OK, my own personal experience, she let out a defendant who beat the shit out of a victim on a 1st PBL who had No Bond never allowing the victim to address the court and that victims mom wrote everybody on the JNC when she tried to get elevated. She’s rude to defense attorneys and ASAs that’s just for starters

Judge Marra is awful. My lawyers have also told me how many cases she has screwed up on. I’ve never met a judge with less heart. She doesn’t read evidence and she is inundated with cases so she doesn’t take time to read the facts presented during hearing. She has no idea the damage she does to families, i’m sure she would be great in another jurisdiction but she lacks the empathy and consideration needed for something as sensitive as family law.
