Ian Richards is up to his old tricks. Here you can see his campaign worker campaigning 15 feet from the door at Hollywood. Did Ian direct him to walk the voters all the way to the door to illegally force people to vote? Major violation!!!

If that isn’t bad enough this same poll worker is telling voters that Richards was endorsed by the Sun Sentinel even though the Sun Sentinel endorsed his opponent!

Don’t even need to say that both these acts are major

Here is a picture of the Ian Richard’s campaign worker walking up to the door and lying about endorsements!

If that fat lady in the pink shirt ate better, she might not have that medical thing stuck in her leg and the special medical shoes.

        Can I get an Amen?!

Wow even more violations. Even though the Sun-Sentinel endorsed Nina Dipietro, Ian Richard’s campaign workers are saying that the Sentinel endorsed Ian Richard’s. If that wasn’t bad enough take a look at what the poll worker is passing out! It looks like he may have taken a quote from an old story in a different race and is using it to make it seem like the Sun Sentinel endorsed him now. Then the campaign worker really sells the scam by walking the voter to the door and telling more lies!

Do you think he should have to change his card to read, “Not honest, no integrity, and not fair?

The card clearly says he was endorsed in 2014 by the Sun Sentinel which is a true statement.
Trying to come up violations after caught violating Is Nothing more than a TRUMP move By a Trump candidate.

Hahahahahah endorsed in 2014? For which race genius? An endorsement is specific to the candidate’s opponent. The Sun Sentinel did NOT endorse him in this race and the campaigners have been saying they did! That is abasoulutely a violation and you know it!

The guy in the picture is holding a sign not a Shirt. Anyone can pickup a sign and say they are with the campaign. Does the Nina family members have voice recordings. The dated endorsement lets the voter know when he was endorsed nothing misleading about about that lol. But keep reaching lol…

            Voice recordings?
Google “nova law spies,” read and listen (desktop version to read if mobile only gives audio).

Sprinks and Shortbus and family clan when not practicing what they call art network relentlessly trying to remain relevant on the smalltime Broward political scene! Enter Naughty Nina and hubby. Lol. As long as it involves trying to stay plugged into the public dole. Pretty Pathetic Stuff. Some kind of intitlement syndrome if you ask me.

I personally saw an Ian Richard’s poll worker with two types of cards. The one with his picture, she gave to minorities. To white people, she gave a card without his photo. I saw it myself. Totally disgusting!

Dennis Bailey did the same thing and you know what they call him…

        Judge Dennis Bailey

Don’t sweat it Nina, you will probably win tomorrow but will most likely end up with a public reprimand and suspension for handing out cards that claim you have the support of the Concerned Clergy when you know they didn’t endorse you in the General Election.

Hey, this is Broward where its judges are as sleazy as they come, all lookin for a bone anyway they can scarp one and get away with it ! You don’t really expect the JQC to adequately police these soakers, do you ? Look at what these jokers get away with. Most were losers and had no practice so it’s an easy ride on the taxpayer’s dime for as long as they can suck at it. That’s the reason we have the poor quality of judges we’ve got.

      2. 1

        2

What’s disgusting, other than your comment, is that at this time and date and year, an educated Judge Ian Richards feels or knows that certain people (racists) would look at his color and not want to vote for him because of the color of his skin. They’d vote for a sub par, young, inexperienced, immature, obnoxious Nova educated, not even close to top of the class, lawyer with very questionable intelligence and extremely shaky ethics, who was fired from her legal job, and was only a judge because she was put there by former ally – look into why an ally, look into why not, it’s all disgusting – Rick Scott based on …? Favors owed? Knowledge she has to keep her from talking? Keeping her quiet and happy? This is what is disgusting.
        – white upperclass highly educated feminist

        1. 1

          2

If you would know that Nina has black heritage or if she looks black then who do you vote for? Nina or Ian Richards? You’d actually have to look at facts, not faces. What matters to you as citizens, lawyers, jurors, witnesses, potential defendants?

            2

Between this major bimbo and the stories her hubby was throwing around when Gov. Scott canned him about being followed around in his car like he has ever been some kind of superstar, I wouldn’t vote for her if she was the only bimbo running. Broward sure has some of the weirdest political squirms running for judge I’ve ever seen including this one. How can anyone have any confidence in a judicial grab bag the likes of which we’ve seen here with drunk and drugged up judicial junkies running the show like it’s some slop house?
These pension pushers need to be voted out every time. It’s nothing but a bad joke with a chief judge that’s the biggest joke of all. He’s got nothing else to be quoted on but the judges’ benches being to low to the floor in the new courthouse? He really is a stupid as he looks.

Young inexperienced entitled brat to make decisions on real people’s lives? Yours? Mine? My children? Your children? No way. And I’m a white rich female. This little “got a job for suspicious reasons ” girl? No way.

        2. 3

I am disgusting? I’m not the one hiding my heritage. FYI- another minority candidate, Florence, has the class to proudly present who she is. Florence has class, while Ian is just an ass! He also ran against Avalos because of her Hispanic name. So yes, Ian is sleazy!

