NPA. Individual Merit. Not special olympics. We got a problem. Vote the real men in. We don’t have time for these Tallahassee people calling shots. They are trying to get so many dummies here just so they get tossed. Why? Legislature owned by private prisons. They want appointed judges. We had em before. They are coming again if we keep appointees.

Its always been this way. Its why the position of State Attorney is crucially important. Without a strong leader at the helm of the State the system is always a mess because its hit or miss where a case is assigned.

Miami has Rundle. Palm has Aronberg. Rydell will be the man to take Broward forward.

Josh “hey Paulie” Rydell?! The guy who had on his website that he “brings his northeast attitude to the practice of law” ?

Nah, that guy is gonna get lost down ballot “R” name, and with such a crowded race

This one goes to Jim Lewis all the way.

Which is great – we don’t need Rydell in that job.

Ted Kasinsky was a brilliant educated “smart guy,” too. So much for that logical fallacy.

Its pathetic that a person with 10 years as an attorney can be appointed to the Fl Supreme Court. Just PATHETIC!

Shocked that the new Fl Supreme Court Judge graduated from Coastal Law School. A school just as bad as Thomas Cooley Law School.

At the end of the day they meet the criteria…Robots who belong to the Federalist Society.

Maybe the China virus ate his brain cells. Remember, this is the same governor that appointed that sex swinger, LSD dropper to be our sheriff. Wonder how much vetting they did on miss justice?

Quite an insult to sitting Judges everywhere. The smart and ambitious ones anyway. Maybe the trick is sitting in the 15th. That’s where most of the immaculate ascensions seem to have their genesis.

Only the best attorneys went to the law school rated WORST in the nation more than 10 years running.

All the appointments were designed to fail. Tallahassee is kicking those idiots as fast as they put em in: fakes like DePimpo or Francewah they are all going down! Hopefully.

Remember to work hard kiddoes. That’s if making a lot of money is the goal. If not just goof off at networking events and stroke the right golden boys until a nice government job with a title opens up. Careful with the drives home after networking harder than usual though. One Dui that can’t be fixed up can mean a lifetime of drudgery like those poor slobs doing 30 at a local SA or AG office.

Most people on dialysis need to take laxatives. These help to soften your stool and move it along the bowel.
Your dialysis nurse will make sure you are prescribed laxatives and will adjust the dose or change them if they are not effective. You may need to take 2 or 3 different laxatives. They are more effective if taken regularly, rather than when you think you need them.

To get a kidney from an organ donor, you must be placed on a waiting list of the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS). Extensive testing must be done before you can be placed on the transplant list.

A transplant team carries out the evaluation process for a kidney. The team includes a transplant surgeon, a transplant nephrologist (healthcare provider specializing in the treatment of the kidneys), one or more transplant nurses, a social worker, and a psychiatrist or psychologist. Other team members may include a dietitian, a chaplain, and/or an anesthesiologist.

      The evaluation includes:

Mental health evaluation. Psychological and social issues involved in organ transplantation, such as stress, financial issues, and support by family and/or significant others are assessed. These issues can greatly affect the outcome of a transplant. The same kind of evaluation is done for a living donor.

So my vote will now go to Backman. The Clerks Office should NOT forget how this person has shown her ass over the last few years. Let’s not forget about how she showed her ass in Juvenile firing an employee for NOT speaking to her, or threatening people during interviews, or how she hired all of these chief directors (THAT ARE NOT NEEDED) taking away money that could give the employees a higher raise, how she has lied so many times, how she came to the table offering a 1% raise and how unprofessional she is just in general!!!!!

Need to find another job. Can’t stand to work there if that unprofessional nitwit is in charge. It’s just not worth it life is too short to deal with the toxic environment. She has no skills. No education. No sense. No character. No integrity. Plus she feels entitled. The place is a mess with the unqualified idiots she hires to put in charge and who are clueless. the backwards IT department is a case study in how to be a control freak while being incompetent. You can’t make this crap up!

You obviously don’t work there. Most of the people who were hard workers with skills have left. She has replaced them with people who either are not qualified for the position or are butt kissers with very little skills and difficult to work with. It’s a mess.

