        Another incumbent Broward Judge spitting nails ! They should all be run against every time their term expires. It’s not as if we could do any worse. It’s well known Broward has the worst judges in the State and the only way to shake these parasites off is to run against them, unless they screw up which any number of them do on a regular basis, even with a chief judge whose only function seems to be in providing cover for them.

    Gundy delighted in making bad rulings, completely against the established caselaw, because she wanted to spite a lawyer or party she didn’t like/didn’t kiss her ring. She delighted in presiding over her own kingdom. She delighted in attorneys visibly being forced to swallow their contempt for her in the interest of serving their clients. She delighted in being a tyrant. It was so obvious. So clear to anyone who appeared before her even once. She had a captive audience for the first time in her life and she behaved badly in her wielding of that power. Hopefully this is a lesson to judges everywhere. I’m looking at you hunter Davis. You’re going to mess with the wrong one soon. You pride yourself in following the law, but you don’t. You follow your own misguided prejudices and it’s obvious. You’ve made the mistake of thinking your prejudices are right, correct, lawful. But they aren’t. You aren’t the North Star you want so badly to be. You’ll be the gundy of criminal in short order.             That was ONE meeting. His opponent didn’t really utilize this. His opponent also wasn’t active in the democratic clubs. If someone decides to let these people know what the federalist society stands for and do a mailer with all the “federalist” judges- some posing with Rick Scott or Rubio- they are DONE.         I was in front of him recently and I haven’t been able to shake this feeling, so as I’m midnight trolling, I see his name and I’ve made the decision to get it off my chest!!.

      His wife donated to the campaign of two judicial candidates that were running against incumbents, yup, sitting judges. One of those candidates had committed embezzlement and went to jail. It’s not likely that the politicos in Broward won’t take notice of that move.

    They needed this for payroll?? How much staff do they have?? How much did they make in 2020? I’d venture to guess they: 1) did not suffer one iota from the pandemic, in which case this was just free money that they did not need and 2) they probably are against student loan forgiveness and welfare in general.

          Well that’s the thing, the loans were supposed to be based on need and prior year income. So it doesn’t matter how many cases are open if they’re charging 100k per case to your 5k per case. Dutko and kroll might have five cases a year but they’re charging a lot. Either way, why would you NEED a quarter million in loans 8 months apart if you’re not high volume and don’t have a lot of staff?

Something to the tune of “im really concerned about the effect of your testimony. If you say X, youre putting us, including the victims families in a bad spot…now im not telling you to change your testimony, but you should know the effect your testimony will have if you testify in line with your prior statements.” Not sure how he gets away with this….thats witness tampering.       I was in the courtroom observing. McNeill turned as red as a tomato when Scherer went off the top scolding her lack of professionalism. I guess Liz doesn’t realize McNeill can change her mind and not decide to call certain witnesses if she wants to. Although I’m not too impressed with McNeill’s abilities as a lawyer, I’m even less impressed with Judge Scherer that doesn’t know what she’s doing and acts more like a clueless Barbie doll than a judge. It’s clear that a judge with more experience should have sat on this case. The stakes are high and Scherer just isn’t cutting it. How did she ever with her lack of experience and knowledge of law ever wind up with this case ? She’s a disaster !

      This is what happens when you’ve got two bimbos assigned the Cruz case, judge and defense, trying to do a man’s job. Neither Scherer or McNeil have the slightest idea what they’re doing so this is the kind of stuff we can all expect from two amateur hormonally challenged gophers.

          McNeil is at that stage of her life and Scherer has always been an immature clown. You put them together and you get a farcical enactment of what a trial should be with the life of the defendant hanging in the balance. We could have skipped all the display of estrogen because we know how this will end anyway with or without all the theatrics.

      It’s sad that the Queens funeral is being upstaged by how poor little Meggie and Harry are being treated by the rest of the family. Funny they didn’t want to be Royals and ran to the states to be us common everyday people, yet they still want the titles and money.

      They all look like this. No guy (including myself) wants duck lips. Zero. I think all of the middle aged female judges got together to do their lips, makeup and nails looking for the next schmuck to bank roll when they should be reading books and focusing on not fucking up their careers with their ridiculously overinflated egos.

      None of you are that hot- it’s just in comparison to what we have to look at that makes you look even remotely decent.
