Tim Bailey did indeed clarify his ruling, just a few minutes ago.

Larry Lamar Smith will now not be permitted to attend a viewing on Friday evening, but he will be out of jail for the funeral Saturday.

The alleged victim’s mother objected in court this morning, citing the safety of her other children, after which Bailey made his final decision.

The 20th circuit SAO is asking to be discharged from the matter, clearly stating “the complaint does not allege a violation of state criminal statutes,” meaning the only remaining question is why Harold Pryor forwarded the now dismissed frivolous Exec to the governor in the first place …
