The trash has accumulated to the point in the Broward Courthouse its stench is felt all the way to Tallahassee and beyond. Gelin should receive a metal for all the work he’s done to bring it all to light. You certainly can’t count on the Bar to do it because its too busy playing politics.
You’ve got my vote, Bill. God knows its time to haul all the trash to the incinerator.

You would have a better chance at a fair trial in Cuba then in the 17th with agerman nazis and a Cuban communist

This is soooo great! You are going to get your ass kicked again, Gelin! The gift that keeps on giving. Outside of your devoted morons on this blog, no one else likes you or supports you. Such a self-important jack-ass.

Because his getting elected terrifies all you brain-dead cheating selol-out lawyer cowards because complaints may not keep getting dismissed without investigation.

The building across the street from the court house is going to be demolished finally. Now all the bottom feeders are going to get sticker shock when they see the prices of rent. How proud you must be to have your office in a building that is so bad they are tearing it down.

Elevators that hold two people and don’t work half the time. But the rent is really cheap and it’s proximity to the Ho House across the street couldn’t be beat.

I guess if you have little or no clients it doesn’t matter where your office is or what the condition’s are. Most of the attorneys I know would have more pride then to rent in a place like that.

It looks like a run down flop house. My friend had an appointment with one of the attorneys there, took one look at the building and wouldn’t go in.

The parking spot was great! I rented inexpensive office space for 20+ years west on 6th – often said “suits me, suits my clients”.

Good luck Bill. Zipperhead is already campaigning to keep the position. Kim is road tar. BOG needs a good cleaning.

Can someone tell me the obvious inside jokes about the connection between Brannon, Weinstein, and the building across the street from the courthouse and Bill G.?

Brad definitely lost cool points for sending the cuban commie to the 17 just like Trump did with the insurrectioists

Bill does not seem to care about blatantly racist statements about Mr. Kim when it benefits him in the BOG race. Really disgraceful… even for you Gelin.

How do blatantly racist statements benefit anyone?Unless you’re a racist who responds positively to stupidity? Are you a stupid racist?

1:53 is the racist troll hiding again. Freudian slip. Loser. Racist stuff doesn’t benefit anything. Only the racist troll could think like that. Racist troll.

“Either it’s a gross overreach, or they just can’t prove their case without him,” said Strauss, who has no ties to the case. “If the only way the government can prove its case is through Mr. Kroll, who represents arguably a co-defendant, it’s disappointing. It’s not a case I would bring.”

I agree. But Dutko was on his transition team….so……you know where this is going. He’s corrupt. Looking ahead in his political life (which may be short lived now that he pissed off Holness) and not giving a shit about reforms. Shame on him, I agree. That cop got off lucky.

Dutko couldn’t transition his way out of a backseat with a jar of Vaseline. That’s why Bogenschutz crapped out of there. He just wants in on the new jig.

What her whole three cases??🤣🤣 ASA or the office mouth piece: you guys are disgustingly corrupt to do what You did to Destiny and then let officer Stewart walk yesterday who Threaten to deport the victim, stole the poor woman’s money who lost most of her family in that hit and run and then he does a go fund me for her and steals a good portion of the money… certainly not a misdemeanor amount. You may be able to silence one really stupid lazy reporter from the SS but you can’t control the whole rest of the crew. The problem is not always the crime it’s the cover up!!!

Lessons taken away: Satz and team ASSAs routinely lie to juries and misrepresent their statuory burden of proof as they are trained, and jerk-off def lawyers who, by dupe or design, do not object or contradict and counter with the truth, and such Prosecutorial is unacceptable and needs to be called out, not just by def counsel, but the Judges themselves because they and you ALL as lawyers, KNOW the Rules and when they have been violated. Stewart v. State, 51 So.2d 494 (Fla.1951); Palazon v. State, 711 So.2d 1176 (2 DCA 1998) reh den (Fla 1998) citing and quoting Stewart; Ruiz v. State, 743 So.2d 1, 3 (Fla. 1999) (judge must); D’Ambrosio v. State, 736 So.2d 44, 45, 47 (5 DCA 1999) Quoting: Borden, Inc. v. Young, 479 So.2d 850, 851 (3d DCA 1985), rev. den., 488 So.2d 832 (Fla.1986); … so a lot of you POS fraudulent judges and defense repreHensitives need to do your jobs and respectively: protect the process and your clients, instead of buying off and stacking the JQC and Fla Bar with shills that will protect you lousy bad judges and bad lawyers misconduct and malpractice, instead of protecting the public from you.