And don’t forget this imbecile with her backwards IT department and assorted hand picked flunkies will be in complete charge of Broward county’s money in 2025!!! How many billions is that? Oh boy!! Vote her out!!!!. May not like backman but Anyone else running is better than who is in there now!

It’s so awful working at the clerks office. You get so used to walking on eggshells and the paranoia from the queen on down. People hired who have no business being in the positions. Then go home and ask yourself is this normal? Does everyone go through this? No. They don’t. She has to be voted out. The voters deserve better too. She will be in charge of the county’s money by 2025. She can’t manage a hot dog stand! The only reason she is there is because of Howard’s name and political skills. Before that what did she do? Does anyone know? Polishing up the resume in case she gets elected again

The newest stats I saw for the end of April on the news predicts possibly as many as 40 percent of major law firms are laying off associates in record numbers and cutting drastically office overhead.
You’ll have every scab in town running for judge now.

Don’t suppose it could get any worse than the jokers we’ve got sitting on the bench now.

For a comprehensive overview of chronic kidney disease (CKD), from basic terminology to risk factors and matching a treatment option to your lifestyle, DaVita has all the in-depth information CKD patients and their care partners need.

    What is kidney disease?

Understanding your kidney disease, or renal disease, is the first step in taking control of your health. When you have kidney disease, your kidneys are no longer able to remove waste effectively from your body or to balance your fluids. The build up of wastes can change the chemistry of your body causing some symptoms that you can feel, and others that you don’t.

With kidney diseases, the first symptoms you may have are ones that you won’t feel but that will show up in tests that your doctor orders. Common problems are high blood pressure, anemia and weakening bones. It is important to find a kidney doctor (also called a nephrologist). Partner closely with your doctor and your healthcare team as early as possible.

Okay… but what do healthy kidneys do?

Your kidneys — two bean-shaped organs located in your lower back — are your body’s filtration system, cleaning wastes and extra fluids from your body and producing and balancing chemicals that are necessary for your body to function. Healthy kidneys also:

    Clean and filter your blood
    Produce urine
    Produce hormones
    Control blood pressure
    Keep bones strong
Following a kidney-friendly diet, managing health conditions such as diabetes and hypertension and not smoking may help your kidneys function better and longer, even when you have kidney disease.

Men with chronic renal failure (CRF) on hemodialysis have been frequently associated with erectile dysfunction (ED), with an of between 90% to 97.7%. As a result of the multi-system disease processes present in many uremic men, it is apparent that the pathogenesis of ED is most probably multifactorial. Factors to be considered include peripheral vascular disease, neurogenic abnormalities, hormonal disturbances and medications used for treatment of conditions associated with CRF. These physiological abnormalities may be supplemented by significant psychological stresses and abnormalities resulting from chronic illness. Treatment must start with the determination and treatment of the underlying causes

a knee to the neck is against protocol and training. given past behavior of this cop, this is first degree murder and nothing less…no reason in the world for the knee to the neck, a chock hold, or any restrains that is know to cause death. if you as a cop need to resort to these tactics you should not be a cop period. you’re a disgrace to the uniform and a disgrace to the human race

