TWO NEW CIRCUIT JUDGES

We’re told Martin Fein and Keathan Frink have been appointed to the circuit court to replace Renee Goldenberg and Dale Ross.

Still unconfirmed …

Lastly, previously reported judicial movement may be in jeopardy, due to delays in opening the new courthouse.  Apparently, judges don’t want to leave the North Wing for a sick old or new building …

Coming Soon Satz for State Attorney in 2020 …

I would imagine that (other than the usual cesspool of JAAB race-baiters and gender-baiters), it will be hard to find people with negative opinions of these two candidates.

Here’s an idea: if you work in the building, and (like most of us) read this blog only for humor, take five seconds out of your day to post congratulations to two qualified, non-political, controversy-free nominees who may actually work hard in the 17th….as long as they don’t learn ANYTHING from their new peers.

Then you can go back to reading about how we’re all going to die from mold exposure anyway.

Congratulations to you both.

The best way to insure good judges in Broward is to make sure to vote out all incumbents after a term or two. We’ve seen what happens when they stay around too long.

Destry: Stupid is as stupid does. I can’t imagine anybody misses the duffis. He’s one among many Broward judges that deserved to go the way of the dinosaurs. He just stumbled into the tarpit a little earlier than some.

Good news today–thank you Governor for a couple good people for the bench.
And sad news–RIP Eliot Lupkin.
And distressing about Herbert Smith being given another chance and disappointing all those who gave their faith to him and a man like Judge Destry who wouldn’t impose a reasonable sentence in the first place (13 yrs guidelines) and thereby protect the community, and save his own career by not creating needless controversy and dragging the reputation of the 17th through the dirt by his evasiveness with the JQC.

Greenwald should receive an award for trashing Destry. He did us all a favor. After trying to deceive the JQC and voters cutting him out, Destry beat feet out of Broward with his tail between his legs.
Duffy cleaned his clock and the bad loser quit 11 weeks before the end of his term.
Sore loser, but typical for a Broward judge who got it caught in his zipper.

BEEN HEARING THIS JUNK ABOUT MOLD FOR YEARS. IVE NOT EVER BEEN AFFECTED AND I HAVE PRETTY BAD ALLERGIES. ITS A BUNCH OF NONSENSE. JUST ANOTHER THING TO WHINE ABOUT FROM A NUMBER OF SLACKERS WHO WILL USE ANY EXCUSE TO KEEP FROM WORKING A FULL DAY. NEVER SEEN A BIGGER BUNCH OF FAKERS AND WHINERS.

Well the fact is mold effects everyone differently. Even with allergies you may not suffer. There is mold it’s prevelent in Florida. There is mold in the sick building I tested it myself.

Trump Industries could have built a courthouse 2x the size of the new mold infested dump and come in under budget and early. Oh yeah, Trump Industries toilets don’t leak either. It’s time to investigate and arrest the incompetents responsible for the latest Broward tax payer rip off.

But Trump would have to create a civilian oversight committee of monitors (perhaps with the appointment of a Toilet Czar) to stop Broward judges from flushing foreign objects down toilets to stage floods and overflow problems so they could leave at noon or complain the residual water created viral mold infestations so they could milk it for a reason to miss work for weeks while they are out campaigning or sleeping off some drunk or drugged induced coma.

These were all reasons why the old courthouse was unsuitable as you recall when they were pushing the construction of a new courthouse after voters had defeated the idea twice by referendum.

But through a county commission who can only tax and spend (see Young at Art for a painfully obvious example of the same premise ) decided to tax Broward residents anyway against their wishes, and built the boondoggle they are now complaining has the same problems caused from leaking toilets leading to mold infestation and numerous health problems to government employees and Broward judicial buffoons.

These Wheeny Whiners never stop complaining even as they repeat the same excuses for their appalling lack of productivity.

And yet they’ll spend copious amounts of time trying to rationalize why Donald Trump won the election for president over another tax and spend bigger government is better candidate like Hillary Clinton and motley crew ?

It doesn’t take that long to figure out people ! Lol

Now Chief Judge Whiney Weinstein is complaining the judges’ benches aren’t elevated enough so they can peer down from Mount Olympus and offer Broward judges the elevated rank and respect they deserve.