Who cares what the Scum Sentinel has to say anyway. I agree with him. That rag of a paper isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. You don’t need or want the endorsement of the Scum Sentinel to get elected judge in this town. Nobody reads it. It’s readership has been on a drastic decline for years because of the rotten job they do on reporting all the corruption in Broward.

Foreclosure attorney shot in his office in Miami by a disgruntled client on a foreclosure case. Who would’ve thought that was such dangerous work. Oh, and congrats to Andy Siegel on being appointed Administrative Judge. Great choice.

Wow I also read about a man that was shot in the head by a client after he won a case. Not sure where I read or when but I remember thinking why did he shoot him if he won?

The fact that we’re losing judges Bidwill, Singhal (he may go to the 4th DCA and be gone from the entire courthouse) and Haimes to civil and family is a loss to the criminal bench. I know I’m not alone in my thinking because when I’ve discussed this with other lawyers that practice criminal this seems to be the consensus . I haven’t always agreed with the decisions or rulings by any these judges; but clients get a fair day in court before all of them. They also give a good trial.

I’m sure the trolls will come out with their B.S. nonsense, but I’d caution you to save it. I don’t want to hear about some open plea that didn’t go your way. Or how one of them was rude one time. Everyone has a bad day! If you haven’t regularly appeared before these judges and tried a case, had substantive motions and dealt with real legal issues in front of them then SAVE it. These 3 judges are smart, professional, respectful. I’ve definitely seen them make calls I’ve disagreed with. I’ve seen them not at their best. But no one’s perfect…and on their worst day each is far better than many of the ones not going to the other side.

These 3 judges are a class act and will be missed.

While Gov. Scott would prefer elevating a sitting judge so he can appoint his replacement, Kuntz gets the nod. In addition to the requisite connections, he likely is the most qualified appellate choice. There will be other openings on the 4th between now and the end of Gov. Scott’s tenure.

    The new normal

It’s normal for people to move on.
But not 4 people in 4 days. 2 of the attorneys were “lifers” that no one (including administration) thought would leave. It’s normal to punish someone that’s talks out school. But when you keep them in the doghouse for too long it’s a problem. You can’t cut off your nose to spite your face. Well you can. You’re the boss you can do anything you want. It just diminishes credibility. It also diminishes the credibility of the heir apparent. Why? Now the one person who arguably knew DNA better than anyone in the office (and loved to do research and tell you about it) is gone. She wanted to be back on homicides (more than many of the PD’s on them) and was kept off them for too long. She’s off to the Federal PD. Godspeed. So people stop believing it’s all about the clients. This is one tiny example. There’s so many examples like this. How can you attack bad police departments or antiquated Satz policies when you need to address your own house?

The point is you can hire all the baby lawyers you want but there’s so few experienced attorneys left and those willing to roll up their sleeves and get to work it’s ridiculous.
3 kickass true PD’s are gone soon. One will be saying her goodbyes on Friday.
What’s happening is not normal. This office has the tendency to overwork it’s good lawyers. That’s the norm. There are no rewards. If a lawyer shows they can handle cases and a tough judge the office will put you in front of tough judges forever. Then they’ll pile on the cases.
I’m guessing that’s why the other “lifer” quit last week. She’d been in judge Destry and judge Robinson. Had to battle to go to judge Porter. Another great advocate, researcher, trial lawyer…out the door. Godspeed.
It’s crazy when you see BOXES of files being delivered to the same lawyers. Yet, there are lawyers in the office that have just a handful of cases. It’s beyond playing favorites. People get fed up and leave. Especially when they see an administration that doesn’t care.

    The new norm is:
-Supervisors with supervisors with assistant supervisors…
-People asking did anyone quit today? Because someone quits just about everyday.
And sure lots of people are quitting at the SAO too…but this is not normal.

Another asst. PD who couldn’t wait to get out of the PDs office (sweat shop) where supervisors don’t carry any caseloads dispite everyone else drowning in cases and can barely make it into work judging from their empty assigned car spaces. Is it any wonder half the office has quit? Nobody is drinking Finkelstein’s coolaide anymore. Nobody wants to work here anymore because of the worthless supervisors, caseloads, low pay and hypocritical attitudes of those at the top getting paid top dollar, some after entering drop and then back for a second suck at the trough and still doing absolutely nothing. Don’t look for them in court because they’ll run and hide before they actually have to do that.
The PDs office has become a bad joke. More leaving every week and few newbys wanting to stay more than a month once they figure out the line Finkelstein is spewing is all BS.

It was funny to look around the room when Howard was telling us the stats support that this many people leaving was normal and watch everyone rolling their eyes and smirking. He’s full of it. It’s never been like this.

      1. 2

        0

Try 9 … it’s a bad situation made worse by poor management skills and a Public Defender who is PD in name only and doesn’t care how things are deteriorating. He can’t even keep track or doesn’t care to even make sure management is present in the office to return calls or help out in any way. They are just surfing their way to retirement taking everything else for granted. Have you seen the number of cases being reassigned? And this is good representation??? I don’t blame Caroline for ditching this place and obviously there are more every day who are doing the same.

