Love the blog. Read it all the time. You can’t count on receiving any info about what is really going on thru court admin or Tuter without knowing it’s highly tainted or politically motivated. Keep up the good struggle. It’s appreciated more than you know.

The Florida bar and the Florida judiciary have lowered the “status” of and by themselves, to a sub-basement cesspool status, all on their own. Broward leads this slime. Gelin just exposes a very small part of it. Keep at it, Bill. Your minutia is still better than none.

BY BRINGING BROWARD JUDICIAL CORRUPTION, NEPOTISM AND CRONYISM TO THE FOREFRONT OF PUBLIC ATTENTION ITS LEAD TO A BIGGER AWARENESS OF A VERY REAL PROBLEM THAT HAS BEEN HERETOFORE UNADDRESSED
IT ALL STARTED WITH ROSS AND THE GANG OF FOUR GETTING THEIR ASSES SMACKED AND IT HAS DONE MORE TO KEEP SIMILAR PROBLEMS FROM GAINING A FOOTHOLD OR AT LEAST TO SHINE A FOCUSED AND OBSERVABLE LIGHT ON THE ACTIONS OF ELECTED AND APPOINTED JUDICIAL OFFICERS
ITS VERY OBVIOUS A BIASED MAINSTREAM MEDIA CANNOT BE COUNTED ON TO PLAY AN ACTIVE PART
TO SAY ITS NEEDED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
ACCOUNTABILITY IS THE KEY TO A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD
    YOU HAVE MY SUPPORT

      Bill Gelin
Captain of this rotting, sinking skiff

Nice use of CAPS, Captain Bill. Ha

Bring it on, Bill. Somebody’s got to keep these putzes in their place. We’ve seen what happens when you don’t.

          @8:18 PM :

Gelin made only ONE post on his Skiff of a blog
in a month, and in that JaaBlog post he merely
copied an Aug.29 news release from the JNC.

if you believe that Gelin is not the captain of a
sinking skiff blog, then you probably also believe
that Bill Gelin is Broward’s “best lawyer”
as he repeated in his 2020 Board of Governors
          candidate’s election platform statement.

What an arrogant disrespectful judge. I loved it when he was being his dickhead self and serving as a replacement judge, every defense counsel announced ready for trial. After he figured out what was going on, he cancelled everything and stormed off the bench, red faced and totally embarrassed and humiliated. Often wondered if there wasn’t vodka in his water urn?
      He was a complete POS.

The louder they squeal the more guilty they are. They’ve been riding on each other’s backs so long they don’t know anything else.

I think horse stall is much more honest than the judge gig. The downside the smell either way you need to shower after if doing the job.

We’re with you Bill. Jaab has always served as a deterrent to judicial misconduct as well as being an indispensable public service.

Keep it up Bill. Many will never understand that exposing the truth carries weight, and seeking integrity is challenging. I am rooting for you.

Vice President Pence hammered Broward yesterday at the debates. Poor Governor Desantis had no excuse for Satzy blowing Parkland.

Good job Bill the Casey’s and Rothschild of broward need to be exposed these are corrupt morally and ethical they have no place on the bench. Why every controversy in broward involves them or their relatives follow the trail Rothschild and parkland.

      1. Hey Dumas, someone DID run against Brenda and he was poised to win: Paul Backman

Then that narcissistic fuckwad Spieser put his junk on the table and split the anti-Brenda vote
Most Black voters in Broward are deeply racist and will for anyone just on skin color = Brenda won

      2. Hey Dumas, Heiss DID run against Bob, but, ahem, it was Heiss = Bob won.

Get a black (female or male or bear or panther – Broward black voters ain’t finna care so long as he she be black), to put in against old Suspended n Fined Bob Diaz, well then you will easily see Bob put out to pasture

I could have bounced Brenda but Speezer kept me from reaching the finish line
Former Broward Judges can never squeeze enough out of taxpayers

Speiser was always looking for a free lunch as a judge and got trashed by a complete moron like Forman. Like so many other former judges that remain delusional after sitting on the bench until retirement, he thought name recognition and the Jewish vote would pull in a win for him. Times have changed in Broward County folks. People like Forman are out of the bag for good. She campaigns from outside Kentucky Fried Chicken establishments and Churches and has managed to consolidate the Black Vote after years of working it.
Backman and Speiser and Lynch, all former Broward Judges after milking it for years should take notice. It ain’t gonna be as easy as it used to be. There’s been a shift in values and it’s not tilted towards them anymore. They’re gonna have to really work for it if they want it that bad, something none of them are used to doing even when they were on the bench.
The days of having it handed to them by condo-commandos pulling the strings are definitely over. Besides, these old dinosaurs are gonna have to learn they can’t stay on the public dime forever. They need to spend more time concerning themselves with their shuffleboard scores and realized they’ve squeezed it long enough.

He loved Creolina’s New Orleans place saw him there several times always cordial Maybe that’s why they went out of business he was and friends were eating for free. LOL. Just joking.

Can’t think of any schmoozing butthead but Backman that deserved more to get kicked to the curb by an incompetent gold digger like Brenda. Backman sucked at the public trough long doing as little as he could get away with and not very well. It should serve as an example to other judges with the same entitlement problem. Next time run for garbage collector. You might have better luck.

Nobody that’s worth their salt and can make a good living on their own wants these crappy jobs like a broward judge or clerk. Only losers. Being a government gopher is the bottom of the barrel but its a step up for those that cant do anything else.

      1. 3

        0

How funny, the loser private practice attorneys that have all ran numerous times trying to get one of the judicial positions and lost, are the same ones posting how crappy being a judge would be. Good luck trying to ever retire losers. Just remember, your expenses don’t decrease in retirement, if anything they increase.

