TUTER EMAIL

Sent to BACDL’S Barry Butin a short time ago:

Barry, I noticed you are still on the board at the Broward Criminal Defense Association. We are working on a plan to permit Private Attorneys into the courthouse on certain dockets possibly later in the week.

Please send this message to your members and pass the word. Judge Siegal is actively doing this now. The plan would likely entail dockets beginning at 330 in the first appearance courtroom.

We will likely only consider a motion that constitutes an emergency or other matters relating to possible release from jail of a person in custody. Judge Siegal will provide more definite guidelines.

Please be patient we have many moving parts but did not want to leave the private lawyers out. We also are working on permitting private attys to appear by phone if they do not want to come to the first appearance courtroom for these hearings.

More news as we develop a plan. Any plan may change as we work our way through this.

I have copied Joe as well from the office of regional counsel. Please keep all you can in the loop.

Thanks Chief Judge

and Butin is a standard useless POS just like Williams was, maintaining the Usual Standards of deception trying to “appear”” legit.

Jaab says “Patience is a priority. There are a ton of moving parts”

Chief says “Please be patient we have many moving parts”

Really? Chief still wants people to believe he doesn’t read Jaab

To top it now Siegel’s JA has to order a new “Judge Siegal Presiding” nameplate

It’s nice that the bailiffs and attorneys all have a choice to stay home and hold hearing by phone to protect their health meanwhile Brenda Forman is making all the clerks come in and work with dozens of people all coughing and sneezing. I guess they dont follow the rules either. Being around more than 10 people, nope. Keeping sick people home, nope.

Good for the clerk along with the select few corrupt judges the clerk is to blame for the mess in Broward. Now it’s time to clean their act up.

The bailiffs were sent home with pay since Monday morning. What the fuck are the clerks still doing in the office ??? Why the fuck do they have the clerks still there???? Clerks have nothing that is urgent or an emergency such as the fucking coronavirus. Brenda Forman doesn’t give a fuck about her employees because if she did they would all be home where they are less likely to get the coronavirus just like bso is protecting their bailiffs. Judges in court dont even need their clerks. SEND THE CLERKS HOME.

Let me get this straight. He’s JT to Judges on his emails. But he’s Chief Judge to Butin? Come on. It’s no wonder they do whatever they want. Be the boss for crying out loud.

You don’t get it. Tuter has never probably had to work this hard in his career as Chief Judge. This is Broward. It’s probably the biggest annoyance to him since the last Broward Judge fell off a cliff. He’s used to just participating in the ceremony involved, not having to exercise any actual management skills.
We’ll be lucky if he doesn’t crack under the strain. It doesn’t take much for any of these slackers to find themselves standing at the precipice. But Tuter can continue to lobby for more judges and salaries to be increased for sure.
This is not going to go well and he just can’t wrap his head around the stakes involved here. It’s going to take more than his regular BS to come to grips with this problem.

WHEN OTHER SOCIETIES ARE ADOPTING A GRID MANAGEMENT PROTOCOL TO STOP THIS SPREAD OF COVID 19 – I SINCERELY HOPE BOTH CLERK BRENDA FORMAN AND CHIEF JUDGE JACK TUTER DON’T COME TO REGRET THEIR DECISIONS TO KEEP OFFICES OPEN
