No furloughs for us BUB, we’re essential employees. Courtrooms can’t operate without us. So sorry that your not getting paid and that your a non essential gopher paper pusher. Hahaha.

Judge my client is charged with multiple counts of Criminal Transmission of HIV so I think we can agree his status makes him at high risk of Covid-19 infection and that he must be released immediately from confinement

Can you find out what the clerks office is doing? They are talking about employees come back to work on April 13? Why ? When the government is saying the next two weeks are the biggest weeks. Why would you put the employees at risk like that? The workspace definitely isn’t 6feet apart.

Clerks need to get back to work as soon as possible. In the meantime we’ll enjoy our three months paid vacation. Clerks need to stop complaining and get to work.

The clerks deserve a 3 month vacation after putting up with your Ass.

And the clerks are still working.. Who do you think is processing you BS motions and running court…

Are the bailiffs considered to be essential employees in the courthouse. Asking for a friend.

The bailiffs are useless idiots retired from NY down here sucking at the trough for a second time. When they’re not hawking baseball caps or cruise tickets they’re trying to pull some other scams on the side and running their mouths about something they don’t know anything about.
It time to dump them all and replace with certified deputies.
It’s always been a sad joke around here.

Hahaha, another whiny clerk that has to work while we sit home for three months getting paid. Hahaha. Now shut up and get back to work.

Don’t be mad be happy. Be happy that I’m home getting paid for sitting at home and your not. Be happy. Fyi don’t buy a cruise from a bailiff now, bad time to go on a cruise. And what do you have against New Yorkers getting a second job.

Deputies? Are you nuts? Theyre even stupider. They just sit in the back of the courtroom not doing shit. And theyre arrogant assholes. I prefer our elderly incompetent bailiffs.

How many of you really believe this statement made today by the sheriff on BSO website:

Within the Department of Detention, there are currently five inmates and one contracted vendor who have tested positive for COVID-19.

Could be true considering he also said they are testing NEW inmates before they enter general population.

TEST THEM ALL SHERIFF, THAN GIVE US THE REAL NUMBERS.

Look at bond court just 2 weeks ago.
If deputies had PPE, someone neglected to tell them they need to wear them. Also to keep inmates at least six feet apart.

Clerk employees must report to work this coming Monday! Wtf?! Is BDF going to put all of her employees lives at risk? Stay tuned…

Clerks must report back to work on Monday or risk getting FIRED. In the meantime we’ll be enjoying our 3 months PAID VACATION. Good luck clerks, wouldn’t want to be you. Don’t forget to wear you’re mask when you are in the courthouse.

It’s election time and the clerks are getting thrown under the bus and being exposed to the Coronavirus at the courthouse just so that Dumbass Brenda Foreman can look good at election time.

So despite the announcement that the next two weeks are going to be critical, despite the fact that a majority of clerks don’t have court or work to do, despite the fact that only essential employees are required to come to work as they have been doing the last few weeks, your still demanding your employees return to work 4/13 ?. I could be wrong but this can be grounds for legal action. Someone help me understand this

Clerks have two choices. Get back to work on Monday or get FIRED. Clerks are easily replaced. Remember that. If you think that you aren’t then don’t come to work on Monday.

It’s 100 percent actionable. But no personal injury lawyer is going to want to touch it. You are suing the county maximum hundred grand. Also max fee is 25%. Even if it goes to trial and they all go to trial because they got a few lawyers on staff. So Lawyer needs to risk taking on a case with no precedent. For a maximum fee that’s going to be contingent on winning a trial. The trial that might get tossed. The only sure thing about suing the clerk office is that the lawyer is going to have to spend about 7500-10 grand just to see a jury.

So are they clerks being forced to come to work on Monday even though the governor has issued a stay at home order for the ENTIRE STATE and the courthouse is closed down until May 31st. Our clerk of courts is an incompetent idiot worried about getting reelected. Why is she putting all of us a dangerous health risk. This is criminal.

According to a couple of judges the bailiffs are being phased out and replaced with real deputies to work in the courtrooms. This plan has been in the works for a while and bailiffs should be completely gone by the beginning of next year. They don’t do much except sit around or sleep in court. Bad enough that they are getting paid to sit home and do absolutely nothing the ENTIRE time the courthouse is closed. While the rest of us have to show up even when nothing is going on. Alot of us won’t be sorry to see them go, the sooner the better. Good riddance.

If you real deputies call what you are doing real work at the courthouse now you are delusional. Half of you couldn’t handle a courtroom based on all the whining when they first started the program. Maybe a refresher course in Pompano for all you real deputies and then you would appreciate what you have now.

Brenda and her gang of idiots she listens to are so bad I can’t wait for Howard Forman to win and clean the mess up. That’s how bad it is.

Sheriff Tony has deemed ALL of the bailiffs as essential employees and we will be getting an extra 5% for hazardous pay from March 1st until the Coronavirus is over. We will also get the $25,000 government bonus for essential employees that includes the bailiffs. All while we are sitting at home and doing nothing and getting paid for 3 months. I love BSO.

I, along with alot of us at the courthouse hope that they replace the old retired NY bailiffs very soon. They need to be GONE and the sooner the better. They hang around and get in everyone’s way and they have no clue whatsoever what is going on.
