          The trash has accumulated to the point in the Broward Courthouse its stench is felt all the way to Tallahassee and beyond. Gelin should receive a metal for all the work he’s done to bring it all to light. You certainly can’t count on the Bar to do it because its too busy playing politics.

    The building across the street from the court house is going to be demolished finally. Now all the bottom feeders are going to get sticker shock when they see the prices of rent. How proud you must be to have your office in a building that is so bad they are tearing it down.

      Elevators that hold two people and don’t work half the time. But the rent is really cheap and it’s proximity to the Ho House across the street couldn’t be beat.

        I guess if you have little or no clients it doesn’t matter where your office is or what the condition’s are. Most of the attorneys I know would have more pride then to rent in a place like that.

      It looks like a run down flop house. My friend had an appointment with one of the attorneys there, took one look at the building and wouldn’t go in.

        The parking spot was great! I rented inexpensive office space for 20+ years west on 6th – often said “suits me, suits my clients”.