        1. 3

          0

The slacker supervisors will soon be taking some cases because there won’t be anybody left. They just think they’re going to skate out. Lol

          1. 2

            0

No they won’t. They don’t care about their clients. Howard is a hypocrite to tell us he has no way of competing with insurance defense firms offering huge salary increases when he gives himself and Cathy a salary of $150k+ and they don’t even practice law. They can’t even rember the last time they handled a case.

      1. 3

        0

The pd’s office has finally hit the toxic stage with so many leaving it resembles a cemetery with supervisors running scared with looks of terror that they might have to pick up some of the glut of cases being reassigned … you get what you ask for. Low pay, massive caseloads , poor management and slack to disappearing acts of supervisors by the looks of their empty assigned parking spaces throughout the day; it’s a real problem getting worse every day like a ship with no one at the helm. Nobody looks like they’re buying Finkelstein’s explanations anymore for the continued exodus.

Looking for a silver (plated) cross pen lost at the Main Courthouse security yesterday around 8:50 a.m. The pen has no real value, other than sentimental, but was my late father’s pen. It has the initials RK engraved on pen. I was hoping if someone has found this pen, that the person can return it to security at the front gate at the courthouse. I would be eternally grateful if I could get this pen back. Thank you, RBK

@ losing 3 of the best criminal judges.

Bidwell is just biding his time to be a federal judge and can give a rat’s behind about anything else; the worse criminal admin judge ever.
Haimes has never ever distinguished himself at any job he has ever had and has gotten by on his Notre Dame connections. Raag has a very large ego, borderline black robe fever and legend in his own mind. Sorry pal, you sound like someone who blows smoke up these clown’s asses. Go wash your face.

Whiney Weinstein says judges would be seated only one foot above ground level with those appearing in court towering above them in the new courthouse ??? Not such a bad idea I say.

That way you can see these hokey Broward judges as they play on their laptops and all the empty donut boxes as they pretend to pay attention to the arguments of counsel.

These empty-headed pension chasers like Whiney will do anything to get out of working a full day. In the old courthouse it started with stuffing things in the toilets so they could shout and whine about overflowing toilet water damage and mold. Now Whiney complains about not being seated high enough off the ground in the new courtrooms so Jabba the Hut can condescendingly stare down at litigants while stuffing his face with jelly donuts at public expense

. No guess as to what makes these jelly seeking Broward judges tick as they clamor for more judges and pay raises because they are so overworked and overwhelmed.

It doesn’t quite jive with all the empty courtrooms throughout the day while judges are seen beating feet to their cars after lunch to either go home or are seen out campaigning to keep their seats while bitching they are being singled out for competition for these more than cushy Broward judgeships.

You’ve really got to laugh at these jokers. Just remember all this when you go to vote these Judicial Hoxesters out of office.

Whiney Weinstein is a thru and thru worthless bureaucrat who won’t be remembered for anything but the trail of empty jelly donut boxes he leaves behind.

who is the project manager on the new court house? The errors are so egregious who is going to be responsible for them? Where is the lawsuits over the flooding? Why are tax payers going to pay some contractor the allegedly screwed the pooch? Id love to take a look at the bidding process of the contractors to see what corners were cut to win the bid….the joke is contractors dont make anything on the original contract its all from the change orders and their own screw ups they can charge the client

Weinstein barks “Nothing is big enough” in the new courthouse! Lol. “We don’t have a room big enough to hold robing ceremonies ” LOL. Why doesn’t anything that comes out of this soup-slurping idiots mouth surprise me anymore? If this toad wasn’t sucking down taxpayers hard earned money like matzoh ball soup, he’d set up shop in the back of some NY Deli in Tamarac harping about why the portions aren’t bigger !

    1. 0

      2

Sure would be interesting to know the IQ of Weinstein. I’d bet it’s like boarder line moron … lol. From the lame and totally inexcusable excuses as chief judge of Broward he made for drunk and drugged up Broward judges, to this about no rooms big enough in the new courthouse to accommodate his stellar plans to make a pageant out of roping a few more bimbo judges, you’ve got to start wondering … does this guy really hear cases or just sit around thinking up this crap ?

I watched an air quality test done on the 10th Floor …. the testing machine was placed in the corner of the room, away from where anyone could go, and nowhere near where anyone works or goes. I thought … what a joke. It is tough to swallow the BS that the county tells anyone at the courthouse. Someone should contact the CDC and report this place as a cancer cluster and get some real air quality tests done.

      1. 0

        0

The only task force Weinstein is actually qualified for involves stuffing his face with jelly donuts and then wanting to get awarded for it. The guy is worthless and hasn’t done anything to improve the courthouse or its lazy judges or it’s leaky toilets. He’s added to the problems.

        1. 1

          0

Wrong. The Judges are put there first because of the silly seniority system because it’s hard work and nobody wants to do it. In the case of appointed Judges they typically stay there through qualifying. Once safe without an opponent they bolt to other divisions. The exact opposite of what you have said is true.
