THE INVITATIONS ARE PRINTED

We’ve only got two hundred of these, so please stop us in the hall or drop a line if you’d like one, and help spread the word …

Was a thousand dollar wedding, supposed to be held the other day, and with all the invitations sent, the young bride went awayGram Parsons

I think it’s beautiful invitation. I’ll send a check in the amount of $18 but can not attend.

I’m glad you’re here to fight BACDL’s battles, Bill. There’s so much azz kissing around here it makes me sick.

Things will be different when I’m clerk.

Restore honor and integrity to the Clerk’s Office.
Vote Richard Brian Kaplan for Clerk of Court. Ensuring liberty and access for all.

Vote Kaplan – the hungry dog!!

I hope things will be different in the clerks office because its a big mess right now. Brenda with her pop-squad political sycophants have made it even worse than it was under former husband Howard. Now its a crew of idiots doing the public the greatest harm it can while they file their nails in a back room cracking jokes about how long they can keep people waiting for a simple request.
Thanks for the gift Howie. You and your condo clowns have graced Broward with a real gift while you moved on to the next phase of your life with out a care for what you’ve done.

HOWARD FORMAN WAS ALWAYS A DROOLING FOOL WHO SPENT MORE TIME IN THE CAFE THAN HE DID MANAGING THE CLERK’S OFFICE
THIS IS BROWARD AFTER ALL WHERE THE FREE RIDE IS THE GOAL AND ONLY REAL CONCERN
    LOOK AT OUR JUDGES

It will take the judge 10 mins to issue Brenda Forman another big disappointment just like the other judges did in her attempt to gain control over her former husband’s financial assets.
Its going to be the shortest trial in Broward’s history.
I look forward to seeing the look on her face when it comes down. Count me in !

Wouldn’t miss it. Promises to be real entertainment at the expense of our Madam Clerk !

I’m sure she will bring D. Diaz with her. Its where this all started anyway. First Doofus Judge Diaz harangued a Sun Sentinel reporter for attempting to take his picture, then Diaz’ apology to Chief Judge Tuter for it. Then his wifey D. Diaz pimping Brenda as the Madam Clerk crap. And now Brenda falling off her stool and filing this frivolous matter attempting to circumvent the First Amendment of the Constitution.
Judge Diaz can share in Brend’s embarrassment when she goes down. He’s been on the losing end of a JQC complaint before, so this is no big deal. Lol
You’d think all these dummies sucking off the public trough would have better things to do for what they’re getting paid but this is indicative of the quality of the public servants we’ve got in Broward County.
These idiots suffer from out of control entitlement problems. Their sense of self importance is only exceeded by their stupidity.

It was never going to be heard by a judge to begin with. Forman’s argument was absurdly ludicrous. Apparently even her attorney gagged on it. I know I did along with everybody else.
Now comes her comeuppance when she has to run for clerk again when the media flushes her out for this and other bad faith shenanigans. Hope she’s saved up a bundle.
This idiot should never have been clerk of courts in the first place. Only in Broward where sleazy politics hold sway over Qualifications could this happen.
Kudos to Mr. Gelin for taking on this imposter!

Would someone please post the notice of dismissal here so we can evaluate what options remain, if any? Bobby.