If you can live on a peashooter’s salary, go for it. That must be why all these former Broward judges are running for various offices after they’ve retired and getting their butts handed to them by political hacks like Brenda Forman, etc.
You must be one of those schmucks that got your ass handed to them. Don’t sweat it. Buy a townhouse close to a Burger King so you don’t have to drive and order by phone if you’ve got one. Lol

It’s true. The losers who run. They have no practice. So they have time to run. Some win and become bureaucrats with a pay raise. Others lose and stay broke. They’re still the same though. The winners and losers of an election are the same. A low paid lawyer.

I see Feinstein finally crapped out. I guess the new norm is for these political parasites to hang on until the end on the taxpayer’s dime. These things usually come in 3s. Wonder who the next creep is going to be. Don’t think idiot Biden is going to last much longer. Long enough to squeeze a few more bucks out for the Biden Crime Syndicate. Political pinheads have turned this country into a cash machine for themselves at a dire cost to its citizens. Besides being a thief the guy can hardly walk.

Yes Bill! We want to hear about Bradygate at the SAO. Is it true? Did Kristine Bradley file 5 Brady notices? Come on back Bill.

Some of you voted for Pryor knowing he had absolutely no experience to run the state attorney’s office. Then he surrounded himself with idiots who were left over Satz cronies instead of keeping his promises for change. He can’t get convictions to save his life, incarcerates people who should not be, blew out all the good prosecutors, victims can’t get justice, defense attorneys can’t get prosecutors to return phone calls to work out pleas, and now things are worse when they were under Satz. Melly has been in custody for 3 years while Pryor sat back and did nothing to ensure his constitutional rights to a fair trial. You voted him in. Just remember that! Wait till one of your friends, clients, or family members lives are on the line. He should have escorted Bradley out of the building and opened up a full investigation against her and Moretti. The defense Bar and the prosecutors that work for him should be outraged but you’ll just smile in his face and contribute to his reelection campaign. You are all disgusting!

        2

That pretty much sums up the way the game is played in Broward. That together with the lack of quality of its judges and total lack of ethics and professionalism expressed by pretty much the entirety of all the players including that of the Defense Bar is what has come to be about all that you can expect. All in all, it’s a pretty bad bunch. I try to stay out of Broward if I can.

SAME HAPPENED IN PUBLIC DEFENDER’S OFFICE WHEN LITTLE HOWIE TOOK OFFICE
ALL THE VETERAN TRIAL LAWYERS THAT DIDN’T DRINK THE KOOL-AIDE WERE FORCED TO LEAVE

FINKELSTEIN NEVER TRIED A SINGLE CASE AFTER HE BECAME PUBLIC DEFENDER AND TURNED THE REMAINING LAWYERS INTO SOCIAL WORKERS

You do a great service to Justice with the blog. It’s entertaining too but really, irreplaceable. Broward would be way worse off without it.

Larry was called Old Smoky by the other judges. It took getting caught smoking a dube under a tree in Hollywood a hundred feet from a elementary school to finally splatter his judicial career from what I recall. Needless to say his rulings were a novelty.

The kween of the kunts. And when she got outed, she went to firm that boasted a (disgraced) Sr. judge on staff. Ha, Ha, Ha. ‘Til the Bar lost her that gig, too. But that also did not take into account all the JQC complains against her before that the JQC routinely dismissed without investigation, that allowed her to do all the damage until her “outing.” This is Broward Pride all the way up to the Fla. AG.

Hell, yeah. You’re needed badly. This blog has done more to keep these suckers looking over their shoulders than anything in years. Without it I can just imagine how much worse things would be. Never mind what these spineless wimps have to say. If they were doing their jobs the way they were supposed to do instead of politicking all day long on the public dime, they would lead by example instead of worrying all the time about being re-elected to keep sucking away at the public trough. Transparency and Accountability is the key. They need to learn they’re going to have to live by that to maintain the authority we’ve granted them. They work for us, not the other way around, and if they can’t they are going to have to go get a real job. This circuit has gone to hell in a hand basket. Just look around. It’s easy to see who’s working to improve our legal system and whose skating by for a paycheck.

Oh my god. This saint Thomas alum that Tarlika is congratulating on being appointed to the bench in Dade…was a fucking realtor before she became a judge.

She most likely is pretty well off being a realtor in Miami,. Selling one property there is major bucks. Don’t down play her , she most likely makes more than most of you. Money coming in from one job and great benefits from the other.

        1. 4

          1

Yeah but does having money make you an experienced trial attorney suitable to sit on the bench?? That doesn’t translate and does us all a disservice. I could give a shit about her money.

Keep up the excellent work Bill. A lot is still needed to bring the hosers out and into the light of public attention and keep them on the straight and narrow. Hopefully this next election cycle will bear fruit and bring out some good candidates to help in that regard. There’s much room for improvement starting with a new chief judge who cares about something besides getting his picture taken.

  13. 1

    1

There are already a number of judges that are a little nervous about getting challenged from what I’ve heard. It should be a good show. Lol. Don’t mind telling you it would be good to see the backs of a few incumbents and introduction of some new blood into the equation.

  14. 2

    0

The old rule was you did not run against an incumbent. If you did, more likely you lost and your representation in front of other judges was scrutinized and diminished to the point it threatened your law practice.
This was told to me by a Dade Judge who said that’s why the Broward judges are subpar to say the least. Circa 1997.
    It’s still the same.

Does anyone have a copy of the unhinged 46 minute rant video of Madame Clerk? The one where God took her up out of her body and told her to “espose” multiple people (coincidentally the ones running against her).
She yanked it from her Facebook. I don’t know why, when she’s so proud of herself and how God talks to her and all.
It really should be available for her constituents to watch.
