Marni Bryson and Bill Scherer were set for deposition this week, but both have been cancelled:

Whether or not settlement negotiations are underway is anyone’s guess, since the cancellations could be due to nothing more than simple scheduling issues, or related to recent filings and rulings by Bill Roby that may require additional litigation or investigation before the principal players are finally put under oath.

    Clerk Forman is a liar but on the bright side she didn’t:
    Get a DUI, Call another Judge a homophobic term, Tell staff they live in hovels and slums, Conduct a dirty Death Penalty trial and lie about it, Make fake dockets to dodge work, Steal a fee from her colleagues, Get caught on video wringing an employees neck, Send a threatening anon email to another elected official, Make a deal to release a prisoner for election help, Make up a story about a minority at a judicial conference to get out of trouble, lie about being offered a sobriety test and make a crazy movie on 595, crash into a car drunk driving from rehab, Get caught smoking reefers in front of kids, Fake cry on television and manipulate a hearing to get a television show, lie about a murder and being a LSD head, Go to prison like Felon Jenne, Botch elections like Snipes and Oliphant, ETc.
    See, Clerk Forman is still better performing as far as the Broward crew is concerned.

      You obviously haven’t worked there. She has treated people like crap. She is paranoid and nasty and has yelled at employees accusing them of things made up in her head. The list is too long to go into. Many good people with knowledge and skills have left because of her. She has no idea what’s she doing and shes nasty and crazy on top of it. It’s only a small group of people she will listen to. And they’re running the courthouse into the ground. Give it a year and see.

        And don’t forget her student loan incident. She lied to her staff not to pay her writ of garnishment. This is no secret. Many know all about this because it was so hard to believe in the first place. She said fact check and expose? Records request on the payroll two years back will show this. She throws stones in that glass house of hers. How dare she put employees in that predicament. And if something went wrong she would blame them you can bet on that.

    Is there a JQC complaint? There was the Bryson debacle against attorney Carter when she jailed him.
    There is the suit by her former campaign manager that she did not pay.
    Now there is this twisted, crazy, lawsuit that includes nude photos, her ex, his girlfriend and Bill Scherer, et al.
    How is Judge Bryson still on the bench? If this was Broward it would be par for the course. But I’m guessing for Palm Beach it’s a black eye.
