public dime with perks.
They would have made a good carnival sideshow together in practice but would have starved. Two losers had much more in common than their intense dislike for each other.

As far as what you said about pictures of children. That’s something that we know about.

Florida’s wiretap law is pretty much dead when it comes to vid or pic’s in public.

A minor captured on vid or photo, has no more rights now than an adult.

Of course that does depend on the circumstances.

If we say took a photo of someone’s kid on the beach, and put it on Facebook to show how fun Ft. Laude. beach is, need no release.

Now, take that same photo and put it an advertisement to sell something, We could get sued.

Same photo, maybe could be suggestive. Put on a kiddie porn site and now it’s criminal.

It’s difficult to get any substance from your statement, without knowing which post are you referring to, and why it would be considered untrue and/or offensive.

The buzz words, while candy to some ears, simply don’t hold any values in context to the point that you may be trying to make.

What posts are you referring to, and what is the logically feasible reasoning to objectify in such a canvasing manor?

Exactly. 1st Amendment. But when international Org’s such as The ADL or The SP type speech pops up it seems political. Particularly since most Anti-Semitic accusations are made by those who claim to be Semites, but are not.

Of course, the equivocation of Anti-Semitic to Race in the second post would indicate that you’re excluding Zionists, while it is a political belief system, and not an anthropological issue, but a nefarious group with agenda’s in conflict with out national security.

Hence, whenever making a statement concerning the issues, I thinks its important to stay on the same in words, to overcome the differentials in epistemology, that’s more often stemming from the synthetic crowd controls, from “any” culture .
Its my opinion, but is based in facts as I presently know them.

Fire the Chief Apologist. See no evil, hear no evil until another one gets caught. Then say what the bad guy did wrong wasn’t really so bad and that there’s certainly nobody else doing anything wrong, until the next inevitable bust rolls around and Chief hopes nobody remembers what was said a few months before. Broward will never change until the JQC or Supreme Court fires the boss with the .265 winning percentage like what would have happened in the real world ages ago. He learned all his moves working under Tobin and Weinstein and managed to make the place look even worse than it did under Ross. Counting votes for Chief Judge is what it’s all about in Broward. It stinks real bad.

    Can someone please answer this.

In the XXX case, as far as we know, the grand jury indictment is not sealed in that case like MSM is reporting.

It’s the arrest warrant and probable cause affidavit that are sealed.
    Correct?

  34. 1

The project has been in the works for few years, and the amount of “sealed” shows the sheer size and scope of this clean-up endeavor. Its being handled with military tribunal templates. The MSM strays into very limited and politically controlled overt MSM mockingbird activity only to show intended diversions, and show the few fact, they can no longer conceal.

Has anyone else watched law and crime on YouTube. Please watch if you want a good laugh. Elder trial. You will see broward finest lose a homicide. The performance by that prosecutor is embarrassing and laughable. Why Satz has these prosecutors with not enough experience trying homicide cases is a mystery. This lawyer isn’t even ready for felony trial unit. Let alone homicide. Watch for yourself and watch Satz homicide unit crash and burn. I would be surprised if this video wasn’t used in a campaign against him.

NHI Satz. The only cases he puts himself on are officer related. All the office resources are squandered on his cases too. Not that his victims don’t deserve it but all the other cases suffer because Satz’s cases take the lion’s share. Satz has baby prosecutors on the majority of cases because not all victims are created equal. If he cared about every murder victim he and Marcus and wife would be personally handling those cases too. If the morale is so bad because everyone sees him for the self serving little man he is that he can’t staff the most important cases properly then he should at least step up and personally lend a hand. He caused the exodus after all. This he won’t do of course because NHI Satz doesn’t get involved when it’s regular people and their grieving families, even when it means violent people going free back into an unsuspecting public. Candidates are aware and they shouldn’t be afraid to campaign hard against NHI Satz and his little cooked book of statistics. Play the game with courage and LEO’s will ally against him too.

It’s was a vulnerable time in my life too, but Broward judges should be able to do whatever they want whenever they want.
I got away with my pension intact though so I’m still riding high ! Lol

This prosecutor was a joke. I don’t think Satz should personally handle trials. No SA does that. But he should have attorneys with some experience. This lawyer was clearly not prepared or ready to handle homicides. It was horrible. Like watching a train wreck. He has to have better lawyers he can put there. She should not be handling those cases. Maybe once he sees her trial skills he will see how important it is to train people .

The you tube people are more savage than this blog. And that is saying a lot. The comments on her and trial skills were savage. But she is an amazing trial lawyer. Just ask her. She will tell you all about how amazing she is.

Live by the sword, die by the sword. That’s what happens when the press is called in. Who called them anyway?

What!? Isn’t there something unethical about that? On a sex case!? Satz then promotes her? She is terrible. I watched that trial. No one that saw that can say that girl belongs anywhere near a serious case. He should send her back to county court to learn. This was a travesty. It was embarrassing to watch.

When was the last time you tried a case?

you mean an actual trial, with jurors and evidence and… let me think… um, never.

How many jury trials have you done?
ok, zero. but, but I am civil litigation director! I have supervised many hearings where I ramble on with jibberish. I was also assistant to the city manager in pigs knuckle, new jersey. I emptied trash cans and made coffee.

Rules of evidence? there are rules? can I have another question?

Like other Broward judges when they’re not campaigning on the public dime, if she spent more time on the bench as opposed to the buffet table, she’d wouldnt be known as Thundersen the Destroyer.

                Broward judges making up fake dockets to cover their tracks for extracurricular activities; campaigning during the day when they should be working; using disreputable political operatives to do the little dirty work to either get them elected or keep them on the public dole; resigning before the end of their terms; no judicial leadership at the helm; making lame excuses for outrageous behavior on the bench;
                What’s next you ask?
Who is keeping an eye on these Broward hucksters in black ?
