        I don’t know about all that, but I was very disappointed when he went along with the courtroom naming. It’s certainly something he could have pursued after his Chiefship, or after retirement. To do it while still Chief, to hold meetings there, is a slap in the face to the rest of us.

          I guess he’s seen every Judge retire or lose an election and end up with no one remembering or caring about them at all the second they leave the building. The name on the Courtroom is at least something besides a forgettable low money career, Daily Business Review and Sun Sentinel clippings, a bunch of plaques, and a pension to squeeze out into old age.

        Why doesn’t Chief make her the Court Administrator? She was a Judge. She was automatically Honorable, smart, capable, hard working and unquestionable after she won her election to become a Judge. Why shouldn’t Chief put her in as Court Administrator? Who else could be better in that important job? Why does anything change because she lost an election?

        Why not? These people are the greatest, most respected thing on Earth the moment they get appointed or win an election. They are HONORABLE. What they say and do cannot be questioned except by appeal to an even greater set of Super Beings. Why doesn’t Chief make her the Court Administrator?

              If we’re expected to believe and respect that Judges are the most Honorable and intelligent people in the world then an election shouldn’t matter. They’re still the same people from before election day then they are a day later. Judge Tuter should stand by Judge Gundersen and make her a General Magistrate or Court Administrator. She’s still the same person. Why wouldn’t Judge Tuter keep her around to make the same contribution in the judicial system as when she was a Judge and everyone was expected to take her word and decision making as the gospel? Who could be better suited to be a General Magistrate or Court Administrator than someone who was Honorable?
