    Such a simple job if they can just keep from falling over their egos at being a Broward Judge. Its not as if there’s not enough simpletons sitting as judges that somehow manage it.
    You’re either fit for the job or you’re not. Bailey’s had a lot of problems apparently. Maybe he should just go back to the State Attorney’s office and call it quits before he really gets into trouble. Some people just aren’t suited for being judges.

How about a Judge awaiting a Public Reprimand by the JQC for the same type of behavior, still engaging in the same type of display? He’s still allowed to sit in Criminal. The JQC does nothing, the Supremes do nothing but administer the Reprimand. The Chief Judge doesn’t do anything either. Seriously?

        At least if he capsizes on the bridge and his dog isn’t there, the other disabled people gasping for breath and writhing in pain resting on the wooden bench at the half way point between the two courthouses can band together and try to right him and his wheelchair, that is assuming he tips over somewhere near the middle of that crime against decency pedestrian bridge.

        Otherwise, he could bring his dog and leave it outside the courtroom alone while he is in court. Then he only needs to hope the dog isn’t stolen or molested by a creep defendant in the hallway also there waiting for their case to be called.

        There’s always a solution to every problem.