Broward County State Attorneys Office, Fort Lauderdale Police, Sunrise, BSO , they ALL have blood on their hands. They all have a history of George Floyd Cases. In Florida, Broward County holds the record for convicting people that were later found innocent. Frank Lee Smith, Anthony Caravella, and so many more spent their lives in prison because State Attorney Satz, local law enforcement and judges turned a blind eye. They simply did not care. Fort Lauderdale police dept. has over a 50 year history of racism and arresting blacks and the poor for just existing. BSO- another cesspool of widespread corruption and racism. BSO chief went to prison for mail fraud and tax evasion. Also see the recent case of George Frazier. Sunrise police? Sunrise made millions by selling cocaine (police were drug drug dealers) for years to out of town buyers they lured from all over the United States and Canada, often using a female informant that received tax free cash as an incentive. For years. See the article that made national news: https://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/interactive/sfl-cops-cash-cocaine-htmlstory.html
Why? Why would police bring criminals to town?
Money. Google and read the article. Cops. Cash. Cocaine Sunrise police department.
So please- when it’s time to vote- VOTE the old guard out. A Sunrise commissioner Kerch recently posted on social media about how the city commission and Sunrise “police department welcome a transparent discussion and understand the concerns of many.” They don’t. The claim on social media is that the actions of “those officers in distant communities do not reflect the attitudes of our police officers” in Sunrise. Those are empty words. But please if you live in Broward County show up to the Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise, Hollywood, commission meetings. Hollywood police? They had several officers serve federal time time for corruption. In 2017 the Hollywood police lost evidence from the evidence room. $137,000 in cash and over 1,000 pills! Google it. The findings on the Hollywood police department were scathing. So you think this George Floyd murder happens in other police departments? Wrong. Broward has thousands of George Floyd cases. You want answers? Want CHANGE? Do you care? Do a little research. Don’t sit this out. Show up to the commission meetings and question the commissioners on police department failures. VOTE OUT commissioners that turn a blind eye to racist, corrupt police departments. Vote out racist police chiefs. Make your voice heard at the polls. Finally, our head prosecutor (Broward State attorney Satz has been in power for over 40 years!!!!!) that made the Jim Crow era rules of policing possible is retiring. Satz has had more people wrongfully convicted in Florida than any other State Attorney. Has Satz ever apologized for his legacy of racism? Or apologized to the men that spent wrongfully spent their lives in jail? Does Satz give a crap? Doubt it. What we know is Satz has endorsed Sarahnell Murphy for Broward State Attorney. If you have a conscience then read about the State Attorney candidates and show up and VOTE. VOTE for anyone but Sarahnell Murphy. Don’t sit this out PEOPLE. There are plenty of great, heroic, incredible police officers. If you know them then you owe it to them to vote people in power that want honest, fair, good police departments. Not ones steeped in racism and with blood on their hands.

This cop was as wrong as he could be and people have the right to a “lawful protest. ” But when your burning down buildings, hurting people and looting stores in the neighborhoods where you live, is this about Floyd or are you as bad as the officer that killed him? Many of these protests are taking place where there has never been an issue with police and minorities. Change needs to happen but this is the wrong way to obtain it. Honor this man and watch the video of how kind and loving he was then ask yourself, would this be what he would want or would he be ashamed to see all of the destruction?

i was 100% with the peaceful protesters. however after the mob took over and the autopsy results came back, not so sure now. apparently this fellow was not a choir boy. not that this negates the action of the police officer(s), but it certainly negates the charge of 3rd degree murder.

Dialysis can present its own challenges when it comes to sex and intimacy. However, understanding common concerns or questions can help you feel more relaxed about being intimate.

    Intimacy and vascular access

Talk with your doctor or nurse if you have any worries that having sex will hurt your fistula, graft or catheter. Ask how you can protect your access during sex. Basically, you need to avoid putting direct pressure on a fistula or graft. And you need to avoid pulling or tugging on a catheter.

    Intimacy and peritoneal dialysis (PD)

It may take time getting used to having fluid in your belly. If it bothers you, ask your PD nurse if you can have sex between a drain and a fill, with or without a cycler. You can have sex while on a cycler—just be sure to place the line in such a way that it doesn’t get crimped.

    Lack of desire

There can be many reasons you don’t feel like having sex. This can be caused by something physical like anemia, medications or other conditions like diabetes or fatigue. It can also be psychological. It’s good to be checked by your doctor—to figure out the underlying cause—even if you’re content with not having sex.

    Wanting more

If you want to have more sex—or better sex—than what you’re having, talk to your doctor, nurse or social worker about that, too. These specialists can advise you on both medical and psychological issues that could be getting in the way. Know that erectile dysfunction (ED) is very common in men on dialysis—as is sexual dysfunction (difficulty with arousal or orgasm) for women undergoing treatment. Remember, your healthcare team members are used to counseling those on dialysis about sex and intimacy, so don’t be embarrassed to speak up.
