Membership is inexpensive. Pay the fee, put on a rubber snout nose, and go to one of the secret rituals with a pen and paper to jot down the members names. Don’t take pictures though. They’ll burn out an offender’s retinas if caught.

Mad Jack Turtle- Here’s his plan- Walk into a Walmart and steal a TV, go into the parking lot and drive away in a stolen car, you get stopped by your friendly neighborhood police officer who finds out you are in posn of cocaine, heroin, five stolen credit cards, five stolen ids, you are a driving with license suspended habitual candidate……Mr. Cop hauls you off to BSO Jail and loads you up with all those charges…….well,well,well….you are cut loose the same night by signing some TBD jail form, as long as you give your email and swear you will never offend again or there MIGHT be some consequences….Yes , wow, bail reform…..This of course happens when in the same night a young lady that has never been arrested before GETS arrested on Las Olas for DUI —BUT THIS DANGEROUS CRIMINAL GETS HELD UNTIL SHE SEES A MAGISTRATE! Purposeful Criminal with multiple charges- ROR, Made a mistake first time Criminal- Sit in Jail Until A Judge Pronounces A Ruling…Oh about that purposeful criminal…Turtle provided an out- a “booking” officer MIGHT decide that person is dangerous or something (and by some made up criteria) and place a hold for magistrate. “Booking Officers” are now judicial personnel, deciding who gets released and who gets held!! We will call this given authority- the Mad Jack Option… since there is no real criteria (maybe a bad record, maybe whatever) a booking officer who just plain does not like the arrestee or maybe its the end of the shift or maybe the ball game is on or maybe the arrestee is a pain well- that person gets held!!!