Is it any wonder why in Broward there’s a shortage of citizens wishing to exercise their duty to show up for jury duty ?

There was nothing wrong with the old courthouse and there’s nothing wrong with the new one except for the goofballs that are running our court system and the equally as incompetent Board of County Commissioners who tax and spend to make it a reality.

Whiney’s only aim as chief judge was that he could scarf down as many jelly donuts as he could find and any other freebies he felt he was untitled too. And of course steering as many cases to Little Wheeny as he could. He contributed nothing to improving a judiciary that had become under former chief judge Ross the most politically corrupt judiciary in the state of Florida.

Not one comment about the 2 appointments?
I don’t know Judge Frink, but I know Judge Fein and I think they got it right. He’s a good lawyer and a good person. Experience in civil and criminal and he’s tried more jury trials than most of the people that post on this blog.

Fein deserved it.
But Frink kept putting his name in the hat, hoping the repetiveness would eventually say “hey, I haven’t done much but punch a time clock – pick me”

Great article ! You mean like Finkelstein as PD paid Dr. Brannon before they had their little falling out ? LOL. Cash cow doesn’t begin to describe it …

New pages for the JQC complaint? It will be interesting to see what happens if the JQC starts putting people under oath at the state and local Republican party to discuss if David was involved in getting his wife on a partisan card.

Michael Schneider will have a an interesting read. He’s a big Sprinkles fan from way back.

Start poking around Young at Art and see where all the money is going ! My guess is it could be a real stick in the eye of the Broward County Commission ultimately.
Don’t hold your breath for the JQC to do anything but hand out baby wipes.

Still arguing about why Naughty Nina shouldn’t have been on the Republican Palm Card? Get over it. Naughty Nina and hubby are back for more. She was elected and won as County Court Judge narrowly and promises to keep us all entertained for another term.
Personally I think Bimbos should have a place on the Broward Bench too.
As far as David Dipietro: Put him in a tutu and watch him spin another yarn as fantastic as his last one.
It’s like the two of them compete over who can be the most audacious while trying to keep the beat.
All this for the pay of a County Court Judge?

Both have been putting their names in the pot for a long, long time. Happy to see it finally paid off. For how long will be the real question.

Get this hog to the nearest fat farm and then reacquaint her with Whitewater, Rose Law Firm and the multiple secret service officers that testified they drove Bill around on the taxpayers’ dime for all his liaisons and the women he sexually abused. These mush-heads need deep conditioning and perhaps the re-institutionalization of shock treatment is called for.

“bimbo: an attractive but empty-headed young woman, especially one perceived as a willing sex object.”

Can’t call unattractive women bimbos. I’d bet they are not a “willing” sex object, and I doubt many even want to have sex with them…so only 1 out of 3….

Judge Gamm was a homicide, career criminal and a sex crimes prosecutor, three of the toughest units one can be assigned to. Judge Barner is a lovely person who has tried both criminal and civil cases. I doubt half of the commenters on here have done so. Perhaps you should be concerned about your own lack of experience.

The Forth District said the same to Judge Howard (Chist Killer) Coates, the Pedo-Supporter.

Case: Steinman v. Steinman
Court: Fourth District Court of Appeal.
Trial Judge: Howard K. Coates, Jr..
Attorneys: Amy D. Shield, Roger Levine, Charles D. Jamieson.

Issues: Contempt charge By Judge Howard Coates, for Believing in Jesus Christ.

Holding: A trial court cannot preclude the custodial parent of one religious faith from actively influencing the training of the child inconsistently with the different religious faith of the other parent. Nor can it require the custodial parent to raise the child in the other parent’s faith and cooperate with the other parent in effecting the result. In this case, the trial court erred in holding the Mother in contempt for unilaterally changing the religious care of the children when, in fact, the Father’s principal concern was with afterschool care and the Father led no evidence that the children were harmed by exposure to the Mother’s religious beliefs or practices.
The appeals court reversed.

Contempt charge By Judge Howard Coates, for Mother’s who Believe in Jesus Christ.
