                I want to say Jose and Judge Lee are the best in the Courthouse. Yeah, Jose, from time to time, can discuss topics better not discussed in court, but heck, we do live in America and have free speech (unlike the republican fear monger/anti-woke/groomer crowd says)

                Judge Lee, in his tenure, took control of an out-of-control plaintiff-leaning judiciary headed by Ross-era judges who were in bed with the Plaintiffs. Judge Lee brought balance and accountability. You don’t see any county judges stepping on their junk.

                Judge Lee also has shown a willingness to call out his judges by getting the supreme court to impose limits on how long a case takes to complete. Also, when Judge Hillal took an exceedingly long time on maternity leave, Judge Lee stepped up and reigned in these judicial maternity leave to a reasonable amount of time (as it was said Cawthon was looking for six months post-childbirth and Lee shut her down)

                It is disgusting and indicative of the lack of civility on Jaab that Jose’s photos were put on there. That is not right.

          For years everyone has gone on and on about all the blacks in the box when right under our collective noses, we have a circuit judge who was presiding over a case of a juvi defendant who the Judge later adopted and with whom was accused of sexual misconduct.

          No one takes issue that this Judge running the adoption program.

        Bowman has showered disgrace on the Broward Courthouse. Recently, at an occasion in a distant circuit, I sat with two retired circuit judges, who inquired about “the trouble they had with judges in Broward.” It wasn’t the alcohol stories they heard about; it was the pedophile-Bowman.

      Judge Seidman was a tough jurist. It was certainly no fun being in there. As a litigant. As a lawyer. He knew the law. He expected the lawyers to know it too. Or pay the consequences. This made him unpopular. He wasn’t well liked because he hard lined it. Like on the undocumented aliens. But whatever the case. He did not deserve to be threatened in anonymous and cowardly fashion. By anyone. But particularly by another jurist. That’s beyond the pale. That’s a removable offense in the modern era. Judge Diaz behaved in reprehensible fashion. Threatening a dedicated public servant. Judge Diaz needs to be voted out once and for all.
