Honesty, Integrity and Competence. A rare combination when you’re talking about the Broward State Attorney’s Office. Wish you the best Joe.

“Homeowner advocate” Angione?! The same lawyer that went on record defending Judge Gundersen rubber-stamping roboforclosures?! 🤔

I was chucked by voters for all the wrong reasons and found out that nobody wants a washed up former Broward Judge whose job entailed coming into work a couple of days a week and heading home after a well deserved lunch …

Judge Gundersen is a leader among men. That’s why she was targeted. She’s smarter and better in a misogynistic world!

Why do these shingle-tacking, transactional, billable hours, one-trick pony attorneys put in? Spend 1 day in a courtroom where due process is the base line – not “summary judgments” you’ll realize you’re in way over your head, and not doing any favor to this county

He is an excellent attorney, very fair, extremely knowledgeable, honest, reasonable, and he also has a big heart, all of the qualities we need in a great judge. He definitely would be a wonderful addition to the bench in Broward County.

Joseph has a tremendous knowledge of search and seizure law after all his years in the cyber crime area. I don’t know why he’s doing County. He should be in Circuit where experts are needed. Being in County seems wasteful unless he’s more interested in the teaching aspect over the beginner lawyers in front of him than handling important and sophisticated matters in Circuit.

County Court is a well known goof off position.

This isn’t saying anything about this Joseph fellow. He may be a workaholic type for all I know.

But Chief Tuter should keep tabs on others.

If there’s not enough to do in the afternoons he should let Chief Justice know.

Positions could then be eliminated to save lots of money and others would then have plenty to do.

It’s kind of a dream job for ambitionless types. The easy hours. The silly cases. The clueless attorneys. The lack of meaningful appellate oversight. If one is ok with being looked down upon by the dominant judges. And the earner attorneys.

Angione has been a trial lawyer for like years. She has played under the civil rules her whole career. She is the real deal. Not this one trick pony crap transactional nonsense. Idk but another criminal defense or prosec. Is like write repeat. Just saying. Should be interesting.

You have no idea about whom you are speaking. She has never left a job without people cheering. She is super arrogant and would be another Broward nightmare. I believe her nickname is “office cancer”. Please God, don’t let this woman on the bench.

I like joe. But he can have a bit of an ego. I like him better as a defense attorney than i did a prosecutor—which makes me think he is fundamentally good, but easily corruptible by power. As in, he lets the power go to his head easily. And when that power is basically unchecked, it may become a problem. That said, i prefer joe to angione, and i hope he sees this, considers the constructive feedback, and addresses this reasonable concern.

Sorry, i meant Joseph. (And the fact that i felt the need to correct myself tells you everything you need to know about his ego. He hasnt corrected me since hes been a defense attorney. But he always corrected me when he was a prosecutor. See what i mean?)

    https://www.sun-sentinel.com/2024/02/02/was-kodak-black-still-using-a-bottle-of-oxycodone-pills-from-2022-answer-is-key-to-criminal-case-state-argues/

Goodman needs to get his head out of his ass. The State cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the pills Kodak had is not the same script from 2022. Doesn’t this dinosaur DTU division have better things to do than prosecute Kodak over some goddamn stupid pills that he has a script for? Pyror needs to disband that antiquated unit. What a waste of tax payers dollars! Why is the drug trafficking unit aggressively trying to prosecute Kodak for a little pill or two that they cannot prove the script is legitimate? Just proves why Pryor needs to disband the whole unit.

They should stop playing around with the pill and blow cases and focus 100% on Fentanyl. Every single Fentanyl case to DTU (small or large), or shut the whole unit down once and for all. It’s a waste of time and money otherwise.

I’ve been working together with Ms. Angione for a few years now and have to say she is 100% on the ball and such a nice, sweet person with a great personality. I for one think she would make a great addition to the county court and she certainly knows her stuff.

Can he articulate a question in the courtroom or prepare an order that doesn’t say we already addressed this at the hearing. What n fing joke of a judge!!!!! And Jennifer who works at home 3 days a week and is completely pissed that you call. Don’t you know we now communicate by email.
2 people that need to find the private and not the public dole. Let the door hit em both in the arse. Sooner the better.

First Let’s force women to be pregnant and now this? Now they want to ban IVF?

The Liberty needs to be replaced with Tyranny.

Catalina Stubbe, the national director of Moms for Liberty, a nonprofit that advocates for parental rights in education and has targeted discussions of race and LGBTQ identity in schools, said she empathized with women who want to be biological mothers through in vitro fertilization but felt they should adopt instead.

Embryos should be treated as children but full term unborn babies have no rights and are killed by being torn apart and having their skulls crushed, because a woman didn’t exercise her right to choose by not having unprotected sex.

This is so dumb. You are so stupid. An embryo is a child the same way an egg is a chicken you fucking religious Zealot. Quoting the Bible in a legal opinion to end IVF is fucking insanity. I bet no woman ever wants to fuck you and that is why you are so invested in women’s uteruses.

Brenda D. Forman’s office is not paying for all health care coverages that are paid to them by employees. The employee’s are receiving letters from the medical vendors that the premiums are not being paid but the money is being deducted from their paycheck. Where’s the money BRENDA? Human Resources is in such shambles. Rude and ghetto chief director and don’t contact the benefits person rude and doesn’t like to work.

Wtf if this true that’s a serious crime and criminal conduct. Where’s that special countywide investigative department? The landfill in pompano smells better than the judicial branch of Broward and clerks office. The stench is overwhelming how is still being ignored????
