UPDATE

MovementTarlika Navarro to Drug Court …

May 18 Criminal ZoomsFrom Jack Tuter on May 1st:

To all concerned:

We have permitted the criminal court judges to commence criminal dockets in circuit and county court beginning Monday May 18

I have asked all judges to set matters where tasks can be completed and not set dockets just to set dockets.

The clerk of court will have to send the notices out. I have asked any judge who wishes to do this to copy me and the clerk so we have appropriate personnel ready. The clerk should amend the notice to reflect the hearing is remote and not order folks to the courthouse.

These hearings for the most part contemplate involving out of custody defendants. Judge Siegel is working on additional cameras in the jail but for now those issues are unresolved. I am asking both the state and PD participate in these dockets. They are all being held via zoom.

There will still be no face to face contact until I approve.

No juries have been ordered for June.

I am awaiting the Chief Justice’s committee’s recommendations before we decide reopening. I will for sure set a conf call in advance of that to discuss with all stakeholders.

We have held over 2000 hearings via zoom in all divisions and most have gone flawless.

I appreciate everyone’s past cooperation and appreciate your continued cooperation.

Some judges realize not a lot can be done without juries etc and they will choose not to hold hearings. I have left this to their discretion.

I have said to all of you the difficult decision in this will be when to reopen and allow the public in while continuing social distancing guidelines. It will be extraordinarily difficult in all of our courthouses.

Zoom hearings may be the norm for some time unless there are unexpected changes with combatting the virus. When we do open, I anticipate it will be gradual and take into consideration cdc protocols.

please all, stay safe and dont make hasty decisions which could affect you or your family’s health. Several years ago BSO reported almost two million people pass through our courthouses yearly.

thanks again, JT

Gordo already has years of training for this position.

I’m going to have to be wheeled back into Court when this is all over. Luckily for me Dunking Doughnuts delivers for Broward Judges. Whiney taught me that.

Gordo…. tick, tick, tick. Time is running out on your career at PD office. Wait until you see how quickly everyone distances themselves from you when you finish in third place in August. You could slither away and crawl under a rock but I don’t think that any respectable rock will want to be seen around you either.

Florida state officials have blocked medical examiners from releasing coronavirus death totals after it was found the examiners’ death count was 10% higher than the state said it was.

The list of deaths, which had been released in real time by the state’s Medical Examiners Commission, is no longer being published, after the Florida Department of Health intervened, the Tampa Bay Times reported. The vital data, which includes demographic information and probable cause of death, has now been withheld for the last 11 days.

A spokesman for the health department told the Times that there had been discussions within government agencies about “privacy concerns” for those had have died. But while the state’s 22 medical examiner officers are tasked with releasing information including a person’s medical history, they don’t release the names of those who have died.

I can count on her! Does she have sycophants that attach to her & help etc? How’s that fool run such a big operation? Is she really secretly smart?

Many good people have left under her tenure. The place has a lot of problems. There are many, except her sycophants , who are waiting to see if she gets voted out. If she gets re elected by some chance many more will leave. She’s clueless how the office should be run and doesn’t know how to treat people. She should never have been elected in the first place. She is extremely unqualified and doesn’t understand how to treat people with the basic manners and respect. Very toxic atmosphere.

There are so many issues and problems in that office. What a mess. Eventually the problems will get worse too because She listens to a select few and has driven away a lot of people who knew what they were doing and had been there for years. Replaced them with people who are not qualified or don’t have any idea what is going on. She’s paranoid, clueless and treats people like garbage so they left. No surprise it’s public knowledge at this point.

It’s a real problem. I have clients who have been arrested bc the clerk didn’t f$&$&$g remove an injunction. It’s an important seat ladies & gents. Let’s all agree she’s not capable.

I have asked all judges to set matters where tasks can be completed and not set dockets just to set dockets.

THE ONLY TASK THAT WON’T BE COMPLETED IS BEING ON A NON-STOP PAID VACATION JT

This blog has been dead this last week. You would think with the courthouse being closed, there would be more comments.

Not very hard to understand. In normal times the PDs and ORCC attorneys have to come to work and pretend to care about clients and justice, but in reality they spend time surfing the web and making critical posts about judges and the sao because they are jealous and disillusioned by their own lack of success. But now they can lay around at home and do nothing so they spend less time on the web trashing others. That is why the blog appears dead.

No one, I mean no one is jealous of anyone at the SAO. Did you get permission by your supervisor to post on the blog? You guys can’t wipe your ass without approval. IJS

So now sfc is the arbiter of morality and character, how is that opioid addiction going for you?

You’re not a doctor asshole. You do not know my condition.
        Probably a lousy lawyer too.
Guess you believe that the doctors at Imperial Point are just pill pushers.
Probably be off them anyway in a couple of months.

You’re not an attorney, your an individual addicted to opioids drooling away on this site not wearing the COVID-19 PPE.

COVID-19 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for J.A.A.B.Blog visitors, no sit in dining – carry out only.

          1. Goggles or disposable full-face shield.
          2. NIOSH-approved N95 filtering face piece respirator or
          higher.
          3. Gown.
          4. One pair of clean, non-sterile gloves.
          5. No shoe or boot covers.

This recommendation makes this site CDC compliant.

Proves you must be a prosecutor or judge.
Being prescribed opioids by the same doctor, even for a year, and filling them at the same pharmacy, North Broward Hospital, is not an addiction and doubt any good defense attorney would not state otherwise.

Don’t let LEO’s BS you all, there is a statewide database that LEO’s have easy access to to not only know if I actually had a prescription for an opiod, but exactly when and where you filled it on what date.

Heard they say all the time, “how do I know you have a script for that?”

We did a little research and found a very specific charge for those arrested for not having a valid script in the original bottle when away from home and it was a MISDEMEANOR, not a FELONY drug possession as everyone is always charged with.

Anyone know what we are talking about?

Any medical doctor has access to that. Since the war on those opioids.

BTW, we are not doctors either, but we suggest you seek psychiatric help for your unhealthy obsession with us.

Or maybe come clean on the crimes you are committing.

Wife swapping and sex parties are all part and parcel of being employed at BSO, so what’s the big deal ? Ever heard of Deeney’s Hideaway up in Deerfield ? There’s parking for hundreds and the rooms are very dark.

Go to our YouTube channel and look through the comments and when videos were posted the last week of March 2019.
You’ll see on Friday, March 22, 2019 through Sunday, no videos were posted.
Friday surgery to remove right lung. 6 hrs.
          Sat. ICU.
Sunday back in room, Monday started uploading again.
          All from Imperial Point Hospital.
Look through the comments. Quite a bit about the cancer.
Discharged on the 29th of h one week later.

Unless those guys had surgery like that, wrong assumption.
          Again, we don’t care.
Pretty cool, we never thought we would be able to remain anon for over four years now.
